Jon and his crew did an outstanding job on short notice to install a new electrical switch system in our Jeep Wrangler. They did a thorough job explaining the work to be performed and what options were available for mounting. In the end, the system looks awesome and they came in under budget and ahead of schedule!

These guys are top-notch. Ive had suspension work done, added a custom bumper on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Great communication and they really want customers to be happy and are very knowledgeable. I will keep bringing my truck here.

About the worst customer service I have ever experienced! In summary they are very unwelcoming to new customers. Its a shame I couldnt rate them lower than 1 star to post the review.I walked in today to get some basic info on pricing, and products and services offered there. The guy that helped me was a class a jerk, would not provide any space to browse goods, he did ask me what I was looking to do but after providing him what I was interested in he would not provide any pricing and proceeded to be-little and browbeat my choices, followed by a long awkward stare, so I just left.Dont go here its horrible.[EDIT - 11-3-21] - The owner below states that Covid protocols were not followed, they were, I was masked, and I patiently waited outside and called the number on their sign for showroom access, after being put on hold for 4 minutes they sent the class act rep out to meet with with me, he ushered me in. The owners assertion that their Covid protocols were not followed is complete bs.

This team couldn’t be any more knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me figure out the best set up for my needs and wants with the GX470. They do it all. Looking forward to the next visit.

I had an amazing experience. I had to have a trailer hitch installed and they installed it quickly and efficiently at a great price. Theres one gentleman there, Jon, who is SO knowledgeable hes like a professor of car mechanics. He was very upfront and honest about what would be involved as well as pricing and he was instrumental in my choosing Accessory Outfiters.Im generally not interested in details about how cars work but I could listen to him for hours. Took my truck to these guys to have them perform a needle bearing delete, install new axles and installation of larger offroad shocks.Not only did they knock it out the install quickly but they also fixed a small issue as soon as it was discovered. Theyre not the cheapest but theyre some of the best in town - you get what you pay for. They were great to work with and Ill definitely be taking my truck to them again for future upgrades.

I set an appointment for a couple weeks out. Paid in advance for the part. My appt day arrives and I drop off the truck to get hitch installed and take bus home. They call me that day to tell me they had the wrong part. They’d had two weeks to get the right one. I said ok when will it be ready? They say tomorrow morning. So I plan on having my truck the following morning. Turns out it’s not ready till that afternoon. Had to borrow a car two days in a row and change multiple plans.

Knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, does quality work. These guys are my go to for all overland accessories. Most of the products that I buy through them I install myself, but I had them place my roof rack and its solid as a rock. They are super busy for a reason.

They were able to offer me the best lift kit for what I was looking for and gave me honest feedback in comparing other products for my truck. I purchased the ReadyLift 6 lift kit for my 2016 Tundra and they got it installed in 2 days just as scheduled. Full alignment and labor warranty as well! Ill be back in 500 miles as advised to get everything re-torqued. Great service and a pleasure working with the guys!!

So, what can I say? Accessory Outfitters is now my go-to shop for all of my truck toy purchases and installs. I am unable to do any work on my truck myself as I live in an apartment complex that doesnt allow that sort of thing, so I needed someone to install a Roadmaster Active Suspension kit on my Titan XD. Emailed Patrick at Accessory Outfitters to get a quote and not only did he respond first thing the next morning, but the quote for parts and labor was about $175 less than I was expecting! Patrick answered all of my questions, gave me sound advice concerning what I wanted to do to my truck, and was just all around great to work with. Took the truck in for the install at about 2:45 and was headed home about 35 minutes later! The staff was great, real friendly and professional. I WILL be going back. Thanks Patrick and crew!!

These guys are fantastic. I have done business with them twice now. I worked with Patrick (the owner) and Matt. They are consummate professionals. They give great advice, they do excellent work, and they treat you with respect. Even when I had a concern with one minor item, Patrick reached out to me within minutes (he responded to a note I sent via their website)...and he was busy while out of town. We traded notes and we were all good, but he still called me as soon as he got back in town just to make sure. It was really a non-issue, but the fact that he was all over it further shows that this is the place you should go. Just have to give a big thank you to Patrick and crew! I went in and gave him a list of things I wanted to do . Right off the bat he told me the things that I didnt really need. I was thinking who would do that . All the other places I went to around town were more than happy to just take my list and my money. But he told me you can get those things and they will look cool, but recommend the items he thought were the best bang for my buck . And as someone that works with people face to face everyday I really appreciated his honesty. I do my business the same way. Patrick and his crew know trucks and solid options for value and performance. Their experience is the #1 thing that cant be repeated in the area. Working with these guys you will see why they have the solid reputation they have.

