While signage states all customers are required to wear masks prior to entry and this policy was announced over loud speaker while in Kroger, this was universally not enforced by staff. We saw more than 20 people not wearing a mask as well as staff wearing them below their nose or under their chin. When we asked one employee if customers were, in fact, required to wear masks she stated that they were not. Disappointing to see Kroger not enforcing a policy that could save the lives of those who are just attempting to get their groceries and feed themselves. This is why hospitals in our community are overrun and people are dying in waiting rooms, and Kroger is definitely not helping to alleviate that or protect its customers.

Kroger has the best produce at great prices! These nectarines were only $.99/pound! Every time Im here there are at least 2 people attending to the produce. Pro tip: look for good value on the discount rack of soon to expire goods. You can often find great stuff there for excellent prices!

I go to Kroger every other day. I work late sometimes and try to get to Kroger before it closes at 12am. It seems as though the Haynes Bridge Kroger is starting to close, by locking the doors, earlier and earlier. If you post open until 12 on your door you should be able to walk-in up to 11:59. Granted you probably can’t check out fast enough because all locations will shut down their system if you aren’t checking out at 12 or before. Today I showed up at 11:50 which was plenty of time to quickly grab what I needed and respectfully be out BEFORE 12. I could have walked in at 11:55 and been out at 12. I do not understand if they aren’t even checking people out, they stand there, and there are people already in there and they will be there until 12 anyway, why do they lock me out and prevent me from making my purchase? They literally don’t have to do anything. Its very misleading to post 12 on your door/online and have your doors locked at 11:50. I could have stopped somewhere else but didn’t thinking I had more than enough time to be out of Kroger before 12. Now the other place is closed too. This is why you should not mislead people. I do not want to cause you to stay later or disrespect your time. I just want to rush in, grab my items quickly, and be gone before you close. Please make sure your closing employees are following all your policies including closing at the time advertised. I’ve been shopping at this place for a long time and want to continue. I just want MY time respected.

While coming back from our vacation in Tennessee and Georgia, My family and I had a stay in Alpharetta for a night. We needed a few groceries and that’s when we stopped over at Krogers.It was a quick shopping session, nonetheless what I noticed was a clean and nicely managed store. It was late night and the Deli/Bakery section was getting all cleaned up which is a good indication of cleanliness for stores like these.I believe—Assurance of hygiene is the matter of utmost importance.There’s no Kroger store anywhere in my neighborhood So this was the very first time I’ve been here And Like it too.

Some rude people there and some very nice .. My wife is pregnant with a swollen foot trying to exchange a medicine she bought it wrong earlier today while Im at work and was told by an employee she couldnt do anything for her cause people were quitting their job and nobody was there to help.. Nichole was her name.. Please treat customers with Respect..

This company needs to post hours when the customer service desk is available for customers. Have come here a few times to be told that the desk is closed. Why offer services like western union, check cashing, or lottery if the only place you can do this is closed and no one including the customer service associate will help you.

Worst customer service ever!! I was buying some wine for my friends 25 birthday! I was looking at some gum and candy at the check out, there was tons of staff around me and I made it to self check out around 11:47 and I was told I could not purchase wine after 11:45pm and I was not aware of that. I find it an EXTREMELY amount of poor customer service That the staff saw me there and did not bother to tell me that in order to buy the Wine I had in my hands I had to purchase now in order to be able to purchase..!! When I made it to pay a staff member told me I couldn’t purchase and wow I thought to myself, thanks for the heads up!! Worst customer service!

Their click list used to be good, but it’s slowed down considerably and they never, ever get our order completely right this year (2020). I regularly wait 20-30 minutes in the parking lot. I can just shop myself for this speed, and I’d actually get my grocery order correct! I hope they improve soon.

Recently, every time I go into this Kroger I have an issue. Sometimes its just an associate not paying attention when help is needed at self check-out but the main problem is that Ive come home multiple times with food that had expired months earlier. The first time was excusable, it happens, but after it happened 3 times in a row, I was not happy. This store was just remodeled so everything in it was touched by an associate but nobody checked the expiration dates. Rotation doesnt seem to be a thing at this store.I have tried using gift cards here several times and they never work (they worked at other locations). Its gotten to the point where I avoid going to this location as much as possible. Which sucks because they have a great gluten free selection.

WHAT HAPPENED TO KROGER AFTER NEW MANAGEMENT?!DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND HEALTHY EATING AND ORGANIC?This Kroger used to be our favorite grocery store until recently. We used to love their health food section where we did most of our shopping. Now there is a no health food section as they have mingled everything with the rest of the store. They no longer carry the health food brands we are used us. Its like they dont understand the meaning of health foods. We have started shopping at Publix across the street or we go to the Kroger on Holcomb Bridge which still honors its healthy customers and at least they still carry our brands!

