FRIENDLY STAFF (honestly is an understatement. As the staff each time I come in, makes this country boy feel like Im getting the VIP treatment..... From the warm greeting I always receive, welcoming me by name, being extremely helpful whether Im returning an Amazon order, mailing something out or collecting my mail & packages from my box for me)....Anyone who has previously worked retail, knows just how exhausting it is. Yet none of the staff ever let it show. And take the time even where theres a line to greet & acknowledge each guest that comes in.If youre like me & hate going to the DPS..... WHILE youre going to LOVE this place. Because its nothing like that. Unlike our government these employees know what theyre doing & are quick & efficient in how they process each customer. So even if you do walk in & theres a line, by the time you finish sending a text youre already at the front.So I wholeheartedly recommend this UPS store and thank you to the staffer always making it a pleasure to come in keep up the great work guys!
The customer service at this UPS Store is top notch! I was in and out in about 30 seconds, and even when Ive had to wait, the staff always tries their best to assist as quickly as possible. One of the guys ran to get the door for me while I was carrying a lot of stuff, and the other was equally friendly and efficient at processing my package return. The store is clean and well cared for, with ample parking outside.

Ok guys!!! Listen to this....I strolled up at like 5:02pm on a Saturday when they closed at 5:00pm, sad face, and Brennan the assistant manager opened the door for me and other customer. He was super nice to let us in and helped me print a label to send off a return package.....super fast process! I showed my gratitude and my goodbyes and left the store. I then proceeded to another store to make another return (bc online shopping) and went to grab the box and PLOT TWIST....I realized I gave Brennan THE WRONG BOX!!!! So I hauled azzzzz back to the UPS store knowing it was like 5:10 and just prayed they were still in there. Chase opened the door for me as I pleaded and gave my biggest puppy dawg eyes.....I explained my situation and they let me switch boxes and send off my correct return lol!! Woooo hoooo they are sweet angels I think. Anyways idk how I live my life but we’ll leave that for another review...lol

This is a fantastic UPS store. The staff is both super helpful, efficient and friendly. The other day I stopped by the return a few Amazon orders and there were 7 people in front of me in line. I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I have also used their notary service. Great store!

I placed an order to a be delivered to a UPS store. I arrived at the UPS store and was told my package was missing even though it was shown as delivered and signed. I was instructed to call UPS customer service. I called and was instructed to make a missing request online(call 1). I tried to make request online but was told i was not able to do so and to call UPS back(call 2). I was then told by UPS on the phone that I had to contact Best Buy to make a missing package request (Call 3). This was the weekend on 08/06. I contact BB and the rep told me he made a request and i would hear something back in three days which i did not. I then call BB again (call 4) Friday Aug 14 to inquiry and after being on hold for 30 minutes the rep hung up on me and did not call back. I called again today 08/17 (call 5) and was told that I had to go back to the UPS store to look for the package which i clearly did already! I was also told a manager would call me back and clearly no one has contacted me! Please refund my entire order or reship my package immediately. I have spent almost $2000 dollars with your company and no one is helping. I called back into today to UPS (call 6) and the rep stated she would send me an email to start a missing package request! However, as I stated at the started this was already tried and did not work! I am now placing a police report. I need this laptop for work!Update: my package was mistakenly giving to another customer. Ups cut a check for my items and Michelle was helpful to get this resolved. I’ve updated my review from 2 to 3 stars.

Horrible, customer service!! Waited 15 min and she ran off 2 customers because she demanded mask, and refused my business because they require picture id. I just mailed yesterday at frisco location. No issue no Id to mail something and several people were exercising right to not wear a mask.This employee had on 2 masks and a shield.Ridiculous
I had a fall festival cancel cause of covid and i have tons of things i purchased on Amazon so i needed to return it all. I walk into this UPS store and they didnt help me AT ALL. The short blonde haired lady didnt tell me that they provided a box big enough for me. So after i loaded everything in this store without any help as she sat there on the computer doing NOTHING i had to return it all back to my car AGAIN her doing nothing. So i went to another UPS down the road and they helped me a TON. Dont waste your time at this location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE if you have a high-risk loved one at home. Not a single employee was wearing a face covering and this is a VERY small space. Customers were not encouraged to follow any guidelines either as there were NONE posted. No social distancing and customers were standing in close proximity to each other. So disappointed.
Brennan is amazing at his job and it would not surprise me if he becomes CEO one day 😁 I mean seriously he gives me the best customer service that Ive ever received in any industry he goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience is pleasant and that my needs are met this kid is going places UPS kudos to yall for hiring such an amazing customer service specialist!

I’ve had a suite mail box with this UPS Store for the past 5 years and every year their service excels the last. Not only is the customer service good but they remember your name, business and anticipate your needs. Even when they’re team changes. I’ve used several other companies in the past that offer similar services and nothing else compares. Love it here!

