I don’t even know where to begin. This store doesn’t even deserve one star. The worst customer service ever!! Run do not go to this store they have NO clue what they are doing. Only go to a real Verizon store. We have spent weeks trying to get our account fixed. We were there several hours after closing because our phones were ported over wrong. They sent us on our way after 3 hours told us to go home call xfinity all would be good. Nope I lost my phone for 2 days my husband for 4 day because they got locked. Trying to call that store or talk to the disrespectful people there was a joke. They won’t talk to you on the phone if they have someone In the store cause it’s all about a sale. Which they even brag about in front of customers. We had to spend many hours at a real Verizon and on the phone and they were in awe not knowing how to fix there mistake. They never called us when our phones came in like they were suppose to. When trying to deal with them they were rude especially Kevin and helping many other customers at the same time. Again cause it’s all about the sell. They were on there phones with family while trying to help us. I have talked to others who have had similar issues at this same store. One lady had no phone for 9 days. Believe me they don’t care!! I wrote the CEO and got back a quick response and that was it! Only go to a real Verizon store not a authorized dealer!!!! You will be sorry if you don’t!!

Kevin was super patient and helpful when my daughter and I came in to upgrade her phone. He was the only one there, and had several people he was trying to help, but he was kind and professional the entire time.

Mariah was incredibly helpful and she was awesome at helping others while helping us. She made adding a new line and getting a new phone a very simple, stress free process for us. Thank you Mariah!

I want to give a huge shout out Kaleb out in verizon. Ive seriously had so many hoops to jump through to get a new phone and a new plan and I can almost guarantee that nobody would of been more genuine and helpful as him. This guy deserves either a raise or a promotion. Thank you Kaleb for your hard work and hours of consistent help.

Do not ever do business with this store. I made the mistake of updating, and when I traded in my iPhone 11pro, it disappeared .. I called as soon as verizon said they didnt get the phone back, the store said they would look into it and never called me back.. Then $450 gets charged to my account for the missing phone, and for weeks Im promised the district manager is cutting a check, never happens. They never call me back, I call weekly and get the same run around, but NEVER a resolution. They literally stole a phone and make me chase them down to fix it. This store should be shut down, and every incompetent employee can should be fired.

Verizon has really been frustrating for the past few months but these guys here were very helpful. They took the time to work through my account with me and truly help me figure everything out. I will be back and this store is now my favorite and my only.

They don’t answer phone calls, I bought a case they said it will arrive in two days but it arrived in 3 weeks, also I bought an Samsung S20+ it didn’t work right I wanted to take it back they said they don’t have any in the store it will take couple of days to get it and it’s been 2 weeks no phone, no phone calls, so I got stuck with a non working phone because it pass 14 days warranty... store never opens on time and they don’t ever answer their phone

Im not sure what the point of this store is and its relevance. Several years ago I used to be content coming here but lately it seems that management/ownership decisions have made it nearly impossible to get help or buy something without excessive fees not present in other Verizon stores. Ive tried voicing my concerns about this to the employees with mixed results. It also seems like anyone worthy of keeping employed there that seems to understand good customer service doesnt stay around long enough...maybe they get frustrated too and go somewhere else that doesnt tie their hands. Im not sure how they stay in business here!

I usually avoid this store due to past experiences where they were notoriously slow assisting with payments. I was pleasantly surprised after stopping there today. The store has, what I will describe as, new and improved leadership which made it painless and effective. U was greeted at the door by a respectful, knowledgeable, and all out helpful young man named Tim, who was also able to answer all of my questions. For all of you out there like me who have had awful experiences at this location, go back, you will not regret it. Thank you Tim for being articulate, knowledgeable, and awesome.

Took 4 and a half hours just to upgrade two lines. Not sure what was going on with the staff but it seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. I was the only person in the store the entire time and it STILL took almost 5 hours for me to simply get two iphones. Absolutely ridiculous.

Just wanted to give the staff at the Tv highway Verizon wireless some kudos. I went in to get my phone fixed because it wasnt charging and they got on the phone with Tech support, spent about an hour trying to trouble shoot my phone for me and we couldnt find a fix that day..... They were extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even with a line of customers we all felt like fort priority.This is where it gets good, I was leaving for business that night and needed my phone. They did some research on my account for me and ended up getting me a brand new iPhone so I wasnt phone less for my trip. I am so grateful for this store and staff. The staff is courteous and pleasant to deal with. For anyone in the area I definitely suggest this location for ALL your wireless needs. To my surprise they also have Internet solutions and tablets along with other service.. I thought Verizon Just sold phones.Anyways, thank you TV highway Verizon I will be a life long customer of not only Verizon but this location always.

The young man that served us was top notch and knowledgeable... right after we got there a gaggle of other people came in... he acknowledged all of us kindly... he multitasked where he could... pleasant phone buying experience... and there are tacos nextdoor!

They sold my 83 year old father a smart phone to work in Sweden. Turned out we were unable to make contact for three months. Verizon said Costco is different and they dont take responsibility for what Costco sells. Costco says its Verizon. How convenient. I call it elder abuse. Not ok. And thank you for hanging up on me Verizon. This is why Im writing this now. Fantastic customer service. Calling a lawyer. Were now with T-Mobile. Better prices, knowledgeable staff...helpful unlike Verizon. Buyer beware.

