Not sure who was working in store since i called in, at around 5:30 on 8/25, but the male who answered my call had awful customer service and seems to enjoy cutting of customers mid conversation. Definitely not contacting or coming into the Metro again.

Diana was absolutely exceptional in getting my service up and running again. She dealt with the customer service department for 3 hours. She got me a new phone for $19 and got my service going when I needed it most. Thank you Diana I will always stay with Metro Pcs because I know I have a friendly face right down the street from me. Came in to replace my phone and everything went just as hoped. Super special thanks to my customer rep Andres he gave me all the the time in world and was the biggest help. If it wasnt for him my experience wouldnt be as good and he deserves a world of apraise! Thank you metro and Andres I will for sure be a returning customer again!

It always seems like everytime I go in to metro to pay my bill they say they can save me money and everytime they have all these excuses as to why they just cant. Dont tell me you can save me money and then have all these ridiculous reasons why you cant its very aggravating.. other then that I like metro havent had any problems except this one
