Excellent product and experts in all things paint

Store opens at 8am. I arrive at 7:57am and wait patiently in the car. Around 7:59am I head to the door and tug on it to see if unlocked. I actually assumed it would still be locked because it was not quite 8am, but it was open so I proceed to walk in. This guy comes running towards me and I thought he was greeting me so I replied good morning! He repeats himself and says we are not open yet. Oh ok so I turn around and walk out. Another customer was about to head in and I told him they put me out because they are not open. He laughed and had the same thought as me, 1 the door was unlocked, 2 it was literally seconds before 8am. And I kid you not the same guy that kicked me out seconds ago, came right back to the door and turned the OPEN sign on!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Totally get it, the store was not opened and the door was unlocked, so I should have assumed they were still closed. Very poor customer service to kick someone out for literally seconds. Next time keep the door locked until you actually open because not all clocks sync up to the minute and that was completely uncalled for.

Great paints, great prices, great atmosphere and great service!

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The paint is almost always an exact match to the color tiles and if not, the employees are always eager to correct it. Been a SW customer for a LONG time-won’t go anywhere else. Always worth the slightly higher cost.

I have been a customer of this store for years and I have always had good customer service, today I arrived at the store with two minutes to close, I was just going to pick up a few samples for my next project and the employee told me they were closed, I told him that he just needed a few samples and he told me to do it quickly, these were his words ok then do it fast of course he was not the same nice guy who is always there, I understand he is in a hurry to go home but he doesnt have to be Rude to his clients, it is not the customer service that Sherwin Williams usually provides.

These folks are super helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. My paint is always mixed well and never always consistent. And the paint is such great quality even though you pay just a bit more youre definitely getting quality paint that looks amazing

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me pick the right paint color -- even without a paint chip he knew what color I wanted. Carried the paint to the car which was great. Great experience overall.

Love Sherman Williams. I have not gone to another place for paint when I first found out that their product is far superior than major box stores. However, the experience at this particular location was not very good. One paint specialist told me that he sees hundred of people everyday and didn’t remember me after I had a long conversation just the day before. I can imagine how difficult this may be to remember but he didn’t have to make a point. Another time when I went there, the person simply denied to recommend color combination and said I would have to decide. My third visit to the store had similar arrogant experience which I would leave to your imagination. People go to Sherman Williams for better product and also the service and specialist consultation that they receive which the paint specialists should keep in mind. I ended up going to a different store by McGinnis Ferry and had way better experience from the store person named Ana.

The salesman was not very helpful. We were interested in wallpaper, he didnt seem interested in selling. Told us to contact the company as he wasnt sure about that product. Training needed?

Multiple levels of quality paint. Excellent staff that got us in and out in 10 minutes. Able to customize any color regardless of mfg.

Very helpful, manager took his time to help and offer great suggestions, had a seating area where I felt I could stay as long as I needed to select house colors.

My family and I arrived at this store with what we thought was a simple and straightforward question....Did they have any mahogany stain in inventory because there wasnt any on the shelf......after waiting about 15 minutes for the only employee in the store to even acknowledge us we left. While I understand that she (the employee) was probably overwhelmed all the had to do was let us know that she would get to us as soon as possible. Ignoring us was the rudest thing she could have done and I have no intentions of ever returning back to this store.

Best Paint store in alpharetta! Best staff and service. Matt, Collin and Zack have been a huge help in our small business projects and DIY home projects.

I purchase all my paint from here and have never had a problem. They are always friendly and do their best to find ways to save you money.

When HomeDepot offers one coat paint with no primer, will prefer that...besides your color didn’t reflect it correctly and consistently in all rooms...

There is little I hate more in a service oriented business than staff that shuts down and locks the doors on customers before the closing time posted on the door! You lost a sale SW on Hwy 9 in Milton. I wull take my business where it is wanted and welcomed.
