I went in to Rothrock for my jeep renegade 5 point inspection and state inspection. I also asked them to check my oil. I am a 64 year old widow and depend on the professional opinion. I was told I could easily do two thousand more miles before needing a change. Two days later it told me to check my oil pressure. I called Rothrock and spoke to someone who assured me it was just a sensor nothing to worry about. Turns out I did need an oil change. I got charged $89.00 for one filter and synthetic oil! When I asked if it was needed and told no I feel like why do I only go to the dealership? I could get this service from Jiffy Lube! Not happy!

Five-star service from Josh M. in sales! He was able to find me the pickup I needed at the monthly payment I asked for. He treated my father and I like we were people instead of customers, so I appreciate the respect. When I found out the truck needed a new battery a few days later, service took it right in and fixed all the problems no questions asked. Responsible salespeople and service techs give me a reason to trust Rothrock.

I went in to have my car serviced yesterday on September 29th, 2021. I was greeted by a nice young service attendant, he was very helpful to me. I had to renew my registration online he was kind enough to print out my information for me. I had an inspection. Oil change and service for a recall on my car. I was quite happy when it only took 2 hours for everything . They even washed my car for me, thank you Rothrock for your very good service.

As someone who typically switches cars every 2 years and has been to numerous dealers, I can finally say, I FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT DEALER! I say dealer very loosely as they are more of a group of people who help you to find the right car without the pressure and many more benefits. My sales rep Josh was very kind and helpful with helping me Choose the right Ram 1500. He even came in on his day off to help out with the deal. Gave me his personal cell to call him with any questions I may have. In fact I texted him a question I had regarding the tailgate on my truck after I had left the dealer with my bew truck, he was kind enough to call me back, even on his day off. Hes been great overall! Kevin was very helpful with getting me the right price for my trade-in. He explained and even showed me similar vehicles, on why my trade-ins worth was what it was. Love my new truck. I’ve never heard of a dealer offering lifetime powertrain warranty. What?! To me that shows how confident they are in their cars and also that they care about their customers even after the sale. ALSO did I mention that they offer EVERY VEHICLE in your household FREE inspection after the purchase! Another service Ive never seen at any other dealer. I will definitely be coming back to them for other vehicle purchases or upgrades!

I went into Rothrock last week for information on leasing. Got excellent help from the nicest sales rep, Garrett Gouger. Also I had the most pleasant experience with Mo Alban in the finance department.Although I had no intention of leasing a car that day, I walked out with the keys to a 2021 Nissan rogue SV. After our very dated Honda had given up on us, my husband and I paid a visit to a number of dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. Our search ended when we met Cara and Ajay at Rothrock. They were an exceptional team, and we were neither pushed nor pulled to look at any vehicle other than the one we were interested in. What’s more, they took their time answering each of our many questions and we left with exactly what we had hoped for at a very competitive price.

The sales people were both kind and helpful. If you had a question they would do there best to get a answer. I feel that they could have given me more for my trade in. I had a 2004 Dodge Dakota quad cab truck and only got $500.00 for it, mind you the truck was in bad shape with the rust underneath and some of the doors, but I feel like I it was worth more. They needed to do some repairs on the car I bought, so they did that before I could buy it. They were real nice about it. The only other issue I had was it takes so long to get from test driving until you can go home with the car, and then you need to go back to the dealership the next day to get your license plate put on, because they put a dealer plate on. I rate 3 stars because things are always done right as far as what they fix AND the first time I used them and they had my car for a week to redo all the suspension, they gave me a loaner. BUT this time they tried getting an extra 170 put of me for a new battery because there was a bad cell in order to test the alternator that myself and my kids father knew was the issue, yet I told them DO NOT replace the battery (it was under warranty through walmart) and when we took the battery to be tested by 2 other places, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT!!! makes me wonder what things they added with my suspension that actually DIDNT need replaced when at the end it added another 750 of charges for minor things smh

Lied about fixing the roof and side. Never got done the way it was supposed to be done . Radio Never even got checked. We will never be back

Went there for nothing,, wasted my time and gas after being told that a car was there for sale and when I got there the sales person could not find it on the lot at all,, so I wasted at least 1 hour at this dealership and my time and gas to get there. After two day the sales person texted me and told me that his manager took the car and bought it after he took it off the lot,,, while the car was still listed as for sale,, this is no way to run a dealership when you make people waste there time and gas to go there for nothing.

