Very clean, a welcoming attendant up front, and easy to grab carts. Lots and lots of local sourced options and plant based products. A nice location to stop into if you cant make it to sprouts on other side of Allen. Prices seemed on par and staff was very friendly. 6 self checkout lines made it easy.

After they gave us someone else’s order, we complained and finally got our order. This is the quality of curbside pickup produce picked up last night. Off color, and well-nigh rotten. Who would even pick this for a customer?

Love the store because it USUALLY has what I need. But God forbid you ask someone in there for help, as it is like you just broke their arm. Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Self-checkout employees are rude. Especially the male employee called MD is the worst.Self-checkout makes me feel uncomfortable every time.

I was here the other day, and got most everything I needed. But as I walked by the meat department, I noticed the tall guy working back there was wearing his mask, UNDER HIS CHIN. Luckily for me, I didn’t need any of his COVID chops, but not so much for others that might have gone there later. I sure will not buy ANY meat products from this location. There is no excuse for this.

The store manager at this location should be fired because his ignorance and lack of management skills are damaging to the companys reputation and putting customers and employees lives in danger by not enforcing the facial mask/covering requirement. Last week, while shopping there, there was a lady who was not wearing mask while was constantly coughing. I went to one the cashiers who paged the store manager but it was ignored so the employee pointed me to the managers direction. When I approached him, another gentleman was complaining about same concern but the manger did do anything. That is any business establishments responsibility to protect its customers and employees, especially during pandemic and the management must make it its top priority to make the location safe. It is not too much to expect as a customer!

I love this store. However I just read on my Neighborhood Watch that-when a debit card is used at the pump you can put a hold on that particular account. A lady bought $7.31 worth of gas & you put a hold on her account for $125.00. When did this start & why would you do this? I always get my gas at Kroger but I do go to the window with my debit card. Will you start a hold on debit cards when done at the window?

Matthew in the meat department was an absolute angel! He not only helped me pick out exactly what I needed, but helped with check out & well he was most respectful & polite!!!!

Good store, Good place to buy groceries. Open until 1.00 AM. Always clean and well-organized with a decent inventory. Inside there is a Bakery, Kroger Pharmacy, and Kroger Money Services. Kroger Pharmacy and Money Services are closed at 8.00 PM.The parking lot is large, so no need to bother about parking.

My wife and I love this Kroger. We do the grocery pick up every weekend and they always have our order correct and ready to go when its pick up time. Theyve also made it way easier to get in and out for quick trips to the store since they put in their second self checkout area. I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two to checkout when I need just one or two things.

The People are friendly and they have good deals, but 4 stars because they lack many health food brands.

Got gas and a coke which really hot the spot.

Would not recommend this store for grocery pick up.

Since the remodel I have fallen in love with this store!! This pic shows one of the new items offered. Self serve, quantity controlled, Natural Peanut Butter! The Deli is incredible!The only 2 negatives are the big shopping carts. They are so deep! Its a workout having to unload your groceries onto the belt. And that you still have to unload your groceries onto the belt for the cashiers at checkout.😕

Bad experience, every time ask for donation. If not, theyll have a black face. I think donation is the willingness of your customers. If you force your customer to do so, who else will go to your store again? It signs my purchase TC is CD85E6975E6B2B81. Ill not mention the cashiers name.

Everything is nice and clean. And laid out very nice with plenty of room to move around in. Vegetables and meat really looked good. They have just about anything you would want. And the prices were also good.

My only problem with this location is they only have 5 staffed checkout lanes. And usually only 1 or 2 actually open. They have two bags of I think 6 self checkout kiosks that they insist you use. That’s fine when you only have a few items but it’s a lot more time consuming with a cart full.

Very nice, clean, well organized store. The vegetables are displayed beautifully. The bakery smells wonderful. The employed staff were very helpful and courteous.

Do yourself a favor and dont use Kroger click list its a waist of time and you get your groceries 10x by just walking in the store, plus they never have my items and other customers take up my time by order the whole store, like my goodness do you not have any food at home?

