I brought my Jeep in for some basic maintenance and during the inspection they identified some needed work that saved bigger vehicle problems in the future. Communication from Lynn was great and timely. I always knew what to expect and was kept appraised of the progress. Lynn was extremely helpful and friendly in explaining the whole process and making sure I didnt have any concerns.

Schedule your test drive with Jada, you won’t regret it! Jada was awesome! She helped me find exactly what I wanted with all the features I was hoping for. This experience far exceeded my expectations. And I love the fact that their website actually had an accurate inventory, they had all the cars available I wanted to test drive. Jada made sure I got the best possible deal on the car I wanted after I made my decision. Both Jada and Laschelle checked in on me after my purchase to make sure I was happy with my new car purchase. I have never received this kind of services when purchasing from other dealerships, glad I took the advice of my family and friends and came here. Best of all I love my new special edition Jeep compass!

Service sucked. I got an oil change before a trip like a responsible adult and they didnt top off any of the fluids. So needless to say have way back my engine stalls out because I have no coolant. Heaven forbid you try to get in contact with someone about it. My car is less than a year old, and has less than 16000 miles on it.

Customer Service is the most important aspect of any company, Its how you treat people that makes them return to your place of business repeatedly. The guys at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Alexandria are amazing. I drive up, they hop in, I drink tea, Rafael (Raffi) comes to the waiting room and sits with me to talk about my jeep plan. They care for me and my Jeep and Im always given a courtesy wash when my Jeep is ready to be picked up in a timely manner.I took my son here to purchase his Truck, hes a RAM Man!! LOL Booba, the salesman, was so patient with him as we test drove a few options and asked so many questions. He remained calm and sweet as pie.Then when we got to the finance department. Omar greeted us, another patient and kind soul that took the time to explain and not rush the process. Ive bought a few cars in my lifetime and the finance folks are normally rushing through the process. NOT THESE GUYS!Chris, my angel at OCJDA, is the glue that keeps the customers happy because his amazing team is happy. You can always tell the strength of an organization when the director is calm, communicates and involved, the team follows the lead and executes. If I could leave less than a one star rating, I would.I’ve taken my vehicle to Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria on multiple occasions. I’ve had anywhere from a basic oil change to about $1,400 worth of work/labor done on a given visit. The last time I took my car to the service department, in addition to having them do work under the hood, I asked if they could rotate my rear left tire with my spare tire mounted on my tailgate. I explained to the service tech that I have an after-market back up camera mounted on my spare tire. I took him around to the vehicle and showed him the camera and explained to him I did not know how the camera was wired & mounted because it was professionally installed. He acknowledged and said his techs would “take a look” before dismounting the spare tire. When I returned later that afternoon to pick up my vehicle, my back up camera was no longer working. I pointed it out to the service tech and he apologized and said I could leave the Jeep there or take it home and bring it back at a later date. He also offered to provide me with a rental, for the inconvenience. I opted to bring the vehicle back at a later date, since I needed my Jeep later that evening. When I returned my Jeep to have the camera fixed, they provided me with a rental car, and all was well.Several hours later I received a phone call informing me that they were not able to repair the camera and they are denying all liability. I was told the service department is not responsible for the damage and they do not work on aftermarket installed parts. I asked the service tech that called how is it they are denying responsibility when they acknowledged damage at the time it occurred, and they provided me a rental for the inconvenience? He again apologized and insisted there was nothing he could do. When I arrived to pick up my Jeep, I asked to speak with a manager but one was not available. I asked that one call me, but I never received that call.Since this incident occurred, I have learned that when they removed the spare tire, they snapped the wire to the camera. Unfortunately, they snapped the wire where the cables connect to the camera so there is no way of rewiring or soldering the small wires back in place. I still have not been able to get my camera repaired to this day. Additionally, I have not returned to Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Alexandria. I drive past their dealership to go to another Jeep dealership to have my vehicle serviced now.***UPDATE***3 weeks ago I received a response to my review informing me that the service manager would be contacting me. I still have not received a call.***UPDATE #2****Months later, still no call from a manager. They posted a public response to make readers think they took action to rectify but NOTHING has been done.

They have really upped their game regarding service. They now have a new system to communicate after you have dropped off so you can stay in touch without going through the main menu each time. In addition, their service advisors have really stepped up and go above and beyond. I need to specifically call Lyn out who is just tremendous and always finds a way to get it done.

