I ship packages from this location often since I use FedEx for my business. I find everyone who works there to be very helpful and friendly, and I enjoy going there. I have never had a bad experience, and prefer this location very much over the main FedEx Center down the street.

I walked in with a prepaid envelope just to drop off and the lady didn’t help me with the slip. I didn’t know which one is my copy, she kept saying take your copy and put it in the box. Girl, you gotta tell me or you can use your hands to rip off the slip but no she decided to stand there still. I managed to put the label on envelope after removing my copy and placed it in the box. The staff can be a bit better. Also, parking is a big issue here. Better pay to park just to prevent your car being towed.

This FedEx location continues to provide the worst customer service I have experienced of any FedEx. The employees on the phone will say whatever it takes to get you off of the phone, and when you go into the location the information is clearly wrong.They are more interested in telling you no than to help you with your shipping. The last time I was in there near opening time, the woman working said out loud of course I am going to be busy first thing in the morning. There were only 3 people in the store, so I am not sure why it was necessary for her to say that for us all to hear.

First of all, this store is great and has a very professional Store Manager Jorge. Secondly, before everyone leaves comments in a place of business like this realize this is FedEx Office and NOT FedEx, so if your package was late its not their fault. Dont give them poor ratings for things out of their control like power failures etc. Thats not based on service for something they can control and its not fair to the employees who work there. I will just say I came in for an order and I was greeted immediately. The store is super clean and organized unlike others in the area and the Store was super nice and helpful. I got what I needed in a timely manner. If something had happened in their control, I may see things differently, but people here are doing their jobs. Before you get loose with rating retail shops try working in one. Its not all fun and games dealing with horrible and rude mean people who dont get their way either. I know because Im in retail and I read these unfair reviews and its not reflective or this store or manager and i wanted the public to know. :)

Entered store at 8:30am, Monday morning, 4//8/19, greeted by the one employee who promptly told me “systems are down” and could not create a express shipping label for an envelope.Not sure how this can happen, or why systems were not down at the other store a mile away on Washington Avenue.Sounds really lame.

Walked in 10 minutes before closing to pickup a package, and after receiving it, the employee LOCKED THE MAIN EXIT DOOR. There were other customers inside as well. They were told by the same employee in an assertive voice that the register had to be shut down.Again. Customers were locked into the store during business hours. Would love to hear an explanation from management about this. Might put a call into Customer Solutions.

Went to ship a package I already prepared, when I asked for insurance the individual helping me explained he could not insure the package for the amount requested unless he packaged it himself for an additional $26. No thanks, this place was just an inconvenience and didnt provide the services offered to the customer. Solid waste of time.

Jorge at this location was such a lifesaver and gem. I had my wedding signs and escort cards printed here, and upon my arrival I saw that my now husband ordered our wedding sign to be much bigger than I told him - it was huge... and ridiculous. In my state of anxiety from everything that was going on because it was the day before the wedding, I started crying. Jorge at FedEx, (likely the manager or should be) was so helpful and immediately started printing a new sign in the right size, and made sure the corners were protected, and didnt charge me for the new sign. Such a wonderful gesture - and that little thing in the grand scheme of it all really made a difference.The space here is clean and obviously great customer service. I would go here for all your needs. Good people here, which is hard to find.

Angie, the Store Manager, provided great customer service. No matter how many times I screwed something up, she helped consolidate several different documents into one binder. She was very nice and helpful the entire time. Based on the assistance I received from Angie, I would recommend this FedEx Office.

Customer service here is terrible. I came twice for my business shipping needs and the sales associates acted as if it were a chore to help me both times. Management should train associates to nicely explain situations rather then rudely clarify and send the customer to other locations right off the bat so you dont have to deal with them.

Shannon was helpful, efficient and pleasant. Her co-worker, not so much - kept interrupting her transaction with me and never quite giving his full attention to the customer in front of him who was obviously frustrated. The gentleman whos name I didnt get nor see on a name tag was heavily accented and spoke in almost a barking tone to both the other customer AND Shannon. My failure to give more stars is because his behavior reflects poorly on this location. Shannon remained polite nevertheless. Cant say I wouldnt have had to pause and have a word with him out of earshot of customers !

Needed to ship a folder so I went to this Fedex. When I walked in I was the only customer. Envelope options were easy to choose from but had to wait for the center manager to get off the phone. He then went to go finish another project before saying Ill be with you in a few minutes. Think I was in there for a total of 15 min to ship a folder.

I walk in to find out how much it would cost to ship a package. I have never shipped from a FedEx store before. The clerk procedes to repackage the box I brought in and informs me of the price after weighing the newly packaged box. I declined the service, but still have the pleasure of paying $7 for the processing. I wasnt even informed of any possible charges associated with assessing how much a shipment would cost. Scandalous. 0 Stars if I could.

I had a packaged delivered by FedEx. The driver lied twice and said he tried to deliver it and I was at home the entire week. Then I got a notice on the third try. I signed it and said leave it at my door. I got a final notice with a note to say its against their policy - which isnt true. I called and complained and not once did anyone confirm that as their policy. After the final try the package was still not delivered and it was stated as incorrect address. The package was eventually sent back and I finally received it through UPS. FedEx is HORRIBLE!

