Absolutely amazing. We will have more minor work in the future and we will be using them again, no question.We struggled to find a home theater company that would do the work we were asking (lots of running cables to different rooms and using the gear we already owned).From the beginning, these guys were different, when we told them what sound equipment we had, they immediately told us that it was great stuff (it is) and would be perfect. Everyone else immediately told us it wouldn’t work in the large room and we needed new stuff. The only thing they said would be to wait and see until the room was finished to see if we even needed a second sub to help fill the room.They made recommendations for the projector and screen we needed based on our needs.We had Spencer and Michael doing our install who were incredible. Both were very knowledgeable and when knew their own as well as the others specialties and were very quick to make sure the best person was answering a specialized question.The install took about 5 days total and they were magicians with running cabling making much fewer holes then I thought was even remotely possible.They were wonderful to my family and very noise sensitive with their tools with us having a newborn in the house.Just a great experience even after we were quite frustrated with other companies by the time we decided to go with htw.Honest, upfront and hardworking guys, I would recommend them to anyone.

I used Home Theater Works both personally and professionally for my home theater and for an office set up with multiple conference rooms and screen set ups. Home TheaterWorks has a great space and a terrific staff. I was searching for some quality audio speakers and received friendly, personalized attention from the knowledgeable crew. If youre looking for exceptional stereo audio hi-fi gear for your home listening and theater needs, be sure to check them out. The experience auditioning their product is nothing like the crazed, hectic environment of a big box store. You really get an opportunity to actually listen, without being bombarded by the background din of a warehouse store and to get your questions answered in great detail with no rush or high pitched sales pressure.

Recently, we renovated our basement, however, which gave us the opportunity to ‎use Seth and his team to install a full 7.1 theater surround sound system and TV in our new media room as well as ‎upgrade our existing whole house audio. To say we are pleased with the results would be an understatement.‎The technicians who showed up at our house were on time, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, ‎and had us up and running in a few hours. Before leaving, they made sure the area was cleaned up and then ‎Connor, the lead tech, gave me his cell phone and told me to call anytime if I had questions…which I have not had ‎to do as the system is pretty easy to use, but good to know I can if and when I need to. They even hooked up my ‎son’s Xbox.‎I would say this experience checked pretty much every box I can think of for service personnel working in my ‎home. ‎All that’s great but let’s talk about the system…‎The first time they cranked up the sound to test it, it was the equal of any theater I had ever sat in. Actually, probably ‎better than a lot of them because the bass response was so clean, no muddy low end. The picture quality is ‎unreal…the experience of watching football or a movie or listening to music in the space is completely immersive. ‎From both a product and service standpoint, I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who wants to ‎transform a room in their home into a theater-quality media room.‎

The guys at HTW are absolutely amazing! I have been a customer for at least 5 years. When I first started with the Home Theater Bug I would go to HTW location and just browse. I NEVER was hasseled like other locations and instead every time I would come and ask my dumb questions Home Theater Works made me feel right at home. I am a VERY picky person. The Owner Seth and his tech Ryan are the best. They completed my Home Theater room as well as my full home automation. Love these guys. There is a reason for brick and mortar!

This is my second review for HTW as my first one didnt post.Seth and his crew are AWESOME! My wife and I had purchased a home which had an automation system and continued having it serviced by the company whom the previous owners had used-big, big mistake! After weeks of frustration and money down the drain, Seth and his team took control of the mess and corrected errors made by the other company. I cannot emphasize the depth of knowledge HTW has over others nor the level of professionalism. Since then any concerns weve had have been addressed quickly, efficiently and in a cost effective manner. As a consumer, its refreshing not to be taken for a ride, and makes it even easier to enjoy when the people taking care of you are awesome. HTW provides great service and go above and beyond for their customers. Many, many thanks to HTW and the entire staff.