(I attempted to post this in the Kroger app but it wouldnt let me...) Service: ordered a 3 piece dark and only received 2 pieces but was still charged 7.54. Macaroni is WHITE cheese. Looks like mashed potatoes and it tastes like baking soda. The quality of the hot foods section at this Kroger leaves much to be desired. Couldve gotten 2 lunch meals for the cost of this mess.

I have been going to this Kroger for years. They keep making improvements with new technology like the scan bag go, doubling self checkout, order online, and digital coupons. I can always get in and out quick with way more stuff than I went for. They have good sales and basic foods. I still like to go to Buford Farmers Market but this is my go to favorite local grocery.

Multiple times Ive asked the meat department to cut some pork for me--every time they say no, they dont have enough time (though Im always the only customer asking for help). Every time my wife asks theyll do it for her. Terrible service.

The bakery did a fantastic job on our sons birthday cake. I requested a few changes to the original design so I could add my own toppers, and it was better than I imagined. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Every time I visit this location to use their Money Services, I leave with a huge distaste in my mouth. Today I went in to purchase a money order for a deposit on a rental property. Angela after being in the back room for over 10 mins emerges to finally assist the guest ahead of me on the line. Finally after 15 mins of waiting in an empty store I am next. I kindly ask Angela for a money order for $2,575. Angela seems pretty nervous. Angela quickly informs me that any money orders over $1,000 dollars requires my identification and additional information like my social security # or Tax ID number for IRS purposes to track money and who’s cashing the money orders. From my understanding $10,000 is the IRS threshold. Reg Flag for me instantly, at this point I felt like I was being stereotyped. I handed my Passport Card ID to Angela and she quickly looked at it and said what kind of ID is this? I informed her that it’s a Federal Government Passport Card issued by the State Department. It’s more valid then a drivers license. She proceeded to fill out a form and then asked me who issued my ID Mexico? I was instantly offended and clearly being stereotyped. My ID clearly says UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. I corrected Ms Angela by informing her that NO it’s not from Mexico it’s from USA. I explained to her that I am of Italian decent. My name is 100% Italian. Angela replied,” well I’m Italian too.” Never apologizing for making the assumption, only referencing that she never seen a Federal Government ID like mines. I explained to her that in this “climate “ making those assumptions and being as nervous as she was is degrading and insulting. I felt degraded and beneath her. I was forced to fill out a public form that lays on a desk open to all employees that work in the Money Service area. Sensitive information like my social security number, dob, and address. I am very concerned about my personal information and will be filing a complaint with the corporate office. I will also be visiting another Kroger’s to see if that policy is for everyone and is being enforced consistently or was I just randomly chosen because of an assumption made by a nervous employee. I’m really concerned with my personal information being on a clipboard openly accessible by anyone. This is not first time I have had bad service here. I will no longer visit this location or support Kroger going forward. I’d rather pay more at Publix, at least Publix makes me feel valued.

We’re all having a bad day. But being forced out after posting new hours at 9 is not great customer service. Especially coming from a manager. ThiIs not 100%satisfaction. I had a short list. It’s not like the store was empty of customers and he was forcing people out. Now I’m without, thanks Kroger :(

Kroger pickup fail today! Ordered my groceries for pickup 4-5 pm, arrived and called at 4:45 but sat there for 30 mins and still didn’t get my groceries! I called again and they said they hadn’t pulled my order yet...even though they said 30 mins earlier they were bringing them out shortly. So frustrating! Disappointing Kroger.

I stopped in for some flowers for my daughter’s dance performance, and Maytab in the floral department put together the most beautiful bouquet. I will definitely go there for flowers again!

I like to shop at Kroger but one of the employees had a bit of an attitude. I hate to even write that because it makes all of the others who are nice look bad. I tried to be nice to the older gentleman who was stocking the shelves around me I even move my cart so I would not be in his way. All I got was the sour face 😂. I said good morning and he rolled his eyes at me.. heres the weirdest part I thought maybe Im just mistaken tried to smile again as I walked past and he stared me down. Thank you Jesus for patience with people and personal growth 🙏. Im still giving them a good rating because the rest of the employees were nice.

Beware of the manager Angela. She accuses her customers of ruining her day. She wants you to do a self check out so she won’t have to work herself.

Its a clean grocery store and pretty well stocked. Employees are nice. Decent beer selection too. The only thing thats lacking here is their produce, they just dont have great fresh fruits or veggies.