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKT. Post taking possession of the vehicle my salesperson Cheick sent me a text message regarding a minor issue I had overlooked during the test drive and personal inspection. Not only did he inform me but he gave me a time to bring the vehicle in to resolve the issue. In addition to resolving the issue they replaced the headlight assembly when they notice water had seeped inside. The service manager LT was FANTASTIC in the handling of everything! I highly recommend Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Alexandria. If the service is this awesome for used vehicles, I can only imagine the level of service and support that comes with purchasing a new vehicle.

I drove almost two hours to pick up a nice fully loaded 2013 Ford fusion. Although their pricing is reasonable, this dealer was willing to work with me and strike a deal to my liking! I was very satisfied with the service and also had a great conversation with the finance lady Adriana! Definitely recommend this dealership!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Honestly worst customer service I have ever encountered. And beyond that they will not warranty or admit when they mess up. I brought my Dodge Dart in here due to battery issues, mechanic couldn’t figure out how to get the fuse box off the positive terminal and had to call me.🤦🏻‍♀️ Then ended up leaving one of bolts loose, causing the alternator to go bad. They’re trying to charge $1500 to replace an issue that was their fault. I told them that didn’t seem fair, and asked if they could meet me in the middle and I’d pay parts, but wouldn’t have to pay labor since they are they reason I’m having this issue anyway. They said no, we’re super rude, and told me to take my car elsewhere. I’m in a different state, trying to get a tow out of that shop, working with Chrysler corporate for compensation. Lynn, Rafael, and his manager are all very rude. Just save yourself the trouble and find literally anywhere else.

Sent detailed serious inquiry about inventory, and initially got response asking for all of my personal information. Submitted what was asked very timely. After multiple attempts at contacting them I eventually get a response blaming the bank. I even had my own financing lined up from a local credit union and still no interest in trying to sell me a car or work with me. Multiple contact with no reply. I was also planning a 4 hour drive to come buy a vehicle from them. They do not act interested in serious buyers and brushed me to the side since my transaction would be more complicated (having my own financing and being out of state). Really disappointed. I also filled out no credit application, or signed document from them however my hard credit was pulled twice. I only sent them my preapproval statement. Not only am I out a car, but now I have two dings on my credit that will stay with me for two years.

I purchased a 4xe from Oursman earlier this year. Since purchasing I have had two fairly big issues with the vehicle (now surprising with a firstmodel wrangler hybrid), one of which took 3 weeks to resolve due to the back and forth required with Chrysler and parts on backorder. Lynn in service did an excellent job keeping me informed on the latest status of my vehicle, checking in with me and providing me updates multiple times a week. Since then I have been in a few times and Lynn has provided the same exceptional level of service on every visit. Very happy to date with the work from the service dept.

I really appreciate my Service Advisor, Mr. Adrian C. Hes always willing and helpful! I completely trust Mr. Adrian with my vehicle service and he always helps by making sure I know exactly what the issues are, he is very transparent with me about my vehicle needs; how I can save money, and he is a knowledgeable liaison. My vehicle always gets the best care when I come in for maintenance and they give me accurate estimates that help me plan for anything long-term if I have to budget for anything down the line. Even thought the wait time can range from 2-4 hours, its the only mechanic service ship Ive been to that has space where I can have a comfortable place to sit and relax. I often bring a book or my laptop to get some work accomplished. I really appreciate the amenities of the coffee/tea maker and access to wi-fi!

My experience at Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge was one I will never forget. The customer service that I received was just amazing across the board which was excellent from my sales consultant to the finance manager. I went in to trade my vehicle and it was a success. My sales consultant Cheick welcomed me as if I was visiting his home. He was very professional and knowledgeable about each vehicle he showed me, made sure I left off the lot with what I wanted. The finance manager Ibrahim was just as great as Cheick. Words can not express how heart warming I felt leaving Ourisman knowing that I have received the satisfying customer service of the year. I will send as many people as I can there to buy their new or next car or truck.

I wouldn’t recommend taking your car to this dealership I had what I thought was a small minute issue (engine cover missing) but when I brought it to the service technician attention I never got a call back from him tried contacting the manager mike kentes at the time not sure if he even works there left voicemails and emails no response… this is a sad sorry dealership when dealing with the service department at least

Put an oversized plug in my oil pan without telling me. Started leaking. Took it to a different dealership and they had to replace the whole pan. 1160.00 dollars and a weeks worth of frustration because Ourisman has no integrity. NoVa definitely has better dealerships than this place.