I come here all the time and today will be the last time I ever step into this store! This guy Danny was extremely Rude and difficult! I walked in told him I had a few amazon returns and needed to 3 day ship a box. He immediately tells me well I’m only scanning one bar code and I told him I have 3 bars codes and 2 different bags/boxes. He tells me well I am only scanning one code again not listening. I had to explain to him there are 2 different bags here not just one so how will you only scan one bar code and further more Every other time I come into this store they have scanned multiple bar codes and put it into the same box without an issue bc there was plenty of room. He proceeds to tell me well he is following the policy and he won’t do it. So I ask him well what are you suggesting I do you keep telling me what I can’t do and what you won’t do but you aren’t giving me any options. He told me to select a bag or box from the shelf and I asked him to grab one he told me no he will not grab it I have to grab it. So then I asked him to tape the packages that were ready as I got additional bar codes from amazon and he refused. He placed my items on the floor and told me he will do it later. I told him by the way he was a acting I didn’t trust him to tape them with me not watching so I would like him to tape them now and he refused. I then asked if I could tape it and he said sure I asked him for tape and he told me it was policy that I couldn’t hold the tape dispenser that he would tape it. So you refused to tape it when I asked you to then when I asked you to tape it you told me it’s against policy and you would tape it and proceeded to tape it when that is the very thing I just asked you to do. why could you not do it when I asked you to the first time. I don’t know what this guys problem was but he clearly had an ego issue or some chip on his shoulder! I will be finding out who the store manager is to ensure they are aware of the very poor customer service there worker displayed!
Rude, unwelcoming staff. Looks like the clerks got an attitude — it was really an unpleasant experience: the clerk behind the counter was short and blunt, when I asked him if I could email a label he tapped his fingers on the counter pointing to some sign; then he said “I guess you want me to tape this for you”, I said “yes” and started to hold the package closed so he could tape it and he said “you don’t have to hold it for me, I was just asking”. Of course I want my package closed, I’m not going to send my package open, what kind of questions is this?

I would rate this store ZERO stars if I could. Danny their front clerk clearly has a superiority/ego complex and quotes policy as soon as you ask questions about anything he quotes. Hes rude, condescending, and hostile toward customers. The manager was called out and clearly didnt give a rats A** about his behavior. This stores needs to be SHUT DOWN. This was my second negative experience here and Ill never set foot in this establishment again. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
I have enjoyed being a customer of yours for nearly 7 years. I am able to check by once a month and sometimes less. Everyone there is very professional, friendly and on top of things. I want to say thank you for 7 years of service . Last evening I was in and your terms had changed as my year contract was up I was told. The lines were long enough NG and I had plenty of folks waiting. I would have like to of been emailed the new contract and it not been made a huge deal in front of the community in there but the young man of a dark color was zealous on taking care of your account receivables in front of a busy store. Im sure I told him I was a 7 year customer a few times and that it was a matter of info. I have changed my email on record a few times in person and it seems to default back to the oldest on record and I asked once again for it to be fixed. My small issue is that he detained my daughters packages and would not release them to me. I asked since he had informed me of a new contract, price increase and bylaws if I could be allowed to go over it before committing and not at dinner time 2 weeks before Christmas standing in a long line with a driver waiting on me. My biggest issue was I was denied my mail and packages and being a customer this long I feel the situation warranted allowing me to get them and being emailed the new contract and giving me a few days to comply. I have always had wonderful service here and Im sure its just the busy season and fast paced that caused this professional short sighted Ness. I had additionally asked if my credit card on file had expired and I was told there was not one. I know I put one in place a few times especially when I email print jobs to you guys. Please get back with me and advise me of how youd like to handle this. A young gentlemen, whose name I believe was Brettan or something very similar, was extremely helpful in my visit a couple of weeks ago. If everyone at this location provides such stellar customer service, this location definitely will continue to receive my UPS business!
Danny was awesome! I returned about 10 items from Amazon individually (so time consuming and a hassle on my end). Danny gave my husband and I A+ service. I didn’t feel rushed or judged. Although there is a closer UPS near our house, this one will be my choice of store!

Worst customer service matched with a very rude manage. She hung up on me while i was on hold for several minutes then calls me and pretends its my fault that I didnt want to speak to her about a time sensitive package that needed to be released. I come back the next day and shes even more rude in person and has decided to give my time sensitive package that was supposed to be released yesterday to a truck driver then she tells me she doesnt care.Stay away there are better places to handle your mail!!!

I Live in Allen,Texas and was expecting a delivery from Amazon via UPS on February 7 2019. I received an e-mail from Amazon stating that the package had arrived at 12.47pm and had been signed for. The person who signed for the package does not exist and a thorough examination of the area did not reveal any package. I have instructed Amazon to send all future packages by USPS not UPS
Terrible rates.I walked in and asked for the cheapest option to ship a box that was already prepackaged. It was the equivelant of a small flat rate box at usps. It wasnt over-stuffed, weighed less than 8oz, and was already boxed, taped, packaged and everything(in other words he didnt have to pack it for me and i didnt buy anything while there..)And with a big smile on his face, he told me it would cost $10-11 to ship. What!? I was in a hurry and had to ship that day so i went ahead and paid it. But not after confirming this was the Absolute Cheapest way to ship. He said it was. Smh.Same size box at usps in store costs like $7 to ship.Online usps is like $5-6.And paypal shipping is about $2.50.Worst rates ive seen in the area. Hope to never get robbed by these people again.
