I bought the Toyota 2020 RAV4 HYBRID XLE at Wondries Auto Dealership. It was dark and I didn’t find a bit of scratches on the front bumper. Check the credit after a good price, and say that my credit score is too low, I can’t borrow a 0 interest rate, and the monthly repayment price needs to add more than 30 dollars of interest. I agreed. I don’t speak English. After I bring the payment back, I translate the contract. Later, I found out that I had a zero interest rate, and they added the extra interest money paid back to the car price! I realized I was cheated!

Asked for a standard oil change. Charged for a 5000 mile service which is $89. Didnt ask for this service. Ask the hispanic younger lady what were the othwt charges. She has a bad attitude and lacks customer service skills. She tells me to read the paper, thats what you got! So pathetic. I asked to speak back with the service rep who says he always does the 5000 mile service. I said without asking the customer? Alberto Nunez, the service rep did apologize and took off the extra charge. The front desk/cashier needs to get a better attitude or find a job better suited for her.

As always.. so trustworthy and just amazing with customer service! I used to be hesitant to go to the dealership for any type of service because I felt they gouged your pocket book! This is probably the only dealership I have ever felt confident about them having my best interest in mind and truly wanting to have you be a satisfied customer!