Great storefront, friendly service inside. My biggest complaint is their phone customer service. I was calling regarding an impending pick-up and I kept getting bounced between two departments (customer service and another one that didnt provide a name). The customer service representative would tell me to hold a minute while she transferred me, let me listen to an annoying country jingle for 3 minutes, and then Id get transferred right back to her from the other section. This went on for a few times before I asked to speak to a manager who apologized and gave me the information I needed. Really great store aside from that.

Kroger is clean. My daughter wanted a specific item for her vegetarian diet that she had found at Kroger. Perfect.

Prime time Saturday 6pm. About a million shoppers all standing in lines because there are 3 cashiers working in a store the size of Costco. Great way to save money.

Good grocery store with gas station. They have fresh tortillas in the bakery, which are very good. Theres a self check out which is usually pretty fast.

I travel all over north Texas and this has the best sushi and freshest produce! I have a signature Kroger closer to me that does not have as good of a selection of steaks. Even though it is smaller, and farther, it is my favorite one to go to!

Hate the new set up. No employee to assist you with questions. However, this store has very helpful employers and they try to assist everyone. Exception would be pharmacy. I moved all my Rx to another pharmacy because of rude and uneducated employees. Jason in the new pick up service is awesome.

Its a clean store and nice people working there but recently the store has gone down hill. The store is poorly stocked and when they do stock the store it seems they choose to do so during busy times. I love Kroger just not this one Im looking for a replacement.

This is a great store in my neighborhood. It has fresh made sushi and a Starbucks inside the location. They have a great deli with a nice selection of meats and cheeses. They also have a well appointed bakery. You can rent RedBox movies inside the store. One great new feature is being able to shop for items with their app and pick them up at a scheduled time in the parking lot. Very convenient. Did I mention that they also give you a discount off of gasoline when you shop for groceries? It usually makes it the cheapest place in town to get gasoline. Its easy to get to and to get in and out of. They have a drive-thru pharmacy, too. Self-checkout is a breeze.

It is always clean, the people are friendly. I rarely do not find what Im looking for. Baggers need to be more careful about putting hard or heavy items with produce and cleaning materials with food, particularly produce that may not be peeled!

Very outdated. They are remodeling an area close to the entrance, but the rest looks old and uninviting. Very small selection of food items and very little of those items that they do have. They have a Kroger gas station on site to use your points. Access to Exchange Blvd is strange. Good location, but needs some TLC.

I love going to Krogers in Allen. It always clean, and the staff so friendly. Has great specials too.

This location used to have the best sushi of any Kroger I have ever been to until a few months ago. They hired new sushi chefs and it sucks now. Rice tastes funny (sour) and the ingredients in the rolls are just do not have a good flavor. The ginger is nasty too. I used to buy it and eat it alone but now its bland.

We came we saw we got what we needed. Went in to Kroger for some essentials. Found everything I needed. Thanks Kroger for being awesome!

Kroger is rearranging almost everything in their stores for no apparent reason. They hava also done away with express lanes and are pushing self checkout. They offer no discount for using self checkout even though they are saving money by laying people off. I refuse to use them and find myself with a few items stuck behind people with full shopping carts. Looking for a new place to shop

I stopped by this store and cashier Lacey McGinnis was so rude and smug she needs customer service training. My items didnt ring correctly and when I pointed it out to her she refused to adjust the price and instead made me wait while she walked around the store to check the price on the coconut water that I was trying to purchase. She insisted I was wrong without even checking the price. Once she discovered I was correct she did not apologize for my inconvenience or treating me like an idiot. It should be a store policy that if the item rings up incorrectly then that item should be free. The cashier needs customer service training. Kroger should seriously consider this policy as I know competitors of similar size do this. Store was out of bananas and had no sweet potatoes at all. Poorly stocked all around.

I was at Kroger in Allen this morning and I am there every Friday to pick up groceries from online order. Rosemary had me wait 1 hr for my groceries today when my pick up time is always 10am. I watched 6 cars get groceries after i was only one in patking for 20 min before they started bringing everyones groceries bur mine. I was noy happy with there service today.

