I have never felt so belittled and disrespected by a dealership until I came to Kia of Alhambra. I canceled my appointment with Oscar but in the end I ended up going but at a later time. I got there and asked for him but instead they directed me to a lady which I forgot her name. Which was fine since I cancelled I figured he’d be busy. Anyways we went to go test drive the car, i felt so rushed she immediately opened the car door not even allowing me to check exterior of the car since it’s a used car. Then once we got on the car, we couldn’t find the key and she said “well if we can’t find the key you just can’t test drive it”. We ended up finding and started to drive. The whole time she was on her phone wouldn’t take her eyes off of it. She even made a call to another client while I was driving, apparently she forgot the clients name and I heard her correct her. Once we got done we stayed inside the car and that’s where she gave me the “numbers”. At that point i was already fed up and wanted to leave I didn’t even pay attention to breakdown she gave me. I’ve been to many test drives and never have gotten this type of treatment is as if she didn’t see me as a serious buyer. Maybe because i came in an older car and of young age. I have other things to say that she did that were very unprofessional but rather not. It is true what other people have said here that they treat you at Kia Alhambra by what you drive and your appearance. Hope owner reads this and corrects this lady, but probably won’t happen 😂 Anyways Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!:)

Took my kia Optima in cause my trunk latch wasnt working, my trunk would not close. Took it in at 9 A.M. and my car was ready for pick up at 4, and Kia washed my car. Employees were amazing, I was treated with courtesy and in a professional manner. The best part about this was my car was under warranty. I paid 0. Kia has a great great warranty.

I had the most amazing experience at Kia of Alhambra. Just got a Sportage, and everyone from sales, finance to management was wonderful to me. Maria Romero, the manager, was super professional, knowledgeable, honest, and communicative. I called before going into the dealership, because of the shortage situation. Maria explained to me everything and presented me with my options. Once there, she was waiting for me. There were no hidden charges, everything was very well explained. It was my first time leasing, and they made it work. Rafael did my test drive and explained to me how to use all the car accessories patiently. If you want to buy or lease a car, definitely go there! They were great and they will work with you to have what you need in this shortage!

I recently purchased a car here and had a great experience from start to finish. The entire team seemed very customer-service focused, but Erick (my salesperson) was especially friendly and helpful. I appreciated that he kept in touch regularly until some extra parts I needed came in. He worked closely with the service team to make sure they knew exactly what to do. The service department was prompt and professional. Overall, I thought the level of service across all departments was really strong. I would highly recommend this location to anyone whos in the market for a Kia.

Absolutely regret purchasing a car from this place. Everyone is walking around like chickens with their heads cut off. Sold and advertised the wrong year car (2021 instead of 2022) We also had to drive back a different day since they forgot to return our IDs. Lied about how much my trade in was going to be. Lied about me putting down a higher deposit yet kept the same monthly payment on my paperwork. They kept running my credit about 6 times after i had already signed for my new car and i was forced to go back and re-sign a new contract with completely different fake numbers and new warranties that i had not agreed on in our original paperwork. They also did NOT pay off my trade in until 2 months after so i now have late payments on my credit even though it was no longer my vehicle and my credit had zero prior late payments on record. Left my auto financing account with over $700 in late fees. I have receipts of everything i’m stating. Overall terrible service. None of them even knew what they were doing they lost our paystubs over 4 times and kept having us resend them weeks after we had left the dealership with our contract and new car. Very unprofessional and clearly do not know what they are doing other than lying and scamming.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We just purchased a 2019 Toyota Sienna from them last night after walking out of another dealership that was trying to play games with pricing. ERIC, our salesman, was wonderful from the first phone contact and the price out the door is was exactly as quoted. The entire team was just awesome and everything went very smoothly. The finance dept went above and beyond to get us the best rate. I highly recommend this HONEST dealership! Our van was washed and we were sent off with a full tank of gas.

Don’t buy anything from this dealership. A family member bought their first car and had their first worst buying experience. The car is a lemon and had issues with it the first month. The mechanic Alberto whom assisted them is not customer friendly and rude. They should give her a new car or her money back. I give them NO stars for this dealership.

Service department was the most inconsiderate I have ever encountered. Did not return KIA corporate phone calls/emails and did not return my calls in timely manner either. (KIA corporations customer service was good, but dealership/service dept doesnt even look or respond to your complaints to KIA). Service so bad will not recommend getting service done here or purchase a car here either (I bought the car from there).