Checked an online listing for a 2015 Kia forte EX, called about it and checked it out the same day, and drove away with it a few days later(some minor paint scraped that were fixed) they worked with me very professionally and my experience was very smooth and stress free! Love the additional warranties you can add too! Bill was a great salesman to work with!

This was a really great sales experience! Wes was able to conduct most of the sale over text message which made it very convenient for me. He had everything arranged for when we arrived at the dealership, car cleaned, papers ready for signing, absolutely smooth transaction. I literally made the biggest mistake purchasing a truck from this dealership. SpenT 80k on truck and it’s a complete lemon. Roth rock has done absoluteLy nothing. hasn’t offered to do single thing to make it right. I drove 5 hours from Pittsburgh area to buy a car from these guys for two reasons. 1) They were the only dealership in a 300 mile radius that had the car we were looking for and 2) they were also the only dealership that bothered calling and trying to work with me. Brian was fantastic, very accommodating and made sure all of the details were worked out in advance so that the experience was relatively painless when I arrived. I may well drive 5 hours back the next time I want to buy a car.

Great experience. Flew in from out of town after finding the car online and working out details over the phone. They held the car for us and even picked me up from the airport in the new vehicle. Steve had all the paperwork ready and it only took about 10 minutes. I couldnt have been happier. Robbie was a pleasure to work with and made everything very easy. Highly recommend. We have also been very impressed with the vehicle. We got a Pacifica Hybrid and almost all our driving has been electric since I got back home. My first lease they tried to add tax, tags and fees onto price after we were done with deal and at finance table. I felt belittled by the upper sales members because I was a woman. Now, the deal they give my husband on a new lease is ridiculous even in this market. I never want to deal with Rothrock ever again.

We decided to custom order a completely loaded 2020 Rubicon after hearing the salesmen pitches from Kelly, Brown-Daub, and Rothrock. Doug from Rothrock was a pleasure to deal with and didnt pressure or push us into anything. I told him and the other dealers wed have a decision by the end of the month. Kelly bombarded my email and phone for weeks and blew me off the first time I went in. Brown-Daub was friendly and helpful. Rothrock was a wonderful experience every visit and Doug followed up with me once one week before the end of the month. We stuck with Rothrock and had Doug order our Jeep. He updated us about the order and it went from scheduled and delivered in 10 days! We were quoted 3-4 months by Kelly and 4-8 weeks by Rothrock. It took 19 days from order to pickup! There was a slight communication issue with the finances, but I cant rave about the whole experience enough. We intend to purchase at least 3 more Jeeps in the future and will be going to Rothrock first. Shout out to Steve, Michael, and Miata for making this all happen! You guys are awesome.

I brought my Jeep in for inspection + emissions on a Saturday. I used the Express area. I was greeted nicely.Before too long my car was done. I was also provided an estimate on some work Ill need done in the near future.I have been a Rothrock customer for a long time because of excellent customer service.

