Just come to print my documents, really slow service! But worker was good 👍!

I recently moved here from India and had something super urgent to be shipped out. Rita helped me figure a way to do it smoothly. She’s great.

Today, 07/20/21, at the FedEx Office location at 190 E Stacy Road, Suite 306, Allen, TX 75002, I asked a fifty-something-year old woman with a foreign accent (for identification purposes only) named Rita, to provide me with a receipt for a package I was dropping off.She said she couldnt print a receipt for me due to technical difficulties and suggested I take a picture of the shipping label instead.Taking a picture is absolutely worthless other than to record the tracking number which I already did prior to arriving at the store.The sole reason for the receipt is so the package is documented as received in FedExs tracking system at the time the receipt is generated. If the package were to incur damage or go missing, there would be indisputable proof that it was in FedExs possession at the time; not mine.Without a receipt, the package is not scanned into FedExs tracking system as received until if or when a FedEx agent decides to do so and in the event of the package becoming damaged or missing, FedEx would deny all liability because according to its tracking system, only a shipping label was generated and the item was never physically received.I ended up taking back the package and bringing it to the FedEx Office location at 715 Central Expressway S., Allen, TX 75013 where the counter clerk immediately scanned the shipping label, placed a barcode sticker on the package, and handed me the receipt I requested.

Hindu Woman is rude, this is a very small location, if you are dropping off should be fine, if you have to interact a nearby locations offers a more professional and caring customer service experience.

After receiving a damaged box with damaged electronic products from a reputable company, I begin my journey to return the merchandise after fixing up the box. The lady (I think her name was Rita?) gave me an attitude about how the box was messed up. When I asked her who do you think was responsible for the damaged box? She started ranting about how it was the senders fault and FedEx takes no responsibility for the damaged merchandise. I just got off work and did not have time to put up with her shenanigans so I didnt bother continuing the conversation. I usually deal with UPS and although they are not perfect, but at least they dont give me attitudes. Guess I know who Im giving my business to in the future.

Rita and Gil were amazing! I came to ship 23 Boxes to mtiple locations and they were quick and efficient and very kind! I dont write reviews often and they impressed me. Will definitely come back here again!

I continue to come here because of the place’s location but it’s never a good experience — the guy working at this FedEx has horrible people skills. Rude, with an unwelcome attitude, no help ever, always dry and blunt. I asked him for a box to pack my stuff on the counter so other people could get their stuff while I’m doing it and he didn’t even want to give it to me and just made everything confusing.

I’ve been coming here quite a bit the past few months for faxing, printing, and shipping services and every time I see the young guy working I just want to walk out. He’s the worst. No help, no communication, and just looks like he hates his job. I do like it when the older lady is there. She actually helps me with using the printing/faxing machine so I can be in and out quick.

Horrible customer service. FedEx sent me a prepaid label over email. The email said bring it in to the store, they scan the barcode and they will print out the label. I get there and the guy says that’s not how it works and I need to contact the person who sent that to me. I told him fedex sent it to me and he told me to go ask another branch.

Associate Joe at this fedex location is extremely rude. I have been using UPS for long time, my first time I tried using fedex was really bad experience. Always take my package to UPS no ask question about my package. extremely recommanding using UPS instead of Fedex. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!
