I took my car to my regular place and they told me they couldn’t do an engine replacement. I trust them because they have been taking care of our family vehicles for years. Tim called me once the car arrived with my options, estimated prices and completion date. I was impressed with Tim’s professionalism and confidence when he explained the options to me. There is a common Evap leak in the check valve assembly with my vehicle. I told the kids that work there in the front office this. They called me saying my charcoal canister was the culprit of the leak.Code was still there after completing a full drive cycle.I ordered the part myself, dropped the gas tank and installed myself.Low and behold, drive cycle completed and all systems passed.I know they are a good company and they mean well. I may return one day..

I had my brakes repair last week, and I asked for to use OEM brake pad. After I picked up the car, the brakes making noise and found out that they put aftermarket AutoZone or Napa brake pad instead of OEM. They were over charged me for the OEM, so disappointed and feel like they are so unprofessional. They lied to customers. Be ware!!! will not return at all. GL

I had an issue with my electronic steering control lock on my 2009 Nissan Altima. When they gave me a quote on the repairs I let them know that I felt it was too high. The owner offered to check with his technician. They had factored in programming into the quote but when they realized they didn’t need to program the new part they were able to offer a more reasonable price. They responded to my concern about the price professionally and ended up doing an excellent job with the repair.

I had to replace my lost key fob. They were professional, timely, and less expensive than the Toyota dealership. I would use them again.

They didn’t diagnose the issue correctly and asked higher price than other places. They told me leaking oil was from timing chain tensioner, but it was actually not. I can’t imagine if I replaced it paying hundreds dollars but leaking oil issue still be there.

I took a used car here for an inspection that I was considering purchasing. I live in Athens. The inspection cost $100, which is more than other mechanics, but a price I was willing to pay. The owner was very friendly, and I enjoyed talking to him. Although the car had scratches on the hood, they said that it had not been in an accident and probably was just from his kids sliding across the top. However, when I took it home to my trusted mechanic in Athens, they immediately noticed that it had been in an accident. The most telling sign was the sticker still on the rear view mirror that had been replaced! They also noticed that the headlights were misaligned before even inspecting. I don’t know whether this shop has an agreement with the Audi dealership where I purchased the car, or if it is just poor service, but I am disappointed with the quality of service I received.