When my airbag warning light came on I brought my Forte to Kia Alhambra. They said it was subject to recall for a part called a clock spring and there would be no charge. When I went to pick the car up I was told that according to their computer, the clock spring wasnt causing the warning light and that I needed a $1500 repair to the passenger seat sensor. I was told the airbag on the drivers side was working but not the passenger side. That critical information turned out to be incorrect.I took the car to an independent repairman and the computer showed a faulty clock spring. When I went back to Kia Alhambra to ask them why, they re-tested the car and said that now the computer did show a faulty clock spring! It somehow changed its mind in 2 days! They said the technician must have made a mistake.I took the car to a different Kia dealer whose computer also showed a faulty clock spring, It was repaired for free under recall and the car is now working fine.Buyer Beware!!!! If they were trying to rip me off, this is exactly what it would look like.

If you want to purchase a vehicle at affordable price, dont go there, they always want you buy extra stuffs and pay more than normal price, its their trick to do this to make more money from customers. Pay more attention to every offer description they give you because it contain lots of charging item like warranty you will never use or some hidden fee within the contact. This is your own money, dont give to them for free. This is a piece of 4000 dollar advice and be careful.

I have been going to the Downtown LA Kia service center, and am so glad I finally came to Alhambra. The service is so much faster, and all the Alhambra staff are so much friendlier and courteous in comparison. My advisor Fortino was excellent and he actually listened to what I had to say about my vehicle needs. My routine maintenance and a tire patch took only a few hours, whereas similar service has sometimes taken 2 days at Downtown. I also greatly appreciate the complimentary car wash! (Downtown LA does not offer that)

This guys change the word of otd price. Get a quote or statement of price before see dealer so they cant change word. Otherwise, it is waste of time.I drove 2 hour to head there and they add 3k more than what they say on phone which was over my budget. I waste 4 hour just driving for no meaning.

Just purchased a Telluride from Adan Reyes at Kia of Alhambra. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my life, and Adan was the best salesperson that I have dealt with. Adan was extremely pleasant to work with, a straight shooter that doesn’t hide the ball, and has great attention to detail. And he gave me the best deal. Highly recommend him and Kia of Alhambra. I did a lot of shopping around before I purchased, and these guys are the best.

Poor customer service. They kept my car for 4 months. I had to be calling for updates. I had to go and retrieve items and saw they had dropped the back seats and placed the engine in back with nothing under to protect the upholstery. Which was dirty when I finally got the car back. They tried charging extra for things i did not approve for. They dont care about the customer because they already sold you the car and got your $ .I woll NEVER do business there again. If ia negative 0 rating were available, thats the rating they would get.

This place will help you depending what kind of car you drive inn with. I drove inn with car thats worth 1k no one came to me help me. I had to go inside to get someone attention. even then they wasnt trying to help me. 2nd car of 25k after 1 min some salesman was talking to me. asking what kind of car I was looking for or trade inn. then I came in my truck of 90k. I had a salesman lock eyes with me since I pull inn. Im driving into customer parking. he is patiently waiting for me. next to my truck to walk to me. I waited 2 min before I got off the truck. once I step out he was trying to sell me a car. moral of the story Dont judge the book ....

While they were friendly, I was kinda turned off by these guys. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted. We do not like light interior (we have dogs) and the models they had only featured that.One guy told us Well, just get seat covers but if you are going to spend 50 grand on a car, thats not an optimal answer. We asked if they could get one from another dealership since we started with these guys so we wanted to do the right thing and help them sell a car. They told us the system was down.I dont know - I went home and did a search on kia.com and found a few dealerships nearby that had exactly what we wanted. 13 to be exact. It took me 5 minutes, literally. I feel like the guys at this dealership just did not really care to sell a car if they werent willing to spend a minute helping us out.At one point, they said they could give us a really good deal on the lighter interior. Later in the conversation, we asked about what kind of deal they could offer and suddenly it was oh, well, we really cant take much off the price I think they felt like they were losing the sale since they didnt have the exact model we wanted and they gave up, which is a shame.Later today or this weekend, we will head over to one of those other dealerships to purchase there instead.I do sales myself and I am a big believer in even if you think the sale is slipping away, you still do whatever you can to make that customer feel happy because they will remember that and even if they dont buy a car, they will recommend you to others.

