I recently purchased a 2021 Acura TLX Type S from Alhambra Acura and they were amazing. We agreed on a price, Matt and Richard got the paperwork together and I signed in about an hour. My last dealer experience with another automaker was 5-6 hours with bad attitudes. I will say most dealers in California have an extreme mark up on my vehicle. I was prepared to even fly out of state and drive my new car home. These guys saved me a trip and I want to thank them for a renewed faith in the car dealer experience.

Sales person agreed to sell a car at MSRP ($59,000). I informed him that I would be there this weekend. Today, I received another email from General manager, Cesar Ramos, saying monthly payment is $725 for 60 months at 1.99% APR (with $30,000 down). I asked him to check again and he confirmed that. So, they are asking me to pay $73500 for $59000 car. When sales manager shows gamesmanship that is a red flag. Be away from this dealer at all cost.

Recently got a 2021 Acura RDX from Acura of Alhambra. Very happy with the level of service that Nina and the rest of the team provided. The sales team is not paid based off of commission which I suspect led to the exceptional service. Nina made sure I was taken care of before, during, and after I made the purchase. I drove from Bakersfield to Alhambra because they were able to provide the best deal and service at of all the Acura dealers that I could find in a 200 mile radius. If it werent for Nina and the teams exceptional service, I would of probably bought an Acura a lot closer to me. I recommend anyone looking for an Acura to give this dealer a look.
I walked into this dealership just before closing on a Sunday evening. I was immediately greeted with a smile and a handshake by a fellow named Ding. I told him I was interested in the RDX but was not yet interested in buying. He showed me the features of the car and told me why I might want to consider purchasing an Acura over a Lexus, another brand I was considering. He knowledgeably answered my questions without pushing a hard sale. My experience at this dealership enhanced the pleasure of shopping for a new car.

I dealt with Nina and she was great! Called me multiple times to assure I was coming to my appointment to test drive. When I inquired itβs was a certain price then maybe a few hours later the price went up $500! I still wanted to go test drive. I get an email to confirm Iβm on my way and I replied I was! Get in my car and half way to the appointment and I get a call that the car itβs sold! Horrible ethics! Not honoring an appointment just to make a quick buck! Never making an appointment or buying from them! Shame on you!!

Was almost going to buy a used car from here. There was a minor issue with the car and wanted to see if the used car sales manager was willing to fix it for me as part of the sales. He told me used cars are as is. He didnt even hear what I wanted to ask for him to fix on the car. I told him I shopped and brought quite few used cars and other dealerships wouldnt mind fixing something minor on the vehicle and thats why I asked. I walked away and went somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. Somewhere thats willing to work with the customers and satisfy the customer.

Its a dealership... Having bought a Tesla changed my perspective on dealerships. With that said, I would like to share my 4th dealership experience with you:I know Richard H personally from college. We asked him over text to help us find a vehicle with my moms specifications. He found us a few options. We drove from Las Vegas to Alhambra. We met with a sales lady, whose name I dont recall, who was very kind and personable. She struggled to answer our question, was patient, and did everything she could to help us out. My mom was not fully convinced on the vehicle within her price range. We were ready to walk out. I was fed up with the sales tactics. After about 2.5 hours, Richard H came, greeting everyone as he walked by, and answered all of our questions and helped us understand why this vehicle was great for my mom without the (time) pressure that other sales people put on customers. In this experience, I saw Richards professional side (remember that I know him from college). He was true to himself! He is not your typical sales person. There is a reason he moved up the ladder quickly. Proud of you Richard! Keep treating customers and employees with dignity and respect like you have been.

There was a dropdown thing on the site for promotions with some pretty good coupons. When I was there I checked in on my Facebook and liked them and I got another 5% off. Called and spoke with the service manager about my car pausing when I accelerate from a stop before it peels off. I asked the manager if it was a transmission issue and his theory was that it was the dynamic modes (sport, normal or comfort). He told me to bring in my car so he could diagnose and see if we really need to schedule a service because sometimes the drive of the car can be too powerful. Not satisfied in his inadequate answer and a bit insulted, I decided to call Thomas Acura of West Covina. I explained my issue as I did with Acrua of Alhambra and was told by their advisor that he believed it was due to heavy carbon buildup. I may not be a car expect but I know for sure the issue wasnt because of the dynamic modes. If you are looking to just service your car this is the place should be sufficient enough. If you have car issues I advise you NOT to waste your time with this place.