Id give this place a ZERO if Google would allow it. Ive been to this place twice, and Ive been terribly disappointed. Jorge is very condescending and rude. Customer service is a joke here. I was returning a wireless router from AT&T. I had the email from them that gave specific instructions on what I was to do, which was: take the router to a FedEx or UPS location and they would take care of the rest.Jorge was persistent in saying that I needed a letter from the company to go along with the router. I showed them the email that I had from AT&T, so they had me forward the email to them. I waited for about 5 minutes and the email was not received. They said that their wifi there was not the greatest. Then they asked me to walk outside and send it again. 10 FEET FROM WHERE I WAS STANDING. I explained to them that I was not on their wifi and my cellular service would not be affected if I were in the store or outside. The two of them just laughed like I didnt know what I was talking about. Unbelievable!Heres my suggestion... You can be rude or you can be dumb, but please dont have both of these qualities working at the same time. That being said, Ill be using UPS for all my shipping needs from now on.

PLEASE READ SOME BAD PREVIOUS REVIEWS AND YOU WILL SEE THE COMMENTS Are CONSISTENT!!This branch run by CROOKS!!! I was surprised how expensive when i try to shipped my item. I play dumb when I went to this store and see how will they played out. They put my item to a bigger box so I will be charge more. I asked them if If they can use smaller one .the agent name TERREL said no because of the width of my item! ( I shipped this kind of item many times in other fedex branches and they used a smaller box) I did not mentioned that to him because i want to catch him if he knows what he’s doing and I’m right . Normally I pay -$20–28 and for this item but for this branch they charge me $50 plus.!!!! Please for future client if you don’t have that much experience or knowledge of your item that trying to ship YOU HAVE TO AVOID THIS STORE!!! I don’t like giving negative feedback for any businesses but in some point If you cannot provide a better customer services As a manager myself this kind of employee NEED TO GO !!

Horrible Experience with Delivery Guys they are blind cant read on the doors what we put note for them. They are robot not even try to wait or gives the door bell to let customer know that they r on the door.Most terrible delivery services from these drivers All the time I am at home but they just print the Door Tag and paste on the Door and left. Why not they can read?Why This Hell system cant be update. We live in 21st Century where everyone have the Mob and millions of other way to notify but still feel like old days they dont want to improve there delivery service.Aaaagggg

MisleadingI went in to send back shoes I ordered, from a company which has an easy return policy-prepaid labels. I didnt have the wrapper that it originally came in so I agreed to buy a box, thinking it would be a few dollars.No, turns out buying a box also includes packing service charge. I paid $15 for a shoe box. Stupid.

Claimed i was not home on tracking status but they never attempted to deliver my package. Didnt even leave a slip on my door letting me know they came. Paid for overnight shipping to have my package delivered by Friday and was told they would redeliver on Monday.

I just went to this place to print out a few items. It should be open at 8 am but there was no one at the store at 8 am. I waited 10 minutes and called the FedEx office custumer service. They called the store manager and store manager told us therw will be someone in 20 minutes!! I return back witout printing anything. Thanks FedEx!! Id recommend to call before you go if you are visiting in the morning.

Individual working at the front desk does not know what a A3, A4, etc paper size is it. wanted a doc printed, the person was beyond confused when i wanted it printed in A3. asked to print with no border that will be $6.99 extra. beyond disgusted with the service.

Lazy and a liar. Stood there for a full three (and very awkward) minutes while he ignored me. Im the only person there, my kid was running around and still pretended I was not there. Then when I asked for help to find the zip code for my package he refused to help. Moreover he claimed his systems couldnt access the internet and there was no way he could find the zip. Its a MAILING office, and he there was no way he could find a zip code..... Oh and I saw the news on the screen of the computer that couldnt access the internet. So yeah, its either the most incompetent mailing office in the DC area, or they are lazy and liars. Either way its terrible customer service.

I ship frequently from FedEx for my work. I ship the same type of products so I know how to pack them. This location is across the street and I was hoping to use them since I ship 3-6 times a week. The manager there was negative from the start. He began off by saying he couldnt ship my package because its fragile and he didnt have a box. I was like huh?! I packed it in a factory hard case, packing in a box. The next thing I know we were arguing and he asked me to leave. WTH!!!!! This is by far the worst FedEx location Ive ever been to and is a disgrace to be affiliated with the brand FedEx! I will never, repeat never step foot is this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BTW I found a legit fedex a mile down the road that took the same package refused by these clowns with no issue at all! Just so disappointed by the loss of convince to walk across the street.

I live only 5 blocks away and must use this office 3-5 times per week. I am a 63yr old techno dummy. Greg, Eric and the new Spanish lady is always cordial, patient and speedy. I can get in and out quickly. I am very grateful for this office.There is a bigger office not that far from me on North Washington St. They are ok, but I will never forget the $220 ticket I got while it took more than a 1/2 hr. to get a receipt which I never finally received for a 5 minute copy job for a non-profit.