My service rep Adrian was excellent. Unfortunately after I was shuttled to a nearby Starbucks to wait for my service to finish I called for my pickup and was told the shuttle service was permanently cancelled. I asked if I was still going to get a pickup and was told yes, it was being done as a courtesy. I choose to get service done at a dealership because of extra services like shuttles, but now will choose my small business shop thats closer and cheaper.

I hadnt had my Dodge worked on at all since COVID started, which wasnt a huge deal because I hadnt driven it that much. But it needed a regular service and I heard a scraping sound. So I went to Ourisman on the Saturday before Labor Day.Big mistake.While scheduling an appointment on their website, I indicated three things I wanted: fluids and the usual for any service, to ID and possibly resolve the scraping sound (turned out to be brakes), and take a look at a door that was misbehaving. When I showed up I was told that it might take until Tuesday to get my car back--surprising since I had a morning appointment, but I could make arrangements to go without the car for the weekend. Not a huge deal.Then I got an email notifying me Id been signed up for a SiriusXM trial, and a moments inspection showed the dealer had done this. Never mind that I hadnt asked for or approved this, and would have explicitly declined had I been asked. I spent 15 minutes canceling it. And its one more chance for a data breach to hit me in the future.Then I got via text a laundry list of things that needed immediate attention. Many were obviously overblown, but I authorized $1100 of work, mostly on brakes and filters, knowing it was pricey compared to a brake shop but just taking the hit. Nowhere did the laundry list mention that an oil change was needed--I figured since Id already mentioned it needed fluids/normal service and signed something that this was already baked in.At this point I was annoyed by the Sirius thing, the lousy communication about the delay, and the ridiculous list of of diagnostics/repairs they proposed that I had to sort through and use common sense to avoid wasting money on, but not furious. That would come soon enough though.At 5:37 I got a text saying my car was ready. The service department closed at 6:00 for the long weekend, but I could pick it up with sales, which was open later. When I showed up and got my receipt, there was no oil change on it. Despite my advisor pushing a zillion unnecessary things and signing me up for something without my consent, he didnt actually get the oil and fluids done THAT I HAD SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED--never mind the car display also stating OIL CHANGE REQUIRED SOON also. I showed up to get my car, paid over market price for service, and then found out that the basic maintenance had been overlooked by the advisor and the mechanic at a minimum. Had they thought, gee, the CAR says it needs an oil change--maybe we should ask OR paid attention to my appointment notes OR what I said when I dropped off the car, this wouldve been done.Then when I showed up via Uber to pick up the car (dont dream of getting a shuttle even if youre in their limited range, let alone a loaner--their drivers leave before the service department closes) the staff were unhelpful and sent me to three different people before someone could be bothered to get my car. When I noticed the omission of basic mainetenance and brought this up, the staff were dismissive and unapologetic.This was utterly infuriating. For a moment I determined to leave my car there until they changed the oil on Tuesday, then I thought better of it--why would I *ever* let this clown show have another chance to screw with me or my car?Avoid at all costs.

This is a pretty good place to go and get your vehicle serviced. I have never purchased a vehicle from here before but have several Dodge vehicles that require service and it warranty work here. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The cashier is hilarious. Good people. Work is normally completed in a timely manner and in good order. I recommend this repair shop.

Very poor management. The lady who welcomed customers to the garage was kind and sympathetic, but she lacked any kind of power to offer concrete assistance to the customers who waited for a ridiculous amount of time.I had an appointment at 11:15am on Saturday. I called in the day before to verify that a simple oil change wouldnt take much more than an hour (I noted that would be fine even though an hour is pretty darn slow for a something as simple as an oil change).This morning I arrived for my scheduled appointment. After 30 minutes, not only had I been unable to tell the agents at the service desk what I was there for, but we were informed that the wait time was going to be at least two hours.It is unacceptable for a professional business to schedule an appointment with a customer (and I had a good half hour of driving to do to make the appointment possible) and then blow off the customer like there was not even any such thing as an appointment.Where I come from we were taught to honor our commitments. No solution was offered to me so after a half our of.being ignored.bybthr service agents I up and left.This was a major disappointment and why I prefer companies like Ford over Chrysler. The management is totally different.Ourisman also has a Ford Dealership, but they have much better management from my experience and they do their best to live up to their commitments.I will not be coming back to this Chrysler dealership until I have some indication that they have changed their ways. I encourage anyone else reading this to do the same. A little less business will help them to be able to deal with a customer load more their size. Right now, the Ourisman Chrysler of Alexandria is completely unable to handle the amount of customers they have. It is a wonder anyone still goes here.Have a great day.

