I needed a few things including a new key for my car, battery, cabin filter and engine air filter. The staff were great in helping me find the items I needed. The price was reasonable. They even helped me put the new battery in the car! (great since I dont have one of the tools to reach the lock screw) I was there Wednesday afternoon 7 April 2021.

Employees here are always very helpful and always find exactly what I need. Lines go quick.

Call AutoZone to ask a simple question about a water pump. I told the person my car is at idol well the water pump still leak. His response ( I dont know maybe) I Ask well it overheat sitting at idol for 30 minutes His response( I dont know maybe ..I ask do you think the timing belt can get lose from the water pump .being bad . his response( I dont know maybe ) I then ask him Have you ever gave good advice over the phone .and yep his response ( I dont know maybe)

Management can be difficult to deal with if you need a battery changed out. Once Paul was sent out by the manager, he was knowledgeable & personable.

Not super helpful. I stood in line for several minutes then put the items back and left. For the price, it wasnt worth the wait.

If your new to working on vehicles or unsure if your getting the right part or parts the staff here is and always had been helpful a friendly. Ive had one bad experience in the years Ive been here and it was no ones fault but my own by going in looking for the wrong part. With the goal in mind of becoming a better reviewer theres still room for improvement here but will be updating as I come in often.

They were very helpful and did a check engine light test for me and gave me a print out. No charge!

I dont know about the other employees but a young Mexican kid with an earring helped me out (if you can even call it that) at this location and only seemed interested in getting me out of the place as fast as possible! I went in to get a couple of items and every time I got one thing he would ask, cash or card? He also didnt seem to be very knowledgeable about headlights at all... will never be going to this location again. Got me so heated I wrote a review. Enjoy

Came with my friend to get some O2 censors and a connector piece to get my headlight working again. The censors got ordered. And I got this nifty phone holder. I was skeptical especially at $24.99 but I have to say its been over a week now and I absolutely love it. It helps so much with doing Postmates, I am not looking down anymore while trying to listen to the GPS.

Ive been here a few times and the customer service is so friendly and helpful I refuse to go elsewhere. Recently I went in to get frames for my licence plates but because the manufactures screws were gone it meant finding screws that had the right thread. Israel found everything I needed then he went outside and put my plates and frames on to make sure everything was perfect. I wanted to give him a tip for his time but he refused. I will definitely go back to AutoZone for all my car parts even if the prices are better somewhere else you cant beat great customer service.

I had a issues with there card machine and was charged however no receipt was printed on register end . I ended up without my money or parts that evening . Was told no one could help till the morning. When speaking to the manager that fallowing morning I was offered nothing for all the stress and issues that had followed. ( 4 to 10 business days is the waiting period to have money off hold)I have no parts and the money now is on a hold. I am no longer able to fix my car until the hold is off. Back in the day people where compensated for when a companies equipment fails. I attempted to purchases these parts online and the quantities kept changing. So I attempted to do a over the phone order and was told they could not do that . Then I went into the store and processed to have issues with the card machine. So much work to purchase some auto parts.

I really like this AutoZone a lot they have really friendly and super knowledgeable people behind the counter so its really kind of neat and they actually know where stuff is that actually looking at the computer so thats also a big bonus!

I end up here by internet shopping, but, their website doesnt allow the purchases all the time, and they dont always answer the phone.

As always AutoZones been really good weve we had a last three times parts for the right parts so yeah I give them five-star rating really friendly fairly quick in line sometimes they get busy on the weekends other than that a good rating on this part

Only been here twice. Both times were for my parents cars. One was a simple brake pad job, the other was a check engine light. They let me take the OBD reader out to the car and then told me the results. Super helpful people both times I have been to the store

My girlfriend and I came in to replace a dead battery, one we needed to replace for some time. Sal came out and immediately helped us get a new battery and even installed it for us. He also educated us with helpful tips as well! Such a friendly guy with a great sense of humor. Loved the interaction with the co-workers, too. Great service overall. Definitely coming back

Overall the experience shopping here was good. The employees take their time in assisting you and exercise their patience while youre trying to explain what it is your looking for or when you forget what the tool is called. The only issue was not having products in stock but they were quick to refer other stores that would carry them.

I purchased headlights and experienced great service from store manager, Israel. He went outside to confirm which lights I needed and he took the time to actually install it for me!

