Old fashioned Five and Dime type store that is great for all ages!

I have loved being a consignor and customer at this store for years. I always find great deals and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!!

Amazing variety shop with countless useful household items. I came for the many aisles of childrens toys, games, science projects and arts and crafts. Worth the trip - you WILL find something you need! Ample parking.

I am both a consignor and customer of this store. I have found the owner and staff to be very friendly, accommodating and well organized. They only take quality, high end items for consignment and therefore you can expect to find items that are like new (or even new with tags sometimes).... but at a fraction of the cost you would pay in the retail stores. I would highly recommend the Hollin Hall location to anyone considering consignment or in the market for childrens clothing!

Natures Nibbles was a wonderful new addition to the plaza. Owner is knowledgeable on nutrition for pets and their owners.

I have only been able to shop at this store a handful of times as I live out of State. However, I would like to say that I was very impressed with the quality of the items that are found in this consignment shop. Everything I looked at was in very good shape and you could tell that effort was put forth by the owner and staff to make sure that the items that are consigned meet their high standards. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help you find just what you are looking for. I will be back many times.

Went into the store today after not having visited in almost a year. The store has gotten more cluttered, and they seem to be taking in pieces that show more wear. Selection is decent, but prices are higher than the other 529 locations. I also learned that once they run your card, they are not able to process a refund... even if you are standing at the counter and found an issue with an item and they havent even put it in the bag yet... they offered store credit only... terrible.

Pastry shop is great

This was my first and last trip to this store. I called prior to visiting with intentions of selling some clothes to them. I asked what they were in need of or looking to buy and was told fall clothing. I also mentioned I had a complete travel system (Stroller, base, car seat) the lady on the phone told me to bring it in and they would look at it. Never mentioned I needed an appointment to bring in items. Never mentioned they didnt take car seats. Also, never mentioned they only took specific brands. Upon arriving and telling the lady at the desk that I was looking to sell some clothing I got a Well you shouldve made an appointment for this. I apologized and mentioned I called and wasnt made aware of that and said I could come back. She acted like it wasnt a huge deal so we stayed thinking she was going to look through the box and get back to us. She then looked over and said We dont take car seats at all. Again I replied when I called I mentioned I had this and wasnt told you didnt take them. Still we waited it out. The store was empty and she sat at her desk. Never looked through the things. Didnt say ok itll take a few hours and we will call you when weve looked over the items. After looking around myself I quickly realized it was a more upscale consignment shop, which is fine! I get it! I asked what brands they take and she told me. I told her that I was just going to take my things and go since I had nothing they would take. Point of the story is I called prior to going. She could have mentioned then the brands they were looking for and could have said then they dont take car seats. I wouldnt have packed my things up and gone. Couldve have saved both of us time!

Very unprofessional!! My friend called & asked questions about the clothes they are taking & about her travel system. There was never a mention of a appt needing to be made or that they dont take car seats. Upon arriving (the store was empty) the girl behind the desk made it known that it was appt only.. ummmm there is no one here & we just talked to you on the phone. Not customer service friendly at all.Over priced stuff & honestly not friendly at all. I will not recommend this store to any of my friends & take my target & Cherokee (aka Walmart) brands some where else. Very snootie!

I had a very unprofessional experience attempting to shop with this shop via IG. I responded and posted my info for invoice yet the store owners posted first to respond gets bag so I did. They then sold it so someone who called over the phone to pay despite their message posted on their page stating otherwise...Very unprofessional.