Fernando at Verizon was beyond amazing and he went above and beyond tonight. My phone had just died on me, the screen went black and i was in dire need of a new phone, I had been.. Fernando was awesome, he was calm, very knowledgeable and tried everything he knew....and it worked. He had a smile and a great attitude. Arrived at 5:19pm on 9/10/20 to a sticky note that said, “lunch.” Waited half an hour for employee to return from lunch, then tried calling the store to see if maybe the employee was just in the back. How long of a lunch do y’all get!?

Went in to the store with no pre knowledge about Verizon wifi hot spots and bought the newest one they had. After comparing to my co-workers models, realized mine was pretty old. Carlos and Rafeal went above and beyond to make the situation right. Really appreciated the effort they made to make sure I was a happy customer.

FRUSTERATED!At first we thought we were getting great service and a great deal and I was excited to give this store a 5 star review, but turns out we got lies and we got ripped off. We bought 1 iPhone, 2 ipads and 4 liquid glass. We specifically said multiple times that we did NOT want ipads that connected to the internet. So I got our Verizon bill this month, and turns out we have two $40 one time fees for a total of $80 for hooking our ipads to internet, as well as $20 per month per ipad for a total of $40 per month charged for our ipads being connected to the internet which we made very clear we did NOT want. Then I found out that the ipads that are capable of connecting to internet are significantly more expensive than the ones that do not connect to internet. (And all this would have been fine if we were looking for ipads with internet, but we said very specifically multiple times we did NOT want ipads with internet!)Also, we were told multiple times by the sales guy that the liquid glass warranty was being raised to $150 if your glass breaks even though the package said it was $100. He kept saying on the package it says $100 but they just recently changed it to $150 so I went to register all 4 of them, and I get an email from liquid glass saying I registered for the wrong warranty because the ones we bought came with $100 warranty not $150 warranty. Not to mention my liquid glass broke within the first WEEK! I never write reviews but this was frustrating. I wish we could return the ipads and the glass and just buy it all from amazon, but the guy at the store already put the liquid glass on the ipads in the store.Anyways dont waste your time here, just go to amazon. Honestly its always something with these stores and I should have known better than to trust these people. Will definitely be buying from Amazon next time we need any kind of device!

I have been going to this store for over 2 years. Since then it has been going through a lot of different employees and with every new one it gets worst and worst service. I have a business, so I sent over one of my employees with my business information, so that he could join our team of phones. WOW what a huge rip off PLEASE do not go to this store. PLEASE go to Best Buy, or Costco. They (this store) is not a corporate store is not going to help you, it all about them! Bottom line customer service STINKS!

This Verizon is never very busy and the staff is great. I had a bunch of questions about a year ago. They helped me pull up a years worth of phone calls made to and from one of my phone lines. They were awesome.

Came in with a phone having problems. Told the person behind the counter what my problems were and what I had done to troubleshoot. After he suggested one of the things I had already done he then proceeded to Google my problem after reading for two minutes he said the only thing I could do was buy a new phone. I disagreed with him and said I didnt need a new phone I was still within my warranty he then told me I was not. He proceeded to try and sell me another phone for the next 15 minutes I got frustrated and just left. I went to another Verizon Store where the person legitimately tried to fix my phone and then looked up my phone said I was still within my warranty gave me the information and I got a new phone from Verizon without having to buy another phone. Please do not go to the store. All they do is cell phones they will not fix anything. If you legitimately have a problem they will just sell you something.

Went to the store on 5/23/14 to pay my bill and look at upgrading to a new phone. I am a dinosaur with technology and Rachael helped me with choosing a great phone and a new pay package. She was very patient with me and did not try to push me into going with a plan I didnt feel comforable with. She customized my home page for me with the apps I would use most. Rachel even used tape to remove any lint from the phone after she applied the screen protector which really amazed me. I would definitly recommed friends and family to see Rachel for their needs.

Extremely poor customer service. They are unwilling to help you if you are having a problem. My screen protector was defective and came off after 2 day, went back they insisted on giving me the same one even though I did want the same one. That one started coming up after three days. They said it was my fault. Have the note 7, so with the recall my husband went in to find out what we needed to do they acted like they had know idea about the recall, this after Verizon had sent out notices to customers about it. Tried to pick up our new phones for over a week and a half and they never had any and kept saying they didnt get them, in come to find out after calling tech support they did get them in. They used up all of my data activating my loaner phone. (FYI verizon stores have wifi so this doesnt happen) Husband went to pick up his loaner phone and the employees spent the entire time making fun of me, he left with out his loaner phone. We still dont have our replacements for the Note 7.

I went in for a Pixel that was on special. Nothing was marked with lower pricing and nothing was mentioned until I said something. Price was higher than at a Verizon company store $30 and they were going to charge me $20 to move my data? No thanks.

I came in to just have one of our phones that we recently got back from leaving at the beach put back onto my wifes number, the associate at the counter, Leion Thompson, was all by him self with three groups of people waiting to be helped. As i walked in he took a moment to recognize me to make sure that i knew that he knew i was there and to let me know it was going to be a little bit of time before he got to me. While teaching these very nice people about there new phones that they were getting, he found a perfect stopping point to help the next couple inline. He then went back to the first couple and told me it would be just a little bit longer. After a few minutes he found another stopping point with the first couple to help me out real quick. This man helped all of us even after the store was closed and did not make any of us feel rushed. We all could take pointers from this guy and he is a valuable asset to your company.

They did not adequately explain the differences between phone models. Adding a line and upgrading 1 phone took 3 hours and their Internet system was greatly to blame for that. Also how is it that a store that sells cell phones for a living does not have a message machine or voicemailing service? Janky, just janky beginning to end.
