I was referred to by another mechanic in the area because they were packed. With this, the mechanic I have used for a while and trusted so I already knew they were going to be great. I dropped my car off for a routine transmission service. They got the job done in a day though they were also very busy. I spoke with the service provider and went over a few other issues I had with the vehicle and asked for guidance. They kept the car another day to go over it and then gave me a call to follow up with another quote on repairs. First big complement is they had he person working in my Volvo call me directly. He called and went over all issues with the car and I went ahead and approved the repair. After another day, the car was finished. With this said, they were super efficient with fixing my car. Also, I was quoted by another shop that I needed new struts, ball joints, control arms, and a rear set of bearings. After the service was done on my Volvo, they replaced the right rear wheel bearing, tightened my driver side front strut and steering linkage and the car was perfect! Plus! Their pricing is some of the best around! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

This business was highly recommended by a friend who had been coming here for years. Best kind of recommendation possible! I was not disappointed. These guys will spend time with you explaining things to you, and educating you about automotive things if you are interested. They seem to enjoy helping and educating rather than just trying to quickly sell some expensive service. Most of their educational efforts make me a better-informed consumer, able to make wiser decisions, and that will save me money as well. How many businesses do THAT? Darn few. These guys love what they do, and they love helping their customers get the right service for a good value. Sure glad I found them.

First time using a mechanic’s services in Alpharetta and I highly recommend this place! My car had a coolant issue and it just needed to be diagnosed. Since they were busy, we decided I’d come in at 3pm to have it looked at, then they would order whatever was needed and install it the next morning. The problem was diagnosed by 3:40 and they even got the part ordered and delivered in time to install before closing, so no need to make a second trip. Very convenient location to Old Milton Pkwy and Alpharetta in general. Highly recommend!

Purchased a vehicle from a local broker. The extended warrantee had just expired. And unbeknownst to me repairs to transmission had been performed It in air quotes due to the previous owner servicing by way of Shady Tree Mechanic. After going to a national transmission shop I decided to do additional research. A contact I know does rebuilds for toyota / lexus. Owning a Volvo, his counsel was guiding me to know who in the market does a great job at a fair price.I was given the name Larry @ Automotive Professional Repair. I spoke with both James and Larry. And theyre local. Theyre knowledgeable and passionate about keeping a large mechanical repairs on time and under budget.The shop has a great relationship with its suppliers, which is important to insure parts needed are parts ordered and parts ordered are parts delivered.One would be well served to call the shop if you need Volvo work done