Update: losing 2 stars...I went in to test drive the Kia Niro plug-in hybrid. I called in advance to make sure they had the trim level I wanted, and they said yes! When I got there, I was told they dont have the plug-in, that there is a chip shortage. I made the best of it and test drove the hybrid and got most of my questions answered. The rep told me he would email me his contact info that night with an ETA on the PHEV, and answers to my questions he couldnt answer on the spot. I havent heard from the rep; its been 5 days. I contacted sales through their website 4 days ago and got a generic response. I replied with details of my visit and questions. Still nothing. They had no problem adding me to their mailing list though. Ive gotten so many emails about trading in my car. I left the lot feeling so great and excited, but I really dont feel like they want to sell me a car at this point. Very disappointing.

I have been to the service dept twice. I didnt buy my car from your location, but I have been absolutely satisfied with the level of service I have received. It was fast, the employees were friendly and considerate and I really appreciated how the service manager, seeing that I had no one to pick me up during my 3 hour wait, made the effort to get my car finished as quickly as possible.

I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change and when I mentioned that to the cashier she blamed me for not asking when I brought my car in how long the wait was, I was so blown away on how rude she was I told her a simple apology goes a long way, she was smug, zero customer service. I pulled a karen ( not cool and not me) and asked for her manager, I was so mad and I got well were not the service department, we are the cashiers I said your part of Kia, right? blaming me for the long wait was beyond unacceptable. The young man who had been helping me was trying to be polite but where he messed up is saying well, I was trying to help, Gustavo was supposed to help you, again unacceptable. When I pulled up to get my car serviced I was told that Gustavo was not there but leave my keys, I was told that the they raised their prices but not that it would be a long wait. This is not my 1st time with brining my car to Kia of Alhambra but it is my last, I will drive the 9 miles to Kia of DTLA I hear they have better customer service. Also, this is my 3rd Kia I purchased at Kia of Alhambra this will also be my last time because Bad customer service they lost a good loyal customer. Again, I waited 3 hours for a simple oil change that they setup for me, never again.

I have visited several Kia dealerships in the past week and Kia of Alhambra is the worst and the most expensive dealer yet.They send email advertisements with false MSRP and dealer discounts. The lady that helped me out wasnt pleasant and didnt seem like she wanted my business. There are no dealer discounts as they say on their email ads and they price mark up on the MSRP plus charge for accessories. There was no need to sit down and make a deal. What a waste of my time of going there. They should stop sending those false ad emails!

I can respect a sales person for trying to sell-up any extras, but the sales rep here, out right lied. Ive heard many people complain about the bait and switch tactic here, and he pulled it on me. We agreed upon a set price for a new vehicle. Even texted the final price IN WRITING. I get there and it was almost $1,000 more. This dealership is famous for the $1,000 sneak, for their cheap alarm. The thing that made it really underhanded, is the sales rep and manager both tried to hide it in the contract. When asked, they both lied to my face. And good luck trying to reach the GM. He NEVERcalls back. Ill NEVER do business with them again.

Buying a car is not the issue.The Service department is awful. 0 out of 5 star. They dont respect appointments. With an appointment they will still take 3 hours for a simple oil change. Avoid this dealer for Service at all cost. The manager Alberto cant run a service department to save his life.Never taking my car here for Service again. Our experience was excellent we went in for an oil change and we were not looking to purchase another car but we saw the new 2021 Kia Sorento and fell in love with it. I got a Stinger from Kia Alhambra, the sales process is less than satisfy to say the least. When I got the car there is a paint defect, which happens I understand. The sale guys saids he will contact me on the phone with a appointment. After 5 days no phone call I tried calling back but they did not reply. After I gave them a bad but fair after sales survey, they immediately contacted me for a appointment. Today I went back for the appointment (15min. early) The Sales Manager told me the paint guy left, I said they can have the car overnight just give me a loaner. Nothing. Again told me to leave and call me for a appointment again.I wasnt expecting luxury car brand service, but this frankly is unacceptable.

