This was my first time at this location, and I was thoroughly impressed. The incredible young lady that helped me was Samantha. She was really knowledgeable of the perfume I was interested in, even though all I told her was the type of scent Im interested in. She was patient and listened to everything I explained. I walked out with my perfume, and more than satisfied. Thank you Samantha.
No one offered to help and when I asked help to find a foundation close to my skin they just said sorry we cant do that and lady was dismissive and rude. I understand they dont do samples but their employees could recommend their favorite products or be more helpful. Sephora employees are more willing to help and very nice no matter how your dressed. Ulta you missed on $400 today.
Honestly the best ulta I’ve been to! I love ulta more than Sephora so I’ve been to pretty much dedicated to any ulta within a 30 mile radius haha. The Dallas locations are always crowded, but they’re sweet as well. However the management and employees at this location are so sweet :) always willing to help and chat. Very understanding. Top notch

The staff has always been knowledgeable about the products and they dont follow you around and hound you to buy stuff. I also love that they have a decent amount of K- beauty, i just wish they would carry more of it!
I tried this Ulta instead of my usual location, and I’m disappointed. The manager was dismissive and unfriendly. I won’t to mention her name, but she knows. I’m giving these two stars to the one guy that was nice to me there.
Samantha is the best! She helped my mom and I find some new make up! Great customer service skills. Need more people like her!

I would like to commend the girl that helped me today at checkout. I believe her name was Chloe (she had short hair and was wearing a tiara.) She has amazing attitude and customer service and really made you feel welcome. Even though I don’t know her and we talked for a minute, I wasn’t having the best day and she cheered me up a bit.
My overall experience was more like a 1 Star rating, but the GM Terrell and Kelsey made sure to turn it around for me. My initial appointment was with I believe her name was Beth overall nice but really doesnt know how to color or cut hair. I showed her a pictures of highlights which colors were copper with low lights blonde well I walked out with RED hair. Then told her I wanted a hair cut with layers well my hair was just CHOPPED looked like my 14 year old gave me a haircut. I was devastated and overwhelmed and was about to just breakdown 😢 I know its just hair but the fact that I was there for almost 6 hours and plus my hair is ruined was too much for me. Thankfully Kelsey ended at least fixing the haircut and she gave me exactly what I had asked for. The GM was EXTREMELY nice and caring which made me smile, even though my hair color is still ruined, and I have to wait for at least 6 months to avoid damage for a redo. I would highly recommend Kelsey for your hair needs. I also recommend when booking and appointment be sure to ask for an Elite stylist didnt know this was a thing but apparently it is.
Staff was super friendly. They walked me to the area I needed & even checked with a manager about a specific product. More helpful that most places I shop!

I had a great experience at ULTA today. Ayah is awesome! She is helpful and attentive. I am glad to see that the customer service improved a lot in this store.
Poor customer service but store looks organized
Smaller store, actually the smallest Ive seen. They used to carry makebrushes galore (all brands and styles) couldnt find one Ulta brush at all, name brand ones were VERY sparse and when the few should be, we found barren openings. Disappointed in this location.

Honestly, today was my last day shopping at this location. I became super excited once I found out about the location opening near my home. However, little did I know this would be the worse customer experience Ive ever encountered.Today was my 4th time experiencing an unpleasant visit.Prior to todays visit. I decided to take my fiance and son in with me. My fiance and son went to the mens Cologne while I picked up some essentials from another department. Me keeping in mind the distasteful service from the other two times I did not voice them to my fiance and tried once again. I THOUGHT WRONG. The minute we walked the loss prevention lady moved from her post and followed my family to the cologne section. I chuckled to myself because this was the same thing the male lost prevention guy did to me the previous visits. Granted I understand theyre just doing their jobs. During the process of shopping in the cologne section, he and our son began engaging with another customer that we havent seen in a long time. Yet the loss prevention women still standing in the walkway of the aisle just looking at us having a conversation. At this time Im staring at her like really. It becomes so apart that our 5-year-old son asked why is she starting at us.I purchased my items and rushed out the door in aggravation and frustration.Today I go in for my BIRTHDAY GIFT ONLY. The young lady at checkout was pleasant and scanned my birthday item but then here comes the manager to the left of her whispering ”CHECK HER EMAIL” This young lady had already scanned my item and looked at my rewards prior to the managers comment. The young lady stated while she was verifying my email that indeed had received, that her manager just wants her to double-check.So today I was an affirmation type of day.And I just wanted to share my experience. I hate that I even had to write this.

I thought maybe the move might have improved customer service, but no. I was there early in the morning and was literally the only customer in the store with about 10 employees wandering around. I was clearly looking for something, and not one person asked if I needed help, including the two girls just chatting. The 2 stars (instead of 1)is because when I asked for help, a manager found what I needed. I own a retail store, and this is absolutely my pet peeve. Dont expect to keep up with Sephora, whos employees have mastered customer service.

Customer,service is very important and bad management! Ive,seen the manager just look at you and not offer any help. They,want change anything. Ive,made an complaint before and its still the same!!

I was in here for an hour and not a single employee said even hello to me and definitely didnt ask me if I needed help finding anything, which I did! There was also a lot of empty spaces it seemed like and most of the Maybelline foundation tester drawers were empty as well.
