Crystal did my lash fill. She did an excellent job, has soft hands, did not use my facial area as her brace, cleaned my lashes, explained the process well and was very efficient. Her table side manner is reputable and is of high caliber.I would recommend her to potential clients looking for a clean, polished and well trained lash professional.

I got a lash lift and tint at the end of June... this place is probably fabulous for extensions but mine unfortunately wasnt good. It burned a ton (because product got in my eyes however she did it) and then she poured solution on my eyes to make it stop which completely undid the service. I left with my lashes basically looking the same, which they claimed was what happens the first time with this service but my friends have gotten it done elsewhere and never had these issues. I called later on too ask about it and they said I could come in the next day and get one again, but after more research you are supposed to wait at least 5 weeks in between lifts and tints bc the products can make ur lashes fall out if done too close in between!!!! I was really disappointed as I paid over $100 and didnt get a great experience. But the place is super cute, so Im hoping that this is only a lift and tint problem and they have fixed it since I went.

They take your money without considerationI was 10min late (due to my dog emergency)for a 1hr appt and they didn’t want to see me anymore. It was my first time to even try to get my lashes. Needless to say I will never attempt this again. But $100 charge for nothing hurts!!!

The staff at this place is wonderful and so polite. I love the little boutique they have in the front and the entire facility is clean, light and bright. I loved how well they did my lashes and they are always so professional and courteous. Thanks for making my experience so great.

I got my lashes curled and tinted by Daniella B. when I was able to visit and fell in love with the lack of effort I needed every day for like over a month after the session. The dye did not last as long as my curl sadly, my lashes stayed curled for over a month, closer to two months, if you have straight lashes I’d assume it’d only last about a month, I was contemplating the lash extensions for even less effort but the curl and dye was a good go to, I stopped wearing makeup basically the whole month I had them. She was very thorough and made me comfortable with doing this in the future. She isn’t shy at all and isn’t afraid of criticism/confrontation so if you wanted something specific or unique she is definitely your go to girl. She simply wants the best for you.

I moved from San Antonio to McKinney and was looking for somewhere that was affordable and that had a good staff. After going to a different lash place, Vienna helped me by getting the lashes that I actually wanted. I have been going to Vienna for almost 2 years now and cannot imagine someone else doing my lashes. She is professional, knowledgeable and has your best interest in mind. I always recommend Vienna to all of my friends when they compliment my lashes.

I absolutely love coming to this Lash Lounge and getting my refills with Daniella!! It is so relaxing and she is a delight to talk to. She is a perfectionist and they always look amazing for the two weeks between visits. She is very talented and I highly recommend her.

Vianna is very sweet and professional and she knows her lashes! She loves her job and it shows! She is educated and knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes! The rooms at the Lash Lounge are private and quiet so you can relax. The location is great and covered parking is close.

Jayna is hands down the best stylist I’ve had in the 4+ years of getting my lashes done at this location. She has such a soft touch and is amazing with my sensitivity. If you have sensitive eyes and have had issues in the past, she has the secret glue that works wonders!!I haven’t had a single reaction since I started going to her and it’s been over a year.

Megan performed a Classic Lash Lift on me and did a great job. You might be a tad confused when you walk in as it looks like a clothing store, but have no fear, you are in the correct place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they make sure you are comfortable. If you show up with eye make up, they do have remover for you, but it will delay your appointment so go without makeup.

This place is just okay, nothing great lashes are not dramatic enough looking. They do a decent job but the prices are VERY high. Flirty girl and so many other eyelash places offer half the price and offer half the price for minks and this place doesn’t even offer mink.

OMGOSH Vienna, Megan and Lindsey are amazing. I had a bad experience at a different salon and these girls worked for 2 months to help me get my lashes back. I loooove them, they are gorgeous and you ladies ROCK! Would give you 1000 stars of I could. Great salon.

I had a really great experience here, I went to Daniella B to get a lash perm. Definitely recommend her, she was funny yet professional. The perm lasted about 8 weeks I was very shocked with how long it lasted!

I came here after a very bad experience with my last lash specialist at a different place. Her excuse on why she did an awful job is because I have Asian eyes and its hard to work with. I booked an appointment with Daniella and she is AMAZING! The rooms are comfy and a bit chilly but she offered me a blanket to stay warm. Daniella genuinely cares about you as a client. She has a very gentle touch and even when removing a lash, I felt 0 pain. She takes her time and Im telling you, Daniella WILL make you beautiful no matter what eye shape you have! Some people think its a bit pricey for lashes here but the QUALITY that Daniella provides makes all other places look like nothing. I highly recommend Daniella!!

Jayna Did my lashes for my wedding and she did an AMAZING job. First of all, the process of getting lashes is SO relaxing. Megan is a great stylist at this location, in fact the only reason I went to this location was because of a referral for her. When I first started going to this location it was under different ownership. I signed up for the VIP membership with the understanding that I could use the membership at any lash lounge. Fast forward to the new owner, I had an appointment with a master stylist and was very dissatisfied with the outcome. I was told I would have a credit on my membership, no big deal as I go every 2 weeks anyway. I decided to try a closer location and had a great stylist, however when I went to pay for extras was told I had to pay my membership fees 2 weeks early, in spite of having a fill left and a credit. I will be cancelling all memberships and most likely not going to a lash lounge ever again due to the fraudulent business practices. I urge anyone seeing this to think twice before doing business with the waters creek location, or having a membership at all with this franchise since you really cannot use it at any location. Oh and when you cancel your membership they charge you another 30 days worth that you cant use anywhere else. Its just so shady.

The young lady doing my eyelash lift even said sorry I’m shaking! I got out of there with a red eye and the eyelash lift wasn’t very noticeable.

I love this location! After having gone somewhere else to get a horrible full set of eyelash extensions (after taking a couple year hiatus from lash extensions altogether - so disappointing), I found this Lash Lounge location and Vianna. Vianna immediately told me in the nicest way possible everything wrong with the lash extensions I got elsewhere and went to work diligently fixing what she could, then explaining why some would just have to grow out. That was over a year ago! Vianna takes such good care of my lashes, I totally trust her work, and I havent noticed my natural lashes being depleted like they had the last time I got lashes elsewhere many years ago. Shes also super nice and easy to talk to, and all the ladies Ive met that work at this location are awesome. Definitely recommend this location and Vianna!
