Good place to get tools but they dont offer discounts unless your a member

I’ve gone in for the last month looking for the transmission jack they keep saying is gonna be on the next truck, but has yet to arrive. I was just going to purchase it online but it says in store only. The store is always being stocked but ever time I go in they seem to always be out of what I’m needing. Probably be better off for myself to make a road trip to Lafayette or deridder location to find the things I need.

5. Star got free item too. Employees helpful friendly. They do their job!!Im back at harbor freight 2 months later. Things are different. Hard to get help not enough employees. Cashier checked us out and left most items on counter. Did. Not bother to bag them even though bags Were available and items in size were small

Great selection decent prices but staff was really a non factor.

Out of stock on 2 things I went for. Never enough people working! Had to stand in line for 20 minutes to check out. Only one person cashiering and doing returns as well which was really holding up the line!

Shopped there today. The young soon to be graduate was VERY courteous and helped us out with the fan I purchased. Havent shopped there in a while. Will be back soon.

I love Harbor Freight and cannot wait until they reopen the Harbor Freight in Lake Charles!

I hate shopping at Harbor Freight because I always see stuff I want & spend too much.Its a mans toy store.

Employees not helpful act like they to good to work there but want to ask people to bring them lunch because they been in there more than twice in a day. People need to get real help for this store.

The store is filthy! Management has a horrible attitude! I plan on staying out of the Alexandia Louisiana store. It actually ran up my blood pressure!

As far as anything they have in store, its usually the best deal around. Plus the staff is always friendly and helpful, and even long lines move quickly. Also, if u sign up to be a member, which is free and easy, you get great deals and coupons. By far, one of my favorite stores.

The isle was a little hard to get around. But the service was great.

I have shopped here several times and am always impressed with how helpful the staff are. Even though the young man thought they didnt have what I needed in stock, he took the time to double check...and looked up the actual date the item would be restocked so I would know. They also let you know of specials available on items you are purchasing and offer coupons on those items from their papers if you dont have one already. They also do have quality items at competitive prices.

Went to Lowes and Home Depot both trying to find 6pt 1/2 inch drive deep sockets. They didnt have them. Harbor Freight did.

Pretty good selection of some decent tools. Some are junk but I just consider them throw away tools and go buy a replacement.

Batteries! This is where we get mostly all of our batteries, when they’re on sale or we have a coupon! It’s nice to be able to stay stocked up on the common sizes! Disposable gloves, too...not to mention their great prices on common tools and not-so-common items.

Hate the reorganization, but eventually found everything.

Went in for advertised item, ladies working informed me item not in stock yet they didnt bother to look in back. Granted item was large so they were probably correct, but they also didnt offer the floor model. The conversation was an inconvenient one for them because I was asking them to do their job beyond running the register. They suggested I just go to another store which I then informed them theyre the closest at an hour away. I just happened to be in town on other business.

Well it was a blessing I went to get me an air compressor so I wouldnt have to try find a place to get air in my tires, I was able to find me a nice for my shop reasonably good price and I also found me a grinder wrench that I have been looking for for a while. Got me a few disks and I didnt pay but fifty dollars and a few pennys.
