Jason did a coolant flush on my Lotus Elise. It is a PITA DIY project due to the coolant lines running to the front radiator and back. Price was more than fair and serviced quickly. Very knowledgeable about these cars and treats them like they are his own. Highly recommend.

Jason installed a supercharger on my Lotus Elise a few months back. It was by far the best experience Ive ever had with an auto shop. Hes an excellent mechanic that has very fair prices and is transparent with his work.

Then there are those who are not only good at their craft, they live, breathe, eat, drink and sleep it. They dont just practice their craft, they exude it. You find such a craftsman, you hang on to them, because theyre rare.Jason Pannell is that rare dude. Fixing automobiles isnt his job, its his calling. And it shows. He gets excited just telling you about your cars quirks and features. He genuinely cares about your car. And that shows.I was referred to him through a forum post about Aston Martins, so I was expecting good service at a reasonable price. I got exactly that, and then some. He took the time to explain every little quirk and idiosyncrasy of my car (kept the car on the lift so I could come see it). We brought home our first Aston, a 2007 DB9 with sport pack, almost two months ago. Six weeks later it developed a transmission cooler leak. I dreaded the thought of having to take it to the dealership so when I found Pannell Motorcars I figured Id give Jason a shot. After talking with him on the phone it was clear he was very knowledgeable and is quite passionate about our cars. He repaired the trans leak and did a yearly service as well. He took the time to explain everything he found, gave me background on the cars, and gave me the rundown of what to keep an eye out for in the future.As a new Aston owner I couldnt have been happier with how we were treated at his shop.
