Amazing service! God the job done quick and clean! Called them up to install my television and home theater as I was referred to them and was not disappointed at all by the great service they had provided. I had Jon come over to the house and he done an incredible job with the home theater, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them for all my television and home theater needs! Thanks again!

I brought my I-pad in for repair about a month ago and the service I received was AAA+! Although I paid a diagnostic fee upfront it was well worth it. The device works like new and I only paid a fraction of what Apple was charging. Thanks John for fast service and teaching me some thing on how to keep my devices working properly.

If you want to give away or lose your money go to that place. This is the worst place where you can go to repair your TV. you take your tv to repair, they charge you a deposit, then you call by phone and nobody answers. when you go again they tell you that the repair will cost you double or triple what it would cost you to buy it again. The next step is to offer you a deal for your smart TV to exchange it for some old and ugly televisions they have in the store. If you want to repair your TV stay away from this place. They are scammers and cannot attend or understand customers. If I could give it less than one star I would. Stay away from this place, someone who already visited this place tells you and it is the worst experience I have ever had. They dont fix your TV and they also steal your money.

I dont know about these reviews. I think people are paying the to write 5-Star Reviews.Go in, and check out their place before you give them your TV. See how many TVs they have sitting around. Ask them how many tv they have that need to get repaired...the answer will blow your mind away. *They have over 200 TVs that need repair or cannot be repaired* But wait, they are suppose to fix them as a Triple A TV Electronics shop? So instead, if they cannot fix it, they keep your money (the money you paid before you gave your TV away) then use your money against you to get a new tv, and they will only use your TV for parts.I agree the turn around time may be quick, but the results are not worth the trip and money. Its funny how they charge you BEFORE they diagnose your TV and will never keep you informed. You will have to call them to follow up.Good luck...AAA TV Electronics...

Highly recommend this professional and knowledgeable shop for your Tv installation needs. After two months of do-it-yourself effort, I called AAA in to help. The technicians were able to wire a large tv, sound bar, sub woofer, Blue Ray, Xfinity cable box, Apple TV, and a Wii in an hour and a half. Highly pleased with the work and the cost! Thanks AAA!

I am reading some of these reviews people have left for AAA TV and cant help but to think maybe these guys are leaving reviews for the wrong electronics repair shop. I have been going to these guys since before they moved into this lorton location. Something like 11 years at this point.I am not the type to just throw away a phone because a new gen has come out, or chuck a laptop because it crashed on me a few too many times. I watch my footprint and get as much use out of the electronics I buy as possible.Needless to say, I often find myself needing a good electronics repair man. George and his son John are just fantastic when it comes to diagnosing and fixing an issue. My 1 year old, still under warranty MacBook would sometimes shut off on me and not turn back on no matter what I did.I took it to the apple store 4 different times. Each Time I took it in, as if it knew where it was, all problems would suddenly go away. No matter what the mac geniuses did they could not replicate the problem. Frustrating as hell because I knew I would take it home and it would start acting up again in a few days. They mac guys ran every single diagnostic under the sun and could not figure out the issue.Well, I finally got fed up and just took it to my old friends at AAA TV. I knew they were good, but I really didnt think they were better at diagnosing issues with macbooks then the mac guys!Took them probably 20 minutes to figure out the issue and tell me exactly what parts I needed. Since it was still under warranty they called apple for me and got the part and fixed her right up! Free of charge to me.From now on, warranties be damned; I am making AAA TV my 1st stop.

I took my Sony Bravia TV to 3 different electronic repair shops and was told by all 3 that I would need a new screen. A line had appeared in the middle of the screen and would not go away. A screen would have cost me as much as i had paid for the thng. AAA TV was recommended to me by a friend who had recently had a good experience with them. Right when I was getting ready to chuck an almost new 65 inch tv away, I decided to give them a try. Bit out the way for me since I am in tysons, but they came highly recommended so i thought it was worth the trip if they could fix it.Met with George when I arrived and he could not have been nicer. we spent the 1st half hour just laughing about all the time I had spent lugging this tv from shop to shop.I left the TV and the next day got a voicemail to go pick it up. I assumed that he too had realized that the screen needed replacing and would not be worth it. To my surprise, when I arrived the tv was plugged in and working perfectly fine. I couldnt believe it! I was so happy that I actually gave George and his son a hug! Finally after two months of running around my tv was fixed!!Best part of all: THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!! They said that it was just a small part that had gotten loose and damaged, it was such a small fix that they didnt want to charge me for it. He knew how hard I had tried to fix this TV, he knew he could tell me that he spent X amount of hours on it and replaced such and such part and charge me at least half of what a screen would cost, and I would have been happy! This guy is so honest that when I asked why he didnt just do that he laughed and laughed.30 years in this business, I have never scammed or overcharged a single customer, not ganna start with you. They just made a cheerleader out of me. So refreshing seeing an honest man run an honest business. I dont care how far they are from me, if I ever need another piece of electronics repaired I am going to AAA TV.

After an assesment for our broken TV, we paid $125 for parts and labor to have it fixed. We were given a date of when the work would be finished, however after 3 days passed, we called, called, and called some more only to have a woman tell us that we would have to wait for the owner to call us back. After finally getting a call back, we were told that we needed additional repairs in the amount of $200. We would have never gotten the first round of repairs if it costs the same price of a new TV to complete the work. Moral of the story, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Whats funny is that when we passed on the second round of repairs and decided to just throw the tv away, the owner asked us to give him the TV so that he could use the parts!! LOL!
