Always such above and beyond service from these guys just love my store

The worker tried her best, but she just didnt know what she was doing. Im sure it varies with who is working that day- Ive had pretty good service from Cricket overall.

I had an old cricket phone that stopped working right.. N my friend gave me a new phone, but it wasnt a cricket phone so I took it to this location to switch my new phone to b comparable with my cricket service. The gentalman that helped me was very curious and went way above and beyond to try n fix my phone issue. He worked on decoding the phone for almost 3hours in between helping other customers, calling his boss a few times, calling The Cricket Wireless tech support ppl, he even called the phones original provider..When alls said n done the only way we could get the phone unlocked, was if I switched carriers. Which I was NOT gunna do. He did NOT send me home disappointed with 2 useless phones. He sinked the 2 phones together in a way that I could use my hotspot n make my new phone work just fine :) THANK YOU Cricket Guy :)

Pretty weak store hours.... Like a bank

There is a wonderful lady at 18655 Tualatin Valley Highway Beaverton Oregon her name is Jessica and I tell you I went in baffled as to what to do and she helped me patiently through my entire ordeal the whole day and I couldnt even tip her I wanted to tip her she was definitely worth it thank you so much desica you are an awesome Cricket employee God bless you young lady

Folks were friendly but tried to trick and upsell at every turn. $49 case for a $59 phone. Phone would have been $230 if I took their suggestion...keep your wallet close.
