We had to ship an international package via DHL and the great folks at Optimal Ship walked me through the process. They recognized that we had an incorrect Harmonized Code and corrected it. They also helped me complete a Certificate of Origin document. Fortunately, they have a notary on staff!They are now helping us get certified to ship Lithium batteries.I highly recommend Optimal Ship for all your shipping needs.

Bulk mailing is available. Boxes and shipping supplies are available. There is shredding service. There are postal boxes.

You can stand in line at the Allen post office for 30 minutes pretty much any given time of the week OR you could go to Optimal Ship and usually be seen right away. Im pretty much switched over and now go there for all my shipping needs. The rates are USPS-comparable or sometimes better and all my packages (domestic and overseas) have been delivered without any delays, losses or hassle for my customers. Everyones been super friendly and competent.

Awful service! The worst experience I ever had!They took parcel for delivery which later been found that can not be delivered by law. But they are so unprofessional that did not know it or even check before charge me. Ok, it happens, but I think it is fair to get my $130 back. After parcel been returned to me, they did ignore my calls and emails for a month. Only after I file a claim to BBB, someone called to me from optimal ship office and said that they did a refund, but they ask me to cancel my claim at BBB. I said ok, as soon as I get my money back I will call them and we will see what we can do. And you know what, they lied!) No refund was made. So they act just as a scammers what is no more surprise for me. So do not use this service if you do not want to treat incredibly poor management and unprofessional behavior.

This has nothing to do with DHL but Optimal Ship. They allowed two separate times for someone to reactivate my closed account and try to ship to commit fraud. They do not care about fraudulent accounts that will ruin your credit history. I regret giving them my information. Do not give them anything.

Horrible experience. Sent a package overseas via DHL. Paid a lot of money. Asked a lot of questions to make sure there were no problems. Answers were wrong and paperwork was completed wrong. Ended up being held in customs and has been a nightmare. Go to an actual DHL office if you want your package sent correctly.

Horrible company!! What ever you do, dont sign up with them. I am in charge of my companies shipping so I signed up when they called me to provide DHL Service for our international shippings. They shipped something from what amounts to be a one hour drive and charged us a fortune. When I complained and tried to get a resolution, they had a collection agency call me seven times in one day!! They are very unprofessional and I recommend using DHL direct. These people are a hoax.

Optimal Logistics has fantastic customer service. They are very helpful and will even help with customs forms. Prices are good.

I dont use Optimal Logistics or shipping in any manner. They called me to arrange my overseas shipping which there is none. SPAM callers
