Great service! I ordered an Odyssey AGM battery on napaonline.com and wanted to pick it up at the Aloha Napa. Everything went well, it was on super sale and I got an extra 5% off for joining Napa rewards, but it turns out the computers inventory was incorrect. I ended up having to go in and pay in advance to have it shipped from Tacoma but it was all worth it. I could not find an Odyssey battery anywhere local and Napaonline.com had the exact right size for my 2012 Mustang, 96R. Odyssey batteries are by far the best AGM battery you can buy, better than Optima and I was unable to find one until Napa helped me out.

Good selection, but more than half the staff seem lackadaisical and unenthusiastic. could use some quicker employee’s, purchasing a few items can take exponentially longer than you’d think even when you’re the only customer in the store.

Last can on shelf sensor cleaner, at home remove cap stem broken try to use, not want drive back. 80% on ground 10% on sensor 10 in can. Mess that dont work nor make it better. Ah..usually the same from Napa, supposed to be better just cost more..

Its a relief when shopping at this NAPA store, I know Im getting the correct parts for my truck, quality parts and service, some parts maybe be more than other auto parts store, but I have piece of mind knowing the parts I purchased will fit my vehicle, I will not shop any where else
Incredibly friendly. I didn’t catch his name but was a cashier on the right side when you enter and was a white with brown hair man, extremely friendly. I bought some wind shield wipers and he even came out his way to help me install them. I really appreciated that. I will definitely come here for my auto part needs.

I went to the Napa in Aloha the other day. When I walked inside I was not greeted like I usually am when I walk inside a napa store. After waiting in line a few minutes behind other customers a young man at the counter greeted me. His name was Brandon. I told him the part I was looking for my Ford ranger. After he tried to find my part for a few minutes the whole time it seemed like he was struggling because he was new. A gentleman who looked like he had worked for napa a long time named Alan walked over and rudely asked me again what I was looking for. I asked Alan where the store manager Adam was and he rudely remarked that Adam had gone home for the day. I then politely asked if another employee I had dealt with before at that store was there and he very rudely told me he had never heard that name before. After a few minutes of looking Alan just abruptly told me that they didnt carry the part I was looking for as if he just gave up looking. I have never had such a terrible experience at any Napa Auto parts before. I then drove out of my way over to the Beaverton Napa where I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. I was helped and they found the part I was looking for in just a few short minutes. I highly wouldnt recommend going to the Aloha Napa. Very bad experience. The Beaverton Napa was definitely worth driving out of my way for. So helpful and definitely stood up to the Napa excellence.
This Napa is very helpful especially the counterman/ employee Dominic! They help out with whatever I need. If they cant help they direct you to somebody that can.

We get all of our consumables there. The employees are knowledgeable on most things and from my experience you can get pretty much get anything you need equipment or auto shipped wherever you need it to go.
As usual they had what I needed, and were quick.

Awful customer service. This place used to have employees who could help you. This time I am here for a good 10 minutes before anyone can stop BSing with their buddy long enough to tell me “someone else” will help me out when they are freed up......Maybe they don’t realize other places sell filters too.?

There seems to be a general lack of professionalism in this place. The parts personnel today when I walked in were more interested in interacting with one another than helping me as a customer. Im all for people working in non traditional roles but the woman working there is incompetent or needs more training, perhaps both? Im glad I knew what I was doing because she certainly did not. I asked for hydraulic hose and she brought me fuel line! I could go on but Ill leave it at that. I may start driving to the Beaverton location even though its much less convenient in hopes of more professionalism. Beware of this location.
Extremely dissatisfied. I had problems with an online order and decided to call them and see if they would honor the online quote. Michael seemed helpful and ordered my parts and the total was $258 . I said that was $10 or $12 more than the online price. He told me no problem, he would give me the preferred customer discount to bring it down to the online price. Everything sounded great.... Then I went down to pick the parts up (3 days later due to some of the parts being shipped in) and thats when things derailed. The first guy I talked to ( not Michael) said that the total was $261. I said that I had spoken to Michael and mentioned the discount he had offered. He then helped me carry the parts to the register. At that point the cashier took over. The cashier added it all up and gave me a total of $287. I mentioned to him that Michael had offered a discount to match the online price. He then started giving me some lame story about Michael forgetting to add a second rotor and that was why it was so high. Which was clearly bs as I had priced everything online. I told him to get Michael (who had to be listening to the entire conversation because he was easily within earshot) to straighten it out. He proceeded to continue to apologize saying that there was nothing he could do. I bluntly explained that if I didnt get the price I was given there would be no sale. He continued to apologize. I told him nevermind, have a nice day and walked out without my parts I waited three days to get. Needless to say I dont recommend them.

I asked for colored bulbs but I never got them I was hoping somebody in fall through they even colored bulbs so the dashboard looked a little different instead of just White I think Kathy would have found them not the other guy he was very short and had to call me back I even asked him if you could locate colored bulbs like red or blue like a BMW or Porsche or something like that it would fit into this dashboard I was disappointed

These guys are great its just that I have a 1984 Toyota corolla ae86, and Im often getting front wheel drive parts for a rear wheel drive vehicle.
Called regarding pricing for brakes. Steve asked if I knew what I needed, I said I would need the whole setup. I obviously dont know much about cars which when I say the whole setup Id hoped hed actually look up the information for what I would need for my car and give me some suggestions. Instead, he was very rude and said, Every part is separate, you need to tell me exactly what you need! I was so taken aback by his tone of voice I just said brake pads. At this point he gave me the price and then hung up. This place wont get my money. What a jerk.
I called to inquire matching color paint in spray can form. The Customer service clerk advices me to bring in the piece I wanted matched and they can do their best attempt to eye ball the color to match. I was ok with this. I walked in the store 20 mins later and was told to wait. When I finally got service the clerks first words is I cant do that. We cant match it, your going to have to go somewhere else. I explained I was asked to bring in the piece I wanted matched. He then guiede me 3 miles west of his location, completely out of my way to Quality paints, where he forgot to mention they closed at 12pm on sat. I this was at 1pm he gave me directions. So, thank you for the tour, Im still looking to complete my project.

I have a preference for NAPA, over other parts stores. Can be more expensive, but I have better chance of getting the part I want, or a better answer.