My review is a little over due. I was going through a difficult day and my car’s battery died right at neighboring block for this shop. AAA came and tried to jump start the battery but with no hope. I was already headed to this Autozon location for battery replacement without knowing that I should buy a battery from them to get it replaced. I had a battery in my car so I talked with Israel and when I explained to him my situation he offered me to replace my battery for free. AAA got my car towed to their block, where Israel and Uni did a great job and were very very helpful. I wanted to give them a tip for their help and time but they refused. They went above and beyond to make sure everything is ok with my car and it was functioning correctly. Thank you Israel and Uni for your help that day.

My friend had his car break down on Thanksgiving Day. Buick 3.8 Series II engine. Isolated issue to no spark for cylinders 2 and 5. Bought a coil and an ignition module. Ended up rotating coils and problem stayed with cylinders 2 and 5. Replaced the ignition control module and everything great. We received excellent help and were able to return the coil we did not need. They were the only parts house open and again - an excellent staff that wanted to help us in any way that they could. A big thanks.

If you buy, they will install...a few things like wipers and batteries. Need a check engine code reading, or if you need a reading to replace the battery, alternator or starter. They can do that too. Its always a good thing...Tip if you get it installed!

A friend and I visited Portland when we realized there was a problem with my cars electrical and lighting system. This was a big problem since it was getting already dark. Kai was incredibly helpful and resourceful, diagnosing the issue and fixing the issue even though the store was closing in 20min. Kudos for your outstanding service, we were already feeling out of luck but he let us get back home safely.

Thoroughly impressed by the staff at this Auto Zone! Feels like there is crappy customer service everywhere these days, but my experience here was a happy surprise. Got my new battery installed even though it was a bit tricky and helped me with other items in the store. Everyone was friendly, outgoing, and helpful. To cap it off, this was the only place that had the battery I wanted at a reasonable price. 100% satisfied! (I dont often write reviews, but my experience here really stood out.)

Horrible customer service. Heres the part #, you go find it smh no wonder people have turned to online stores.

Went there today to get a headlamp bulb, got the bulb and went to the checkout counter. Waited there while the staff walked past me looking at me, going to the back and talking and just standing around. Waited for 10 minutes for them to ring me up. There was one person behind me and when they finally came to the register they let him cut in front of me and they completely ignored me. Ridiculous and so rude. Going to report to the better business bureau.

Decent inventory, especially for 90sand 80s cars. Excellent selection of spray and fluids which has me coming back every so often. Prices are okay. Customer service up front is usually on point. Aftermarket accessories selection is great! They scan check engine lights/test batteries/etc for free too. 4.2/5

Can you give 0 stars? My friend and I had a very unfortunate experience with Ashley B. the sales associate. My friend asked for a new car battery and the woman rolled her eyes (multiple times during the exchange) and talked down to her in a manner that one might use to scold a child. It was condescending and inappropriate. Ashley asked my friend if she would like a warranty and she said no. The woman pursued her further, changing the statement to, You have to get one. It comes with the battery its not a choice. My friend said no it doesnt and no I dont want one. She rolled her eyes and said Well great now I have to take off the warranty and give you a refund in a snotty tone. When we got home we found out that she didnt even give us the battery we asked for! We wont be going back to that specific location.

Wonderful service! I was trying to replace my front light bulb (an HID bulb) and had a lot of trouble putting the new one back in; called a bunch of places and they were not accommodating (dealer said it would cost me $200 in labor cost just to install the replacement bulb), but called up this place and they said they were happy to take a look. Came in, 5 minutes later, all taken care of at no charge! Thanks AutoZone!

The employees apparently dont understand that customers have options just down the street on where they can buy car parts. Or maybe they just dont care. Nevertheless, youre gonna play offensive obnoxious music like that in youre store Ill just take my business elsewhere. Just did, in fact. I need about $200 in parts. But Ill go buy that at the place down the street. Unbelievable!

This particular Autozone is always busy. Most of the staff are cool and usually friendly however they seem to hire some who seem to be angry all the time. No greeting when you walk into the store and no, Thank you for coming In after purchase. Aside from that, parking has never been an issue, its clean and usually they have comparable prices and for the most part always have what Ive needed in stock. Should they not have it, they can get it. Giving this store 4 stars just because of the grumpy employee.

Wont be ordering there again. Management wouldnt own up to a part that doesnt arrive and was prepaid for. Kept blaming the vendor. Integrity and customer loyalty was absent.

Theyre not going to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but they are definitely going to get the right part and if they dont they will fix it. I had a problem with my core return and the manager was able to give me back my money and figure out what happened on the back side, to save me time.
