I cant really give a thorough experience because we got there around 4:45 p.m. however from what I was able to go through I was anticipating getting to spend more time there. Perhaps next time. What I saw though was very nice. It was a clean store. The lady that was there was very nice and I noticed that she was very helpful and very friendly at the checkout counter with another family. Perhaps my next trip up I can go there, I hope so!

Good bargains if you have the time to sift through the massive inventory

Completely disappointed with consigning at this store. We LOVE shopping here, amazing items and amazing people. However I attempted to consign and was given attitude almost from the beginning. I should have taken my items and run. After dropping off consignment items I got a call that “none of the items” were sellable. I’m surprised name brand miss me jeans aren’t sellable. I was then given a hard time about not having written “want back”. She was nice enough to give me a courtesy call… I was told multiple times… but when I went to pick up my items half of them were missing. Honest mistake? Guess what was missing…. My name brand jeans… went back today to pick them up after she advised she “found them” and 7 items are still missing. I’m sure I will hear that it was a “courtesy” that she even called me in the first place. I won’t go back… I don’t want to purchase items and support them if this is how they treat their consignors… are any of the other items in the store “misplaced” from other consignors?I just can’t justify spending money somewhere that I was treated so poorly. I’d also like my items back…

Ive only gone to the consignment area, but have loved it both times! They get some really nice items in, both clothing and housewares. They have a nice space and have it organized so its easy to find the section youre looking for. Clothing is organized by size and color, making it quick and easy if you know what youre looking for. I can spend awhile there looking! My only complaint is there is no public restroom. So plan accordingly 😄

I always thought that it was a womens store but the store in Alexandria is also for men and they also have a lot of thrift store type items.. Nice place to go to!!

Nice store friendly staff. Definitely make this a stop when youre shopping. Everything is in very good condition.Plenty of parking 9n the side 9f the building. Enter through the same entrance as the pawn shop.

The owner and her daughter are always so nice when I come in. They have such a good selection of clothing and decor and great prices and it is always so well organized.I came in looking for some comfortable clothing for working out and a blue top to match a skirt I just purchased and I found both becuase I could go straight to my size and everything is organized size/color/ and a bit by season. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the lack of enforcement of the state mask mandate. Not only were there in excess of 10 customers in the store without masks on, staff were also not wearing them. I understand it can cause confrontation to ask a customer to mask up but when staff out right dont even wear them it is disappointing

Shopkeeper and employees do not wear masks and will not negotiate prices. Wont be back because of that. I find it extremely unprofessional and disrespectful as a buisness to not wear a mask. Its for the protection of your CUSTOMERS. Be more considerate. Do better.

A great place to shop for name brand used clothing, along with name brand purses, they offer a variety all the time. They have a small section of mens clothing & shoes. A huge selection of womens clothing of all sizing, along with shoes galore! A bunch of beautiful new and used household decor. Very polite workers.You can bring clothes in to consign and get paid after a month - until your clothes are sold. Very neat store.

We always find some good stuff here. Great prices and friendly staff.Huge inventory though and some organization is needed. But if you have the patience, youll find something great!

Love krupkes in Alex and Fergus. Tanya has a great rewards plan for frequent customers. Some days Im in the clothing mood,sometimes home furnishings. I never leave disappointed. Prices are fair.FOr a consignment store very competitive with the big Goodwill..how can that be.. great service friendly employees..my moms favorite stop when she comes to town.

Highly recommend shopping and consigning here! I wish they would consider taking designer scrubs.