I go buy my grocery at this store twice sometimes trice a week, employee here are super nice, always say hello, very approachable and always ready to help, however lately some employee are just plain rude, possibly new who knows, they dont say hello anymore they dont even offer help anymore. Some Person at the counter look at you like you stole something, what happen to meet and greet? Person wearing suit, seen him there a few times walking around he seems like the manager, he dont even say hello. If he indeed the manager now i know why....The reason why i buy my grocery here instead of one across the street is simply because of the family oriented environment.WHAT HAPPENED? I hope this review find the manager of this store and thought of the possibility of losing costumers if the manager dont address this issue..

Nice clean store & Awesome customer service! The only thing that was difficult was locating the food scales, they arent readily visible. I guess thats due to the New Scale system they have implemented.

Flue and pneumonia shots were the easiest I have ever had. They use the same small needle as for a baby. Didnt feel a thing and they just had a way of making you feel comfortable.

Always love shopping when I can start it off with a Starbucks. Did my shopping and bought three Kroger gift certificates for our employees. Love our Kroger in Johns Creek Georgia!

I bougjt something at the self check out. I put a 20 in. My change was supposed to be 16.78. The machine did not give me my money. So the attendant got the manager to check the ma hine. Thought she came over to get my change. No, she jut came to work on the ma hine. I had to ask for my change.

I tried the Kroger on old Alabama in Johnscreek. Not my 1st time there. Clean and everyone was helpful. Only negative was the All detergent was still not on shelves. At the Kroger also on Eves Road . Still waiting!!!

I’m hesitant to even give it 1 star. Been shopping here since 1995, used to be clean with nice employees and now it’s filthy with ever changing unconcerned management. I saw more fruit flies and mold in the produce department than in street fruit stalls in W Africa. The coolers are all leaking and shelves are filthy. Publix, Whole Foods, here I come!

It is what it is... Location is great, but it sucks to have to go over to Publix afterward because Kroger doesnt carry what I seek. Several common items, at that. In addition, encountering several not-friendly staff members makes me not look forward to going back. Lastly, they need to mirror Publix and brighten/neaten up their layout. Something just doesnt feel the same. The store design begs for improvement. A really sweet lady checked me out though, so I appreciated that!

Friendly employees willing to drop what their doing to guide you to the right aisle. Penny in the wine department is very knowledgeable and will pick out a great bottle of wine for you. Cashiers always go out of their way to give my children a sticker. I wont go anywhere else!

My go-to grocery store. Love the natural foods section and the deli. I work next door, so I find myself here a lot. I never wait in line too long thanks to the self checkout. The pharmacy is open super late, too, for which Im so grateful. Thank you Kroger staff!

My favorite grocery store in Roswell!! Produce is awesome, organic selection is plentiful in both produce and meat dept, and the wine dept has better wines than the Kroger in Brookhaven.

As in a previous visit to this same location, I was very pleased to find the salad bar still open after 7p, & while I very rarely buy Hostess, Little Debbie, Dolly Madison or anything else of the sort, I found & took from the closeout area a box each of chocolate Twinkies & peanut butter HoHos that were more or less cut in half in price

This Kroger has the best Seafood available. The attention and the service the Seafood Specialist Jorge provides doesnt allow me to shop anywhere else. I love coming to this store!

Please teach your employees how to sack groceries. I brought in a bunch of reusable bags- at least 6 cloth ones and a few paper ones. The lady put all my groceries into the paper bags, not even using the ample cloth ones available. When I got to my car, they were way too heavy and the bags tore. All of them. When I got home, my peaches, lettuce and avocado were smashed at the bottom. I have two small children so it it very inconvenient for me to go back up there to remedy the situation. Very disappointed.

Ive come to this Kroger 3 times to cash a check, they NEVER have any money.... Everytime I come it was a waste of my time, you NEEED TO TAKE DOWN YOUR SIGN that says check cashing up to $2000 because ITS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We call this one the good Kroger, but after todays shopping excursion its now known as the secret Kroger. Didnt know we had shopping at this level just outside my door... knowledgable butchers and fish mongers on hand, smiling employees (Kroger yall!), donut self help display, a winery (my favorite cheap red blend stacked three high in cases), exciting closeout items for sale throughout the store, a sensible customer friendly store layout etc. IM IN LOVE!!!

I have about 4 Kroger stores reasonably close to where I live. This one is my favorite because it is normally clean, has good produce, and friendly employees.

The gas pumps at this Kroger take forever to fill up, at least 3 to 4 times as long than normal. Whatever the problem is needs to be fixed.
