Nalley Volkswagen, by far, has the best service department of any dealership I’ve ever encountered! I first noticed there was something different about this dealership when I was greeted by a warm and friendly voice when I scheduled my 10/28/21 appointment for an oil change. Having moved to GA four months earlier, I was not pleased with the other VW dealership who completed a recall item on my car and who was situated much closer to my home. When I arrived at Nalley I was greeted by my service advisor, Richard. He was wonderful! Not only did he tell me that my car was due for a routine maintenance (30K mile check-up), he informed me that the service was completely under warranty. The other VW dealership never mentioned this to me! Moreover, he alerted me to the amount of time that would be needed for the service and I loved the link he texted me so that I could see the progress toward completion of my service visit. When I returned to pick up my car, Richard was thorough in his review of everything that was completed on my car and the best part was, again, that the oil change, fog light, and 30K mike check-up was all covered under warranty! I was so impressed with Richard’s honesty and communication, but even more so, when he personally walked me out to my car. Talk about customer service! Nalley Volkswagen is the epitome of customer service! Between the friendly demeanor encountered while simply scheduling the appointment to the detailed communication and customer service provided by Richard, my service advisor, I am thoroughly pleased with my experience and am proud to say I am a loyal customer! Nalley Volkswagen service is the absolute best and well worth the extra distance I drive to get there. The customer service is second to none!!!