As someone who doesn’t know a whole lot about fixing cars, I’d appreciate not being treated as such when I arrive. Immediately upon pulling in, no one greets me or directs me where to leave my car. Finally, someone walks out and asks for my keys and proceeds to ask the generic “What’s the problem?” Well, my car is idling rough and I’d like to get it checked out. Instantly, he dismisses me “Oh, well the Souls and Fortes have a tendency to do that.” What an interesting detail that wasn’t pitched to me when I bought the car from the dealership three years ago. I ask about getting it looked at, regardless of that tidbit. He then tries to pitch me a Maintenance Service to try to remedy the sound I’ve been hearing. Surprise! I ask for pricing and the service he lead with is just shy of $500, and the basic service nearly $400. I tell him that’s not what I came in for and that I’d just like to have the engine looked over. (Mind you, I’m having to call my dad between these conversations to get clarification... admittedly, I’m almost 30 and I still don’t enjoy taking my car in for these very reasons. Meanwhile, the manger is nowhere to be found because he is “upstairs, getting paperwork.”) The guy finally tells me that the 27-point inspection is at no cost, but I have to wait 1 1/2- 2 hours for it. Even with my appointment I have to wait this long... he tells me it’s “standard” practice at the dealership. And with that, I tell him I’m taking my business elsewhere and leave. This guy couldn’t remember my name at one point, and he couldn’t remember that my car was right in front of us when he told me he’d “get my car from the back.” I can’t say I’m terribly pleased with the service I received today, or lack thereof. Yes, we are in the middle of a pandemic, but I’d rather not sit in a waiting room full of people for that long for that EXACT reason. Appointments should not be made if I have to wait longer than maybe half an hour. Needless to say, I’m going to find another place to have my car serviced from now on.

Oscar offered extremely competitive pricing compared to the other dealerships I was also talking to. In the end, he gave me the lowest price for the Kia K5 than any other dealer as well as the HIGHEST price on purchasing my used car as a trade-in. He truly got me the best deal without being annoying or overbearing like the other salespeople at the other dealerships were! Thank you for being honest, patient, and giving me the best deal. I appreciate that he was willing to speak with me over the phone and give me the time and space to think things through before heading to the dealership to sign the papers. Respectful, honest, good prices for maintenance, comfortable lounge area and you guys gave us an option of staying there or being shuttled somewhere to eat when we had to wait longer than an hour for the service to be done. Rafael was great and and answered every question I had & was very patient explaining how to use the rear-view camera. He even allowed me to practice using it by coaching me through parallel parking!The Financing experience was painless! It was short and sweet. I did not have to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting to find out if I qualified for financing. I had been pre-qualified with a particular lender but the Finance Manager found me a better deal.The people at Alhambra Kia genuinely care for their customers. Manager did not honor the car price that was posted by him on their website. Came to this dealership to buy a 17,000 car and the car ended up increasing to 27,000 dollars. False advertisement on every end. Really bad service by the manager who didn’t even want to give his name.

Not only do you take a day off of work to get your 1st oil change on a new car they do not have the oil filter in stock. Then they ask do you want to use your old oil filter? What a No, No!! That way if something happens to the car later they can say Sorry you used your old filter!!

I didn’t purchase my car from Kia of Alhambra. My review and rating goes toward the service department. I received excellent customer service from them and Steven Lara was super helpful when i took my car to get serviced. He went above and beyond. He got my car fixed in a timely matter, extend my battery warranty, and was very communicative.

I came down to purchase a used Prius that was listed on CarGurus and the dealership website for $14,223. I was helped my Manny Garcia who told me the price was $17k. I said its listed online for $14,223. He said it was an error. I then inquired about the 2016 BMW i3. He told me that it was $17k as well. When I left I again checked CarGurus website and the Prius has been listed for 58 days and started at $15.8k and recently dropped to $14.2k. The BMW was listed for $13k online. So its clear that they are not doing proper business. When I spoke to the Sales Manager Reinaldo Cruz he was extremely rude and came out in an aggressive manner. When I asked him who his manager was he responded I am the manager. I again asked who is YOUR manager? He replied again Im the manager. I responded with who hired you? You dont own Kia. Who is above you? His response was Gil. I asked Gil who? He said Gil Hayes. This manager is extremely rude, has no customer service, and needs to not attempt to try to intimidate customers. You guys dealership need to honor online prices and not lie and inflate prices and get over on customers. Will NEVER buy a car from you guys.

This is the second time I’ve visited their service center. They advertise a $24.95 lube, oil, and filter change on their website. The first time I visited, I was charged $42 for a package that included a tire rotation. Today, I visited again, and I was charged $38.76 but that was without a tire rotation. I asked the employee charging me if they were honoring the $24.95 price and she assured me they were. She said that the price doesn’t include labor or taxes. That’s insane. When I look at the coupon, it says taxes not included in price but nothing about labor. The coupon says the price includes includes an engine oil change (not just the cost of oil). I didn’t want to make a scene so I just paid. I called to speak with the service manager, but the person that answered said the manager was on lunch. I asked for a call back and never got one. I will update this review if they ever call me back.