An unfortunate encounter with road debris caused a damaged gas tank and gas leak on our way back to NY. Thankfully, we were near Rothrock. The folks here are absolutely wonderful! From the sales team to the finance department to the service department five stars all around! I had my vehicle at a different dealership for service. It needed to go back there three times due to their incompetence. I called Mario and habit taking their instead. Smooth easy process the whole way through. He kept up with me to keep me informed as to what was going on which was a huge help after not having my vehicle for a month due to the other dealership. I bought my car on a Monday an had to bring it back in Tuesday because the front head light was out Saturday I had to call Roth rock back for the navigation system in the car I am currently waiting for a new navigation system so they can finish the repair Sunday when pumping gas for the first time the gas reader an pump not working 😕 thank God I got warranty cause I will be having to pay for all this but makes me wonder Im screwed once warranty is gone I am going to get a diagnostic on the whole car an pray there is nothing else wrong.. I will not recommend this dealer for leasing or buying cars 😤

Everyone at Rothrock motors were friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Thats why i drove 90 miles to pick up this car. Real pleasure doing business.

Every time I try to call to get service on my car no one ever answers the phone don’t understand why or what but I feel like nobody is ever there working I could be calling them all day and I still get no one to answer the phones

I submitted an inquiry about a car online and received a call from the internet sales department within 30 minutes of my request. The clerk was energetic and kind, she explained that she would be connecting me with a salesperson that would be most suitable for what I needed. She connected me to Ajay.Ajay was very helpful! He explained the financing process thoroughly and was very patient. He followed up with me and made every effort possible to ensure I was able to purchase the vehicle Id asked about. 4 days after my inquiry, i drove the car home with a payment that allows me to sleep at night. Great job Ajay, my family thanks you!

I have never had such a negative a car buying experience... TWICE.Ajay and Rich are not to be trusted. Two different times I have seen them bring over sales agreements with pricing that is higher than agreed.When called out on it, Oops, how did we miss that? Once is happenstance; twice, when you are in finance, is shenanigans. Rich is either shady, or too incompetent to handle his position.Rich capped off my second experience with rude questions about giving him the financing and then acted dismissively when the decision was made to go through the pre-approved bank loan. Ended up buying a Mini from Daniels; a night-and-day difference.In short, dont shop here, but if you must, dont go to Ajay, and dont let Rich prepare your finance paperwork.EDIT: Oh, and the $200 fee that covers their overhead on the car isnt something youll find at every dealer. Dont buy their baloney about their service, just look at the reviews when you need to take advantage of it.

Cars sales center whether its new or pre owned Dodge...Chrysler...Jeep...Ram...Nissan.. includes all the service and maintenance that is required for your car like..Factory maintenance interval service..oil and filter service..tire rotation..tire balance..tire installation..alignment..filter replacement..battery testing and replacement..brake pad replacement..oil change..inspection.. they even sale brand car accessories too. Wait time is too long if you go for any service better take appointments. And be prepared to wait for longer period of time keeping all your other plans aside.

Initially I was treated rudely and with little regard to warranty deadlines. I had to contact Nissan corporation and file a complaint. Once Nissan Corp got involved, everything was fine. It didnt need to get to that.

Sheldon did a Great job working to get me into a new Jeep! Very personable and put together person. I had my son with me and had to leave to drop my son off and we picked things up right where we had left off and completed the sale smoothly. They really worked with me and met me needs!

Good luck getting your car serviced here. We have had multiple bad experiences here with our Jeep. First time around I specifically told the guy we didn’t need an oil change on the car as we just had one done a few weeks ago. Go to pick up my car and they did an oil change after we asked not to. They tried charging me for the oil change when I specifically said no to it. Our Jeep went back and sat there for days. Left multiple voicemails with the person overseeing our car with no return calls back. Don’t know what kind of customer service they have here but if our car can be fixed else where we are doing so. Do not want to give this place another dime if I don’t have to. It’s very frustrating when no one answers calls or even returns voicemails after you left multiple ones. Never give updates as to what is going on. Extremely frustrating experiences.

Tires were rotated and now the air pressure is showing 37 lbs. on the rear tires and 37-39 lbs. on the front tires. This reading is on cold tires just out of the garage. Reading on dash shows they should be 33 lbs. Not sure if air was added or something happened during rotation. Worried that this may be a problem.The inside of the car was full of black greasy dirt on the door, by the ignition, on the seat and on the side carpet.