Dear Acura, youre in trouble. Perhaps its because Im from the south and totally believe in providing a great customer experience when purchasing a car, but for some reason, after visiting three dealerships in SoCal, the consensus is... Acura has the fleet but not the talent.I conversed via text and e-mail with a couple of people. If you visit their site (or view their promo) youll see provide your information for our best price. I did. Id done my due diligence, so to find out that the RDX A Spec I wanted was competitively priced with a great lease offering (to help my negative equity), I figured wed be in a good place.I arrived and should have left. While their gimmick is that their sales team isnt commission based, they also seem to be very unaware of how this works. Acura has a conquest program and this is where Acura in general fails. As an owner of a Mercedes, Infiniti, and Lexus, one of the common threads of each of these brands is a luxurious customer service experience to match their feet. This Acura lacked that.After 45 minutes, the sales associate, who Id told multiple times the current balance of my SUV (I even told him the bank was closed, east coast hours, only for him to call and say, youre right, SMH), decided to bring a quote, nearly $300 over the range I wanted to be in. How you ask? That price they sent me via e-mail had went up over $5000. Clearly insulted, I began to gather my things. Their lack of integrity and transparency let me know this wasnt the place for me.As I left, the Finance Manager came to me ready to fix the problem. Finally, I thought, decent customer service. And while he said the right words, the most disrespectful part was when he asked what it would take to earn my business. He said he could beat the lease offerings at Lexus, which were in the price range I presented, but not what they initially offered.When a customer arrives with all the details in hand, listen and work with them. I understand Acruas position is to make money. Mine is to get the best deal. But theres no way we land on a fair deal when their sales associate says, I just need you to give me your social so I can call the bank and get your pay off, oh and sign this (a credit application). All I could do was laugh to keep from screaming.I was told Id get numbers the next day and I could decide what to do. I got home after driving about an hour to this dealership to find a thank you e-mail from the sales associate. The wrong car and the same price they quoted me initially was enclosed. The next day, no new quote or offering. So, sure, there may be one person there who knows what theyre doing (Ill take the word of those who reviewed, barring they arent employees or friends of), but Id argue, youd have to work too hard for people who earn your $50k+ on a car. Trust me, there are plenty of places who would happily start the conversation with clarity, honesty (within reason, its a sales industry after all), and work really hard to earn your business.Back to the drawing board.

Yesterday was a very stressful day for me, I woke up, dropped off my kids at school, then completely wrecked my car! I didnβt have any rental coverage, and I was so stressed out given what had just happened. I called many different dealers to get a new car, and no one had what I was looking for (a red Acura ILX premium package).When I called Acura of Alhambra, Nicole was super sweet to me, and she was super quick with getting back to me. She made the entire process so easy, that all I had to do when I arrived was sign a few docs, and I was able to drive off with my new baby! I was able to get the rate I wanted, and was more than pleased with the lease agreement. I also got a super sweet graduate discount since I just graduated college!While I was at the dealership Nicole made sure I was completely taken care of, and she did an outstanding job at fully explaining ALL the features on the car, she 100% knew what she was talking about! She made sure I was going to leave there happier than ever.Today, Nicole also took the time to call to check in with me to make sure everything was going good. My fiance and I went to purchase a car expecting some kind of upcharge and fees on a $4k vehicle, but $1500 extra for an unwanted security system thats being imposed on the vehicle price and not including it in the advertised price (since they made it out to be mandatory) is absolutely unacceptable! On top of that, they seem to have the time to add this security system, but they didnt have time to inspect it prior to putting it up for sale? Ridiculous! We were so excited to finally get this much needed car. Instead, we get a lousy, frustrating experience.Update: We are able to purchase the car without the security system after the comment and the 1-star rating was left, but it still wasnt a 5-star experience either. No complaints on the car.

Prices listed on the internet are innaccurate. Traveled over an hour after making an appt based off of their internet listed price and dealer marked up the vehicle $5000 above msrp. Dealer refused to negotiate vback to listed price, so beware of their bait and switch tactics and dont waste your time.
I bought a used car Nissan Sentra and from them . The salesman Mario said the car was fully checked . So when I test drove the car it seemed fine even though I just drove it around the corner . I noticed it was somewhat bumpy ride so I assumed it was the road. But after driving it for 2 days I realized that was a problem so I took it to a tire shop and I found out out the two back tires are bad. So I called the dealer to tell them about it and they covered themselves by saying that it passed the safety inspection so they would not change the tires so they screwed me that way.i I dont recommend this place, if you do go there, make sure you check everything or else you might get screwed too.
I purchased a 2019 Acura TLX on Monday night from Simon Lo, the Internet Manager. I think I sent in the request for information around 5pm, by 8pm I was driving away in my new car. He called me right away, was upfront and helpful with his information and pricing. He worked hard to give me everything I asked for. The product specialist and Sales Manager were also wonderful. I highly recommend Simon Lo and the sales team at Sierra Acura. They went above and beyond for me and my family and I am so in love with my new car.
Service department must be full of workers whoβs only prior experience is βtook an online automotive courseβ because LOL! Took the vehicle in to CHECK if they could unlock the seatbelts (from a prior minor accident) and we were told they had to do an inspection. Iβm aware it is just a sensor that needs to be unlocked for the seatbelts to simply fully stretch again (they still buckle, still turn off seatbelt light on dash once buckled) but they tried saying we needed to replace them because theyβre βdamagedβ and buckles will need to be replaced as well. Total charge $1000++. And they still demanded a fee of $198 to be paid for the inspection as if they did anything to the car but keep it for HOURS without contacting us until we called the dealership and demanded answers because we wanted the car back same day. I mean, does it really take from 12pm til 6Pm to tell me that??? No repairs done whatsoever ??? I do not recommend ever stepping foot in this place, they clearly only care about collecting money from customers. I almost feel like theyβd charge me just for asking questions!