THE CAR WAS SOLD earlier that day, and no one told me until I arrived at the dealership - I had driven from Long Beach! They’re not firing on all cylinders here! I made an appt to test drive a car based on the internet price. On arrival, the car was undrivable & the ticket price was $2k above the internet. When the manager attempted to close the deal, he was arrogant & inflexible even though the car needed repair. BEWARE: check internet pricing before going to this dealership. They also force you to buy a $900 theft deterrent system even if you dont want it

My experience today at Kia Alhambra was excellent. My contact Darlene got me in and out in just a little while ( 35 min. ) They even gave me a free car wash, bottled water and snacks. I will be back again and would highly recommend them for any service required for your Kia vehicles.

Would rate lower if I could. WORST experience ever. They low key tried to accuse me of stealing a key to a vehicle made me look through my purse for them only to find it in another vehicle...no apology... then they do a bait and switch... Kia k5 gt line special edition advertised at 29095...refused to honor and tried selling it at 35k with a bunch of unnecessary dealer add ons... just shady. Go somewhere else...got the same car with my own financing for 3pts less then what they offered and at 30k.

Update: they took over 2 weeks before returning my vehicle. Nobody contacted me to address their terrible customer service. Their reply on google is fake and automatic. They never apologized. They wanted to return my car super dirty when a free car wash comes with their service. Go elsewhere! Stay away from these guys!By far the worse experience with a dealership. I brought my car in last year for the scheduled maintenance and mentioned that my car was lagging when accelerating. They said nothing was wrong and gave me my car back after they finished with the regular maintenance. This past Sunday 06/28/20 my check engine turned on while driving on the freeway and the car started to lag super noticeably when the car accelerated. It would slow down right before the gear shifted and lag before the brakes kicked in. Not SAFE to drive at all! My bf took the car to the dealership (Kia of Alhambra)the very next morning, where we last did our maintenance check and they told him that the car needed to be diagnosed before providing me with a car rental. The car is under warranty having only 48k miles. I only got the car 3 years ago. There shouldnt be any issues this significant so soon! Its 8pm Wednesday and they have yet to diagnose the issue. No update. No estimated time of fixing the issue. No car rental. Nothing. I called the manager and I have yet to hear back. The only call I got was from Gustavo from their service department telling me that I needed to purchase a brand new battery in order for them to diagnose my car! He literally called me to sell me a $350 battery so that they can do their job. No way!!! I have yet to hear back with a definitive answer. Take your vehicle somewhere else! This place is not trustworthy.

So I am changing the rating I gave this Kia. The latch on my trunk wasn’t working and I called twice letting them know what year my car was and what was happening. Both times they told me to come in to service. As soon as I told the guy that came up to me at service what was going on he told me they don’t have the part and that I’d have to leave my car there for a week. I couldn’t do that since I am still working. So he gave me the option of them ordering it and then coming back in but it would have taken a week. Here we are a week at 3 days later and no call back. I found the part on Amazon prime and fixed it my damn self.

OMG. Dont to this dealership only if you find and smoking deal. If you find an advertised deal, save and screen shot it. Call prior and make sure vehicle is available i would say 20 minutes prior. They have a $999 alarm charge they include in your financing. Call prior and ask if thats mandatory, make sure u get a name and position when they say its not. Also, dont tell them what you can pay... Just tell the sales rep to go and get me the best deal.. theyll come back with between 12%-24% interest rate. In no world in this economy with interest as low as they are should be even close to that. I can go on and on.. i would just say stay away from this dealership. The Jordanian GM in the purple suit is not your friend. Kia of Alhambra, take me of your emil list, I already said I would keep repeating the experience per each email

Buyer beware!! I just received my credit report that i asked for a copy of when visiting the dealership. The sales specialist Perla lied to me telling me my credit score was 690, credit score showed a high of 729. She was also very rude and condescending. I still considered buying a car from these people dude to proximity convenience, but there is no organization there. The receptionist can never forward you to the right person and you can never speak with a manager.Update: you have to go to the right people here, I ended up coming back just because I didn’t have time to go to every dealership in town looking for the best deal. I mostly dealt with the manager Ramin. He’s courteous and pretty straight forward which I appreciated. You can’t win dealing with this industry either they will get you on the MSRP or interest rate. I can say though I am satisfied with my deal and my car. I still had a better experience here than Kia of DTLA where I bought my last car.Also service department here is good. Better environment and customer service than KIA of DTLA.

My experience was terrible. My contact mistook my schedule twice, and when I was finally there, she wasnt. They asked me for the coverage papers that was never mentioned before. I just wasted my time off at work and I didnt even get the service.
