Excellent place. Had my inspection done today, normally they dont do inspections on Thursdays and they made time for me and others. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Will def be back.

I arrived at the time I was told 9:15 a.m. the groupon said this is a 3 hour detailing. I made an appointment for 1:30 p.m. in Hamburg at my auto dealership. I told the woman at 12:50p.m. that I had an appointment at 1:30 and I asked her when it was going tobe done she said shortly dont worry so I didnt. Well 1:30 rolls around and my car wasnt done so I move my appointment until 2 oclock and I asked her when is this going to be done once again I will be done in just a couple minutes needless to say I didnt walk out of there until 2:05 p.m.! Let me not forget to mention that the man didnt come get my car to start on it until 10:00 a.m. so I was there for 5 hours and this car was not detailed right. The woman in the office also told me once my car was taking back and I sat there for 45 minutes that this wasnt the normal detailer guy that the guy that usually does the detailing is out sick this should have been my 1st warning sign. the quality is horrible there are spots in my car wherr it was sprayed and not wiped down and it didnt show until A-day and a 1/2 later after it sat there and dried very well. My windows are all streaky and there are parts of my car that were still dirty!

They where very courteous and very respectful. I reccomend them 100 percent.

First time here and I loved it! I found this gem on Groupon for inspection/emissions test. Adorable dog named Jax is there to greet you and keep you company while you wait! He was my buddy! Car inspection with some dog therapy and a side of amazing customer service. Definitely found my new garage and will recommend accordingly!

Worst customer experience. They never told while booking the appointment that they need a printout of insurance. When reached at appointment time they told they need hard copy. Didnt even bother to offer a printout from thei end while having a printer available. When I asked about a nearby shop then they didnt tell and when another person in shop tried to tell me the manager stopped him by saying dont tell and these guys never listen . I mean what is this man. You are not helping the customer and is even stopping anyone who wanna help.Havent seen this kind of behavior anywhere.

Short summary: Auto Max told me I needed to replace my rear brakes and rotors and failed my car’s Safety inspection. I took the car to the dealer for a second opinion. My car passed the Safety inspection and the dealer representative stated rear brakes are not close to needing a replacement. Almost spent few hundred dollars for something I didn’t need. Beware of this shop.Background story: I needed a State and Emission inspection and a tire rotation and didnt want to take my car to the dealer as they quoted ~$100 for inspection and ~$100 for the tire rotation. So I looked through the Groupon and found this place which had a nice deal of $23 plus ~$20 for sticker price. The lady who helped with an appointment was friendly and told me the tire rotation was free. I took the car over and passed the keys on to a gentleman who took my car somewhere. I waited about an hour or so and the person who took my car came back and stated I failed the Safety inspection as the rear brakes and rotors needed a replacement. I was hesitant because I only had ~15,000 miles on it (I do understand brakes can wear out depending on where and how you drive). I decided to take it to my dealer and have them confirm that I actually needed to replace my rear brakes and rotors. The dealer passed my car’s Safety inspection and told me that the rear brakes and rotors are not close to needing a replacement.

They are always wonderful at Auto Max I wont take my car anywhere else but here!

I highly recommend Auto Max. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The owners of the facility truly care about not just their business but their clients as well. I only went in for an inspection but considering how customer friendly they are (and honest), I will be bringing my other vehicle back when it is due for inspection. Used a groupon to get inspection/emission $23, when i phoned for appointment she added additional charge i believe 20. Still a great deal. Im very busy so i requested 1st appointment Saturday am and she said fine. I showed up to meet the sweetest dog and so friendly too, he snuggled in my lap the whole time i waited. The wait was like 45 minutes which for me was perfect since i made it to work on time. The owner i believe michele?? Im not good w names was very friendly and we held conversation the whole time. I will definitely go back. Thank you for your great customer service. 😊

Honest, reliable and very friendly. Came in after getting a $400 quote for something that didnt sound accurate at all come to find my car was completely fine. Their goal is to keep their costumers not take your money.

I bought a interior and exterior car detail from Groupon. The staff was extremely nice and easygoing. They did a great job getting stains out of my seats and cleaning in general. Although later I wished they would of cleaned the ceiling in the car and the area between the front seats and the middle console. Other than that it was well worth it.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! They are family owned and have been so helpful. I drive a Ford Five Hundred, and had so many issues. Theyve been able to fully fix my problems and address all concerns. Always willing to work with me, too! I LOVE THEIR WORK.

Went for state inspection and emission. Quick and painless, in and out in less than 45 min. Tammy and Abraham are friendly and seem to really care about their business. I will definitely be a regular customer and refer others to them.

Dropped of my wife’s car for detailing at 1:30p, was told the car would be done by 4:30pm, got a call and a voicemail at 5:30pm saying the car was done. My wife and I arrived at the shop at 5:50 only to find that it was closed, the guy who took the keys stated that they were open till 6, their website also states that they are open till 6! Once my wife called to see what was going on, she was berated over the phone as if she did something wrong. I will never take any vehicle back here again and will tell everyone I know to stay far far away from this place, if i could i would give them 0 stars, horrible customer service.

Got my PA state inspection done here this morning. They were ready for me when I arrived. Abraham took care of my paperwork and was very professional and polite. I helped myself to some Keurig coffee in their waiting room. In about 25 minutes, they were done. It was about as smooth and easy as you could ask for.

Unlike some other places who try to attract customers with Groupons, Auto Max is very honest and trustworthy and they strive to retain your business with excellent service. I never had a problem with them for my inspections and their prices are great!

I had two inspections done here over the past couple years. Did not have any issues with the first time around? My experiences with the second trip was not good at all. The staffs were unprofessional, shouting was common and making insensitive jokes. The staffs did not seem to know much about state regulations for inspection. Assessments performed on my car are doubtful. Think twice before going.

Not only is Auto Max International a pre-owned car dealership, its a full service, interior and exterior detailing, bodyshop, PA inspection and emissions station, will shop around for the best prices on parts, tires, windshields and transmission specialist....all done on premises. No job is too small or too big. Its a wonderful experience.