Very friendly customer service. I give only three star rating due to three reasons. 1) I only got a quote for work to be done on my 2017 Nissan Titan XD Pro 4X. The work was minor, some trimming of the bumper to allow clearance for 35” tires. 2) Although the work was minor Patrick quoted me 1.5hrs labor, the actual job as done by 4 Wheel Parts on hwy 99, in less than 30mins and on the same day which was today 10/25/18. And finally 3) which is actually 2 more; but they had a wait list 2 weeks out and I get schedules but at some point you have to use common sense and take a job that is supposedly only 1.5 hours and see where it could be squeezed in and that can really be accomplished if you don’t over estimate jobs! Which leads to that last reason for low rating is thus over pricing. They quoted $150 and 4WP quoted $57( final price $60 for paint touch up). I tipped the guy who actually did the work and still saved $80 as well as getting a much needed fix to my truck. The bumper was beginning to cut into my tires!

I was in distress over a place that took a fuse out of my car and created another problem by doing that. I was pulled over and got a warning about my tail light. I was trying to resolve the situation but couldnt figure out how. I remembered Accessory Outfitters installing a brake for my trailer years ago. I called and asked if they could help me. They saw me that afternoon and found the problem with my lights. I thanked them perfusively. I asked what I owed. They told me not to worry about it. I thought it was going to be a long drawn out wiring problem. Here I am, this is my Accessory Outfitter experience. Thank you for being so generous.

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and their installers preform a factory like installation of your chosen aftermarket products. Had my lift, rock sliders, and rear diff skid installed there so far and will be back for the next steps!

Their office boy ran me off. Told me that they were busy but to drop my truck off. I called the next day, he told me he wouldnt do it for 2 weeks. Had to uber out there. Patrick wasnt in, otherwise Id probably not had that issue. But it was more of how rude this dude was when I picked up my keys. So I decided not to have my lift done there, or my warranty work. I called discount tires and asked them who they would suggest, since my tires and wheels were there and paid off, they asked what happened and told me they get quite a few people who are unhappy with customer service as well. Went to Superior Offroad, where I paid $650. ACCESSORY OUTFITTERS TRIED WANTED TO CHARGE ME $2000 TO INSTALL A 4 LIFT ON A RAM 1500. WATCH YOUR POCKET.

I called them to ask for the price to install a Backflip MX4 cover and they told me that the price was $125. This is outrageous. All America Truck charges $50 and Bob Top charges $40 for it??? I saw those being installed in about 10 minutes before.

Was traveling through Oregon and came across these guys while my trailblazer ss overheated. thermostat had stuck. Patrick noticed me while taking a lunch down the street from their shop. helped me push it into their shop. Took the troubleshooting code. fixed the problem and bought me and my gf lunch. Dont find these types of people anymore. I live in California and I will be buying parts through them from now on. Thanks guys! Saved my day and vacation.

Beaverton location, sent their by Damerow Ford.They did a very poor job on my spray in bed liner. I had several other companys(like line x) access the bed liner. Last coat was not apply correctly. Over spray all over my tail gate step and hinges. They made a mess of my brand new truck. Can not be fix now. They did refund the money, but I am stuck with this mess !

Happy to give a 5 star rating for Accessory Outfitters. Patrick was professional to deal with and the pricing was very competitive. They installed an ARB rear bumper, ARB drawer system, ARB refrigerator, and a dual battery system for my 2003 Lexus LX470. Everything was professionally installed and it was done when they said it would be done. I was impressed enough to bring my rig back to them when I decided to have a new suspension system installed even though I could have gotten it done closer to home. Ill be heading back to them if I decide to have any additional work done to my vehicle. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome to work with, and I usually find their price is virtually identical to what I can pay on Amazon, but they deal with any issues and call the manufacturer with questions, missing parts from a superlift kit, etc. Id always rather pay a little more to have support at a store, but its nice that I dont have to.They are very busy, like a great restaurant, so schedule any installs as soon as you know. They are happy to give advice, and dont get pissy if I ask advice then buy something else anyway. Ive bought a lot of stuff from them, probably close to 10k over 5 years, but one of my early purchases really proved their worth: I bought an F150 transmission skid plate, then left the unopened box in my garage for 3 years (sold the truck, then bought another 3 years later). When I finally opened it, the wrong skid plate was in the right box. No receipt, and 3 years later, they replaced it with the right one for free. Who else does that? They are my first stop anytime I need something.

Disappointed. Their knowledge about electricity is close to 0 (zero). Installed onboard air system in October. First thing Ive done right after car pick up was re-crimp all exposed connections. By end of December all wire connections happened outside cabin were corroded, one broke and left me aired down in desert. I returned back asking for fix. They cut all wires and said my compressor is broken. They charged $580 for installation lasted two months.

I had a spray in bed liner applied and the windows tinted on my truck and everything turned out great. Very professional and friendly. I will be visiting them in the future.

I asked if they could Assemble a truck grill that I bought the company Rough Country. Rough Country referred them as somebody who could install it, rough country told me it would take 2 maybe 3 hours this company wanted to charge me $900 and said it would take about 7 hours. Total rip-off

Liked the service thought product and price was good as well. Enjoying my ARE canopy looks great, break light went out on canopy after about a month as it was taking in water went back to Accessory Outfitters and said no problem it is covered and put in order for new brake light for the canopy. Over all satisfied with the service at A.O., havent got replacement part yet but sure it will come in due time.....
