Typical bath & body works store. Well stocked, busy. Employee greeting at the door was friendly, but enthusiasm tanked from there.

Me and my mom love this place because we love the scents of the candles! I recommend coming here!

Fallon was very helpful. The husband is picky on his scents and she did a great job finding one that fit him. He used it last night and felt clean unlike the regular store brands. Thank you so much.

UPDATE: after calling the store and getting the manager to come up front, they let me and the dozen or so people out front inside to do some last minute shopping. The manager was courteous and helped me find what I was looking for. Upping to 3 stars because they let us in and were basically indifferent to us being inside. They claimed that they were told 10pm so I guess there was some miscommunication somewhere.Tried to come for a candle sale and the doors were locked and we were ignored. The website says they were open until 11 and I was trying to get in just after 10. Employees ignored us and kept stocking shelves. No one would answer when we knocked. More people kept showing up and were promptly ignored. Not sure what kind of management tactic that is, but it’s not a good one. Unfortunately 1 Star is the lowest I can give. I would give zero if possible. Terrible customer service. I will not be back.

Im currently sitting in front of this store at 1013pm on their candle day sale that states on their website that theyre open till 11pm and weve asked about it and the manager has locked the door immediately and has ignored us for the last 15 minutes. This is rediculous! If your hours state you will be open why are you not open. Why ignore 3 different customers all standing showing you the website that says you are open.

When my family and I visit Texas wed always have a wonderful time. Everywhere wed turn, the Texas hospitality was amazing. Unfortunately, upon entering the Bath & Body Works in Allen Texas. We were not treated with any respect. No greetings or assistance throughout the entire store. As soon as the customers of lighter skin entered the store the staff practically ran towards them to meet, greet and assist until purchase had been completed. This despicable conduct had been displayed by Bath & Body Works management team. I have never been so humiliated in all my life. Why were we targeted? Did we look like we were in financial distress? My husband did not want to spend one more second in that store. I have taught my children and grandchildren to love everyone & treat everyone with respect. Ive also informed them that if they give respect, they will gain respect. Well, what should I tell them about this experience?

Spent 150$ and they won’t give an extra bag they wanted everything to be in one greedy

Not sure what happened over the weekend, but there were none of the $9.95 3 wick candles, so incredibly disappointed, was there not a limit per household? I love this Bath & Body works, we try to come every other weekend and this was a downer.

Keep checking signs....they have a snicky way to show prices and names....please read the signs with the prices because they dont match the description and u pay more of advertising...Very poor costumer service when u complain about something they change the attitude right away...Not recommended anymore

Not at all satisfied with the customer service here. I got to bath and body works often as I use their soap, wall plug ins, and candles. The manager is very rude and not at all helpful. I would suggest going to ANY other bath and body works then here. Will definitely not be coming back here again.

First time at this location. There was no wait to check out. Pleasant employees and they didnt bug me while I was shopping. They were there if I needed help. I was exchanging 2 candles I bought online. One was lit for about an hour, but gave me a headache. The other was not lit at all. No problem exchanging either one. I asked what they do with returns and was surprised to hear that they break them and trash them.

Awesome set up indoors. Was geared towards a more homey feel and home items. However, i liked it. I bought a few things. Spent less than I did at a diff location. Was just a all around better experience.

I really do like Bath and Body Works, but sadly this is not an actual outlet store despite being in a premium outlet mall. Had I known this, I wouldnt have bothered driving this far.

Great store and love love all the new scents the only thing that i didnt like was there was a lady from corporate there & normally the ladys are really nice and very helpful but the lady that checked me out said that its like walking around the store on eggshells. So i was really bummed about it.

My partner keeps shopping there for me. I keep returning the stuff. All chemical based products. I have acute fibromyalgia and all chemicals are triggers for migraines and more. Ok place if thats what you like. Im pure Essential Oils be for my tastes

Its your typical Bath and body works, but its located within Watters creek. Excellent and helpful staff. The only problem is the parking in the weekends.

Missi Douglas was fired from this store because she was the rude one in management. When you fake injuries because you are on a final written warning and the claim is denied, do not try to put it on other people. Own up to your mistakes, learn and grow that is what normal people do.