Now I see its my fault. I apparently rated they 1 star last year and the same still holds true. I called and scheduled an appointment for the service that was recommended prior to the pandemic. The young lady was unable to see the recommended services. Having this capability would actually help a lot when parts have to be ordered. No need to hold a car hostage. Inform the customer of the wait, require a deposit or payment for the part in advance. Once the part is received contact customer to schedule the appointment to drop the vehicle. Do the work charge for labor, provide complimentary vehicle wash and interior sanitizing and vacuum and return the vehicle. Off your customer goes happy and whole.Heres what I got... I called made the appointment told and associate I needed the active grill shutter, harness and wires (alert because I knew it needed to be ordered). She scheduled me to drop my car Tuesday (5/18/2021). I informed her I would be dropping Monday night. Also, told her I had received a 15% off coupon and to please note it on the order to confirm it was applicable for the service. She in term stated if it says any service then it applies but that she would note it. She proceeded to provide me the details and told me my assigned Technician Jose would be CALLING me in the morning to discuss the work before starting.I dropped my car Monday night. There was an older Black gentlemen who helped me park my inside the garage. There was a Hispanic gentleman standing behind one of the Service desk at the time. We didnt make contact. The Black guy asked who was my technician and I told him Jose. Placed key in envelope with Joses name on the envelope.Tuesday, I never hear from Jose. So I go to pick up my phone to call and notice there is a text message to review and approve services. Nice feature but this was never explained and something I needed to look out for or that this was the process. So reviewed and accepted the services. Mind you the app doesnt provide a timeline of when your car would be complete so I still hear to know when my vehicle would be ready. Its late Tuesday before the close and I call for Jose. Im told they will have him call me. Wednesday morning 8:30 am I call again and told Jose has 3 customers ahead of me and they will have Jose call me back. 11:30 a.m. still no call or update on when my car would be available.I call and finally get someone in service, I didnt get his name (my error) explained I have been trying to get in touch with Jose to get the status of my vehicle. The guy on the line confirms its the 2014 Jeep Cherokee and says the parts were ordered today (WEDNESDAY) not Tuesday when the approval was signed and that it will be 3-4 days before they have them.I asked wouldnt have been considerate to call you (the customer) to say it will take this long to get the parts and proceed as I suggested above? I said okay do you have a shuttle.He asked where am I located.I say King St. and 395 10 minutes away.His response: Our shuttle does go that far.Me: I have to pay for additional transportation 3 times to pick up my car? His response: There is a metro around the corner we can the shuttle pick you up from there.Me: so youre suggesting I get on public transportation in a pandemic to pick up my car and give you a deposit to ultimately come back and service my car. So Im the only person inconvenienced in this situations. I requested to speak to a manager of which I was placed on a series of holds without response and then transferred to Howards extension.

Sad story, we have a car rental in VA and all our vehicles are serviced in the Oirsman shop, however this was the last time ... our jeep was in the body shop just for an estimate, they took car apart without any confirmation from our side and then they requested us to pay $3500 so they will put the parts back together and release the vehicle. After all that we picked up the car with MISSING PARTS, BROKEN PARTS, HEADLIGHTS UPSIDE DOWN, INSIDE WAS SUPER DIRTY, AND NOW THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO OUR EMAILS OR CALLS. However all of them were included in emails starting from dumb guy Antonio who doesnt even know what professionalism means to Christopher Morrison,Darick Arana,Marleni Gonzalez. (pictures of this scam are attached).

I had an issue with my engine and brakes he was able to get me in for service immediately without having me to wait. Shady car dealership. Bought a car and they failed to clean it properly after the final sale. Food and some sort of liquid still appeared to be inside. Also was given false information about the protection plan on the vehicle I purchased. Would never reccomend this dealership. I also had to bring the car back 3x for repairs to the same part. Changing review to 1 star.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive had at a dealership. The collision center took 3 months to fix my rear fender and exhaust. 80+ days sitting in the shop to fix something that should take under a month easy. Not only that, but Bryan lied to me completely after saying they would pick up the tab for my rental since it had already been 2 months in their shop. They still forget to put a mud flap on when I picked it up today, and they did not detail the inside as Promised after the crash.. Ourisman is a stain to the Jeep name.