In this place the service workers did not do their job well last month I took the car to check because I found that the system in my car was malfunctioning and the car alarm system was working automatically when it was not. Someone crashed into the car and I endured 2 nights when I took the car to check and I dont understand if they checked or just checked it through the speaker to tell me that my car is not damaged at all. And I spent 198 USD for the check without finding anything and a few days ago this month my car had the same problem and when I brought the car up to complain, the first thing they needed was to pay 198 USD to see. my car. Why is it not possible to check the car but always the money first, but they are not responsible for themselves
I made an appointment to look at the all new Aspec. I had planned to come see it with the promise of getting a quote before hand but I hadnt received it until the night of the appointment but I get a call asking for a down payment for the car so they can hold it for me. Sales manager knew I hadnt received a quote and yet they had the front of desk call asking for money already? That just raised red flags for me. Ill be going to Genesis, thank you.

Worse car buying experience ive ever had I bought a Acura ilx Aspec in 2019 and it is pearl red. It came with a paint blemish on the driver side and took it 3 weeks later and they buffered it and did a terrible job and never offered to make it right ive gone back a couple times to tell them about it and they give me the run around and say you should of seen it before buying it, thats not right its an expensive vehicle. Its a lease to buy so I would like it if they offered to fix it, because I plan to purchase the vehicle.
I leased a Acura RDX 2020 from this dealer about a year ago and about a couple months ago due to the pandemic I had to move to a different state and ever since I had to leave my car back in LA. I have been trying to talk to them for options around shipping or what other options were available, but the agents wont even talk and just put me on hold and disappear. Ive called them like few different times on different days of the week, but the same response. Absolutely unacceptable and rude behavior.

If I can give 0 or negative stars I wouldDonβt shop here, worst experience ever buying a car, I inquired online and was given an out the door price that later when I walked in to purchase was told that the price given to me was impossible to do. And then to top it off after signing the contract and making an agreement with the salesmen that I would receive an alignment and detail And it wasnβt done. And the worst part of it all that the manager did not honor what his salesmen said and also was very unprofessional and full of attitude instead of fixing a mistake that was made by his salesmen and told me whatever the salesmen said wasnβt guaranteed and didnβt mean anything didnβt make me feel comfortable at all never coming here again

While he kept contact with me he did not annoy me like some sales people do. I asked for a deal. Initially he said he would take $1,000 off. But with further negotiation he took off $4,000. I was in the market to buy a new 2021 Acura RDX and I was looking for a specific package on the new RDX. After looking online on Acuras website, I found that Acura of Alhambra was the closest dealer to me with the specific exterior / interior color and package I was looking for. I decided to drive up from San Diego to take a look at the car and see whats the best price they could do. I have worked with a few other dealers in San Diego but they couldnt fully get to the monthly payment I was looking for. (even if they could get the car I was looking for). When I arrived at Acura of Alhambra, I worked with Mario and Carlos in sales and they were very easy to work with and easily found me the monthly payment I was looking for with a fantastic interest rate! Eric in the finance department was also very easy to work with and processed the paperwork fast! Im used to spending hours at a dealer to get all the paperwork done but Eric, Mario, and Carlos got it all done within a couple hours which was very surprising. If you are in the market for a new Acura in Southern California I would definitely give Acura of Alhambra a try because it was the best car buying experience Ive had in a very long time!

This is one of the best dealerships Ive ever dealt with. Ive helped a friend get two leases the last 6 years from Sierra Acura. I always shop around but they always have the best deals. Theyre actually quite far from me, about an hour drive. Plus theres an Acura dealership less than 2 miles from my house. However, their deals plus excellent service make the long drive worth it. I commend their salesman Simon Lo for being consistently good the past 6 years. He first helped us lease a 2016 ILX three years ago and recently helped us lease a 2019 TLX. One other thing of note and pleasantly unique is their Finance Manager not once tried to sell us any additional parts or services. Every experience Ive ever had elsewhere with Finance Managers have been fraught with strong arm tactics. I highly recommend Sierra Acura for those in the market for another vehicle.
The service department at this location is always so kind and helpful. I brought in my car for an issue that I had and Eddie, the service manager, helped me right away.He relieved my stress and worries that it would be a major fix.They took care of my car within 15 minutes. Im super grateful for their help!
Wondered why the Cabin and Air filter needed replacement at 16K miles. Informed recent fires wreaked havoc on these filters. Good job!