We love Kroger Bakery and they make very moist and yummy order to go cakes, they are always perfect!. We always order birthday cakes for our kids from this store 😊

The customer service was adequate and what I expect from a Kroger, but the dairy section was lacking in quantity of items! A lot of the dairy shelves were empty and it was only a Monday evening! I expect them to be much more filled, especially coming from other stores that have full shelves that are constantly filled without such holes.

This is one of the best Kroger store in the area. Large footprint, wider aisles and skylight. Carrys wider selection than other Kroger in this area.

Much more organized than the location on Bethany and Allen Heights. Staff is more friendly and willing to help customers.

Sure Krogers offers competitive pricing, howeverEthnic buyers be ware... ever since Krogers updated its floor plans and incorporated the use of the convenient scan to go handscanners, I find you lose your privacy. To see what I mean, grab a scan and go hand-held scanner. You are immediately whisked to Soviet Russia. During your entire Krogers shopping experience, you and your family are subjected to KGB-style surveillance. Stockers rush from the back to straighten crooked chips bags. Manager is out with his second in command walking with a cart and black crates amongst the checkouts. A miscellaneous female character begins shadowing down on the opposite end. Going down the main thoroughfare from produce to dairy with a similar cart and black crates setup. She peers down isles announcing in an annoying voice chicken sales of the day. You notice her as you pick up toilet paper, and then see her again announcing sales as you pick up frozen entrees, and then while picking up some cheese... wth? At the self checkout, the very large and brutish cashier with a baby face appears at your cart. Former Soviet boxing champ? He begins to innocuously scan your items with his scanner as you scan the scan and go bar code below the self checkout monitor. Evidently they dont trust your scanning abilities. Baby face Boris then cancels your order on his kiosk. Trying to force you to rescan each item agaim. Luckily the scan and go still maintains your scans until you pay. Nice try, Boris, nice try.

Kroger is an excellent store to shop at if you have a membership card, otherwise it is an average store to shop at. Their selection however is one of the reasons I choose this over other companies.

Always seem to be out of everything! The self checkout machines are terrible!!! If you breathe on them wrong they sense it. The only saving grace is the employees are very nice and helpful in trying to deal with failing upper management and an outdated business model.

I like it when I go shopping at Krogers. I just dont go there often because its such a large store and its always really cold in there but, otherwise they have a lot of products that I like to buy so, Im pleased with it. However, I always take a short list.

Disappointed. Not only did they rearrange the whole store but when I asked where the toilet paper was because I couldnt find it she started yelling at me about it being where it always was in isle 20. She was blocking isles yapping with a guy in a motorized cart but had problems nicely answering one question. Tall long hair glasses rude acted like a manager. Why in gods green earth did you redo the whole store but the toilet papers in middle of food with all the other household stuff on other end of store. Dumbest thing Ive ever seen. I do like the free Friday deal when I feel like its for something Ill go there for. Express lane cashier was great. That mean worker makes me not wanna go back. A little Hispanic lady tried to help me and asked the rude lady and she yelled at both of us. Rude. I dont care if shes resetting seasonal she could have manners n treat everyone like the motorized guy whose butt she was kissing.

The store was nice and clean but in dryfruit aisle I was seen one Mexican person who was open the box and got some dryfruites and put like as it is same but the question if I want how could I buy that close container it was surprise me manager is nice but put camera on this aisle

The hired help have been a lot friendlier lately, but recently they have slacked off. The cashiers are ignorant of the Scan-Right ? guarantee - you get one item free if it rings up at a different price than the shelf price. Only exceptions are beer/wine and tobacco. When I try to get something for free that doesnt ring up right, they are either ignorant of the rule, or say it doesnt apply to meat/produce/etc.

When I was 5 my dad said he was going to kroger to get milk and a pack of cigarettes. For the first couple weeks i thought he was just lost. After 18 years i came to the conclusion that he was kidnapped an was forced to join the mafia.