I would not recommend any ourisman location. At the initial purchase of our vehicle, we spoke about the dissatasfaction of their sister dealership down the road. They assured us we would have a better experience... We purchased a vehicle from them a month ago. Initially, Bouba had great service and we were able to get one of our dream cars. We were highly satasfied... as the month has gone by, we have gotten more upset with our service. We have reached out multiple times to Arianna to receive our signed documents from the purchase, as we were informed they would be emailed to us at the end of the business day. We reached out 1 week later and got the same response.. we reached back out this afternoon aboout our concerns and were told it would be taken care of immediately... we have yet to hear back about those concerns... the bank we had our traded vehicle at has yet to receive a payoff from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep and the company who we are supposed to be financed through has yet to receive the required documents to process our loan... At this time, we have receieved quite the opposite of great service.

The staff, especially Bernard Parker, could not have been more trustworthy, honest, and frankly, genuinely good human beings. I left something of extreme value in my glovebox when I returned my car that was on lease. The team could have easily lifted the item and told me that they werent able to locate it. Instead, without me even asking, Bernard gave me a call and arranged to have it shipped to me halfway across the country. I am INCREDIBLY thankful for the team at Ourisman and am sincerely thankful for Bernard. You guys went above and beyond. Soooo thankful!

I am not big on cars and I don’t know much about them. I always worry when I am getting work done that I will be up charged. Josué Mena Was amazing! He is the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever worked with. He was able to sit with me and explain what all I needed, what was important and the cost to every thing! 2016 wrangler, bought it back in December 2020. I just came back, for the first maintenance! Not, a surprise total what they said to us!!! The agreement with them, the maintenance for this jeep is supposed to be free!!for the next 5 years. Ok, with that...but, on our first maintenance they say we need to do the follow: wiper blade replacement/front $39.95, Cabin Air Filter $74.71, BG- Brake Flush $199 95, Engine Air Filter $74.71, Differential flush $207.99, Tire Balance $89.95...We just bought this Jeep/2016...I will leave it, up to you to swing by their dealer!!! I do NOT recommend this dealer to ANYONE!!! they will rip you off. I went in for service to find out why my engine light was on, but they never once told me what reading they found instead they wanted me to pay $1500.00 for them to dismantle my engine. My expectations was for them to advice me of the reading they got from the light being on not wanted to dive into my engine for a cylinder 3 misfire you could have looked at the cylinder without going deep down into my engine. I paid $195.00 for NOTHING. I would never step foot back into that dealer for anything what so ever.

I give two stars and not one only because they did fix my car and its running perfectly.In the beginning I didnt want to give them any review, but after I caught them on lie, I decided that I have to write all about it.First of all, after I picked up my car (I was told it was fixed), I saw my alignment wasnt fixed. So, I had to come back the next day to fix that (2 hours throwing away out of my life). Second, the water wasnt coming out from my windshield system. (in my mind, did you ever check the car before you calling me with maam, its ready for the pick up.Third, the mechanic said I need new front brakes, and so my car is shaking and if I dont change it, it will damage other things in my car. What things, he didnt specify. (and, heres the lie)So, I took my car to my mechanics... and, guess what?! My front brakes are 80% good, means I dont need to change them any time soon.With all respect, I will never go there again.

Slow n bad body shop.So I got rear ended in December small repairBrought the car to the body shop on 1-21-19 did not get it back in till 1/29/19 it was snowing so n dark so I could not inspect the repairs well. Next morning I woke up to a bad repair glue m thinks not re install properly. People were never rude just not good workmanship not attention to detailWould never bring my car to any orisman. I should know better. I took my car to the orisman Buick next door n it took them 3 tries to get my aliment fix n it was not fix 100% I gave up at the end. Again friendly guys but not workmanship. Only reason I bring it here it’s because it’s near my house.Update 2/13/19I drop of my car again to get it repair properly on 2/4/19. Yesterday I received a call that it was ready. When I ask why did it took so long to just paint the bumper. The answer of the collision manager we r just busy not sorry for the inconvenience or anything . Just horrible costumer service. They should had made my car a priority since they did a bad job in the 1st try.When I went to pick up my car last night 2-12-19 they tell me my car is not ready. So now they made me waste was time again. Please avoid this place at all cost they do not care about the costumerIF I COULD GIVE negative stars I would

Very bad service I was expecting a call from them in 6 hours to pick up my car this is unacceptable I never got a call from they. I had to call them a day after, when I got there to pick up my car the paperwork wasn’t ready and when they finally gave me my car one of the tires was low in air pressure. Worst service ever
