The most friendly, knowledgeable, and kindest staff I have encountered in a professional setting. These guys make me happy to be shipping a package. Cannot recommend it enough over FedEx or USPS (which has garbage customer service experiences, at least in this area). It’s just that good

I walked from my house with my parcel about a mile to FedEx, only to find that the provider had switched to UPS. I quickly ran to the nearest UPS location, but it had closed 20 minutes prior. The men closing the store took my package anyway… I didn’t even have to ask. Extremely grateful!

I didn’t check the reviews before going here, but after visiting this UPS location, I would expect them to have nothing less than 5 stars. So professional, expedient and nice. Sef was notarizing a couple things for my husband and me, and my son was having a small tantrum. He was so patient and sweet to him. He also informed us that everyone at the location was an official notary which is SO convenient! We will use this UPS location exclusively in the future.

This UPS store is the only one i go to, the men who work here are the nicest, most efficient. Super easy to get in and out and have everything done right the first time. Always get receipts for my packages, theyve never lost anything. Great shop.

I was fortunate enough to be able to send an international package with an employee named George. At least I think that was his name. He was super helpful, very knowledgeable and very nice to be able to have this experience with.Update: had to change from 5 to 4 stars because he copied the city wrong on my international shipment. I missed it as well.

I never expected to enjoy going to the UPS store. Then we started using the First St location for mail delivery. These guys are absolute pros. They always greet me by name and offer help carry my packages to the car. Sef is an incredible manager leading a top tier team.

Extremely courteous owners and the staff get to know you and eventually greet you by name. They get everything done with energy and professionally and will answer any every question you throw at them, no matter how big or small, they WILL take care of you.

This UPS store is like my personal favorite spot. The customer service is FANTASTIC! I literally travel from DC to this UPS store in Virginia. Sef and his team go above and beyond. I needed something notarized last minute and wasnt sure if Id make it before they closed. I called and said I was in route, the team told me if I was a few minutes late they would wait. Like I said - EXCEPTIONAL! Come here for all your UPS needs.

This UPS store is so organized and on point i had the greatest experience! every time i come to ship things to my family members out of state, i get the best feedback on how my shipment got there safe, sound and on time, Also first and foremost the front agent Yusif is the most professional agent and sweet guy, makes life so much easier, and easy going. This is the best UPS store in the Alexandria area. Not sure why its so hard to find a good FedEx or UPS store with staff that are courteous and do a good job, but it is. The store is always well stocked, never understaffed, and everyone is extremely helpful. Will be back time and time again.

My favorite UPS in the area and they have USPS return too. Friendliest group of people always smiling and ready to help. Lucky to have them serving our community.

Although my experiences in the past have been positive, I was very disappointed and concerned that the woman working was not wearing a face mask when I came in a couple days ago. She was standing very close talking to another customer, touching her face and items around her which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe so I left before completing a transaction.

I just visited this store for the first time, and it will be my GO TO store for any and all shipping needs (and so much more!) in the future! I was shipping a large number of bridal shower gifts (fragile and non-fragile) to my daughter-in-law to be from here in Alexandria to Tucson, Arizona. The owner and employee were incredibly helpful -- they helped me to sort the gifts and also to pack the boxes in the most efficient way. They were also extremely friendly. The parking was also ample and convenient. They offer many more services too -- passport photos, notary services, printing, shredding, faxing, scanning, and more. Im happy to have this UPS (and more) store in the neighborhood!

Great and efficient service with a bulky return to Amazon including a stiff hose that still leaked water on his floor as I was recoiling it’s stiff self! “No problem!”, he said. He worked my phone to correct the return status that I had mistakingly made for Kohl’s, no box needed to UPS, no box needed. New in town and the only one open on Labor Day Sunday. I am grateful and will definitely be back!

I stopped by here today to drop off some DirecTV hardware and the young man was very helpful and courteous. Great customer service! The store was clean, well equipped with shipping accessories and even had a small stock of gadgets and travel sized personal care (they are right next to Holiday Inn). I was informed they offer notary services and passport photos which was nice to know. Great location with easy parking, especially if you have something bulky to bring in to ship.

Best service I have ever got. I pulled up with two huge boxes and the young man came out to help me carry them as soon as he saw me. They helped me carefully tape the boxes and waited for me 30 mins to find the return label that I misplaced. I am fascinated by the level of service in the store and I highly recommend that you go to this specific store if you need to ship anything.

My first visit to this store was today. Abraham the manager was very helpful and nice. The store is new and clean. I did not have a wait to be helped on a weekday morning at 8:30 am. It also has a USPS mailbox out-front and there was plenty of parking. I will make this my next stop on my way to work again.

Brand new location tucked away inside the Holiday Inn on the northern edge of Old Town. Abraham helped me, and was very friendly. Happy I don’t have to go all the way across town to pick up packages anymore!

I had such a nice experience with Sef I felt compelled to write a review. The location is tucked to the side of the HolidayInn on First Street, 0.1 mi from my job. There seems to be limited parking along the road but at 4pm on a Friday I could easily park. I needed a form notarized and as you see from my photos it was snowing. I come unprepared and my document was crinkly and wet. Sef very kindly accommodated me, made a copy of my original document and notarized it. He has a very genuine, charismatic personality and seems to enjoy what he does. He gave me a folder to put my new notarized form in so it didnt get wet. Although he didnt charge me I offered to pay the optional $5 fee because he displayed exceptional customer service. If the world were full of service providers like him it would be a better place. I would absolutely recommend this place and Sef in a heartbeat if you needed something notarized!
