The employees are extremely lazy and slow, they’re never to help you. I ask 3 different people but non of them help me out. I waste my 1 hour just to find 2 items.

Pharmacy fraud. They continually short me on pills and then I have to go without until the next refill date. Sometimes I go without diabetic meds for a week or more because they can’t seem to count. Then they accuse me of abuse. Yeah, I’m really abusing Metformin. I’ve reported them to my insurance. Yet here I am with two pills that have to last me 12 days.

Went on 4/62021 @ 10:00 AM. Was asking a gentleman that worked there for some help then another employee came over and was very rude and just told me nope very loudly. When asked if she knew anything she just repeated NOPE very loudly.

Walgreens replaced the Rite Aid - same staff, pretty much the same. Great place to get refills, snacks, drinks, and other items you might need. Also where I get my flu shots.

Worst customer service ever! The people working here are dysfunctional.

The associate Angie is very unprofessional when it comes to passport photos, she wasted 1 hour just to figure out what to do and the quality of their photos are the worse when I end up canceling it .

Pharmacy telephone service is maddening. Ordering through Rite Aid was simple. Not so for Walgreens.

Incredibly poor customer service. I have never not been treated like I was ruining my cashiers day. The absolute only reason I sometimes frequent this rude and unhelpful place is because they are open later than anything else in the strip center.Respect yourself more than I do and avoid the smug death glares and lack of verbal responses so common in this fluorescent purgatory.
