OMG they are AWESOME!!! And total lifesavers!!!!! Please please please trust them with your computer! They have very very fair prices, less than Apple directly! They explain everything right away, they answer the phone and emails very promptly, they are very personable and nice! My laptop stopped charging and was dead and they called me after hours, and had me back up and working again within 3 days! I am an attorney, and I live my life on my laptop and I was devastated when I thought my laptop was dead. They are literally amazing!!!!

They really knew what they were talking about and worked hard to make sure my laptop was fully repaired and in good condition. I brought the laptop in with two issues, and in addition to carefully diagnosing and addressing each issue, they also uncovered a third potential issue and took some measures to help with that. There was a frustrating hiccup that delayed the repair a little over a week, but it was not their fault at all, and they worked to adapt to and address that obstacle as quickly as possible. And the price was incredibly reasonable too.After my experience, I trust these guys expertise and I trust them to take proper care of the equipment their customers bring in. Would definitely recommend and would go back if a future computer problem pops up.

Good experience at TopTech. Only reason for 4 rating was we could not accomplish original objective. My computer died suddenly and I wanted to clone hard drive to new laptop.We could not do it, due to Microsoft issues. But Craig and Alex kept me informed through the process, and helped in other ways like helping transfer over things like drivers and browser bookmarks. Happy to support a fellow local business, and they are now my outsourced IT team.

I seriously would not take my computers anywhere else. I got to know these guys when they had the location at the antique center. I knew then when I had a repair, that I was being treated fairly. They have 5 techs who are extremely knowledgeable about all types of systems, even Macs. They also provide on-call services and can install entire networks for your home office or small business. Other tech repair shops in the area you can never feel quite so confident, but not at this place. These guys are absolute experts when it comes to computer repair and service.

Alex had my computer fixed and updated in just 24 hours. Owner run small business. Smart teckie folks who want to help the less teckie folks out there. So grateful for Alexs help, knowledge, and kindness. Its frustrating/scary when your computer is not working. Im up and running now! These folks love a challenge... I highly recommend!

Great customer service. Trustworthy and very competent with Macs and PCs. Just bought my fourth computer from these guys, I wouldnt buy a used computer from anyone else. So glad they are back in business after the fire at the Antiques Center. Like having your own, personal IT department!

I cant say enough about how good these guys are, brought my iMac in that every other local shop said they couldnt fix. TopTech gave me a free estimate and had it up and running the next day. If I could give 6 stars I would. Ill never take my machine anywhere else in the future. And the free chocolates and coffee arent bad either :).

Contacted Daryl at Toptech for diagnostic and installation/configuration of a backup external hard drive on my iMac home computer system, which was acting wonky.I am dealing with a broken leg currently and can’t drive so Daryl offered to come out to my home to check things out as I’m close by. So thankful for that. So the computer was acting up like it had a virus, and Daryl took the machine to their repair shop, diagnosed a failing hard drive, and we ended up buying a used iMac he had for sale. Great deal considering.They loaded all our files on the new machine, set up the backup system and even diagnosed a bad keyboard causing problems, all done professionally and in good humor.These guys are the best. Their communication skills and timely emails were a bonus. Would gladly recommend them and will use their services again.

We fixed our daughters MacBook with them then it stopped working after two weeks. We took it back and after a week it stopped working again. When we tried to drop it off, they told us it was out of warranty. This is the worst experience ever, they wasted our time and took our money.
