Renew HomeUSA sent Jerry to me. They did insulation work that is probably decent. They did drywall work that was terrible. You can see the dark picture has a line right through it. This is where he cut out drywall and repaired it horrible. The other pictures show paint work they did for me. One picture shows spots. Those spots are drip marks. The other picture is in a corner where 2 colors meet. A child could do better work. These people were never at the house when they tell you they will be. Also, they damaged some of my furniture while repairing my home. Hire them if you want the 3 Stooges working on your home!

I hired them to reinstall my downspout and after the first storm the downspout came down. I called and the man who answered said he would check his schedule and get back to me, he never did! I called several times and left several messages, no one responded. On the last message I left I asked if they wasnt going to fit the problem then just let me know so that I could get someone else, no one ever responded.

The worse communicating company I ever had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with!! I made the mistake of hiring them to do a small gutter job, I got the quote and gave them permission for the job. I was told that they would be at my house for the job between 12 and 2. Well 2:00 came and went, not a call or message saying hey sorry running late nothing, so I reached out to them. I then got a call back 30 minutes later from Jerry saying “I have been having problems with our equipment can we come over tomorrow?” I told them that was fine I understood, what time? Jerry informed me he would be here around 11:30ish. Next day 11:30 came and went at 12:06 I text Jerry asking for an ETA. No response, I texted again at 1:17pm. Jerry finally text me back saying he was about 50 mins out and the reason he didn’t make at 11:30 was because it was raining. Now it hadn’t rained at my home since 8am. But understand, he’s on the way. Did Jerry make it in 50 Mins? Nope, it is now 7:30pm - NO Jerry, NO call, NOTHING despite calling and texting him. His voice mail box is full so I am unable to leave a message. I guess I am not the only one trying to get ahold of Jerry. I texted the salesmen and he told me to call Jerry that he is the only one that can schedule. Guess I am back looking to get someone to provide me with a price to installation my gutters.

They removed gutters and didn’t put them back on the bay window. The downspout was not properly secured and is falling off now. The gutter warranty is worthless because they don’t come out to repair. The also don’t answer. This is a scam.
