I’ve lived in Atlanta for 7 years and this was my first time stopping here, but I’ll be back. You walk in and it just smells sweet and sugary. Like all good things.The puffy waffle cones are super cool, and not something you’d find everywhere.The milkshake was pretty solid.We aren’t in the area much, but next time we are, we’ll swing back by!

Very quaint feeling shop with a diverse selection and some unique flavors like olive oil & lemon and strawberry balsamic. Both were actually good. There are also other item as for sale such as shirts, games, honey, soap etc..... a cool place worth checking out.

We had a wonderful experience! We passed the parking lot by accident, so we had to circle the block. We did find the entrance to the parking lot, but all the spaces were filled and the parking lot was tight. Luckily, I spot opened up.. We didnt realize they closed at 8; we got to the door at 8:10 to find a locked door with people still In line inside, but someone who had recently came out, instructed us to go in when someone came out. We felt guilty about this, but someone had opened the door and gestured for us to come in. There was one girl working by herself (unfortunately I cant tell you what her name was). She seemed as though she had had a long day, but continued to be kind and friendly, despite being 20 minutes past closing time and being the only worker. She handed out samples with a smile, even while wearing a mask! She even offered to make us a fresh batter for a waffle cone, and explained that it would take about 5 minutes; she didnt try to rush us out the door. I had chocolate bourbon pecan pie and caramel turtle that were so delicious. Because I made it a medium cone, she quickly also handed me a cup and a spoon. We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. If we were in the area, we would definitely return!

Some of the best ice cream Ive ever tasted. Be sure to try an ice cream sandwich made with fresh made cookies. Heavenly

Lots of unique ice cream flavors to choose from. The customer service was excellent and the staff are very helpful when trying to choose a flavor. They gave a warm spicy ginger ice cream and a nectarine vanilla goat cheese ice cream that I highly recommend. Delicious!!

One of the best ice cream places I’ve been to. They have all the usual flavours and an excellent selection of unique ones as well (such as their amazing Honey Lavender). And the cherry on top of the ice cream (😜), is their amazing service. Highly HIGHLY recommend coming here.

I ordered a Banana Split but they had no Banana’s which is not a big deal cuz I had Banana’s in the car LOL but the strawberry ice cream itself was the least tastiest of the 3 scoops. However, super cool folks serving ice cream.

Very interesting ice cream flavors and choices including birthday cake and olive oil and lemon. I had caramel turtle with little turtle shaped pieces of chocolate in it. Very satisfying!

While visiting family out of town, we went there to get ice cream. The staff was super friendly & suggested how to mix different flavors of ice cream. I tried Huckleberry Cobbler with Praline something, lol It was the best! I didn’t think the huckleberry cobbler would taste that good but it was flavorful. I had never mixed two different flavors before either. The staff knew what they were talking about! I can’t wait to visit family again!

This is a pretty awesome place! Today was my first time going and I tried their puffle cone, which is a hybrid between a waffle cone and cake. Actually pretty good! Also, had their strawberry and cream ice cream, best strawberry ice cream Ive ever had! The gentleman that assisted us was great - very informative, helpful and pleasant. Cant wait to come back and try the rest of their interesting flavors, like Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie, Apple Tart, Superman, Cookies and Cream and more! Definitely give it a try and youll be a fan too!

We walked here after dinner in Alpharetta for our 5 year old’s Birthday. It was a perfect ice cream shop for a birthday. The presentation was almost theatrical by the nice woman working there, she made a sprinkley mess of a cone, and then made sure my kids were aware that it was OK to make a mess. The selection was amazing and the prices were very reasonable! We will definitely go back.

I normally go to Fat cows at least once or twice a week. All of the employee there are really nice but now there is a new young lady there she wears a Turban. so i was unaware that they only except cash so i left and came back with my card.. I get home im eating my ice cream i find something BLACK and crunchy in my ice cream.!!!!.. OK i normally never have issues with my ice cream but i am making it aware to the owner that your coworker did something to my ice cream when i returned with my bank card mind you i got the banana pudding ice cream.

This is a fun and trendy ice cream shop with lots of really cool flavors that they change often, so if you find one that you like them enjoy it before its gone! Ive tried jalapeno and peach cobbler amongst others here, and loved them both!

We wanted to check it out because everyone was hyping it.. but they don’t even have half the things they claim On the menu. There was a younger Indian lady working there that was completely rude and condescending and whom offered zero help.It was disappointing we waited In like 15 minutes because she was also super slow and then she didn’t even want to make what we ordered from the menu claiming they didn’t have it.Terrible experience. They also hate dogs on their property.There are better places out there than this for sure

Customer service goes above and beyond! A slight miscommunication was fixed quickly with better customer service than was expected!The ice cream is FANTASTIC! Creaming and amazing flavors. I got the mango sorbet and my husband got a mix of peach ice cream and banana pudding ice cream!The atmosphere is family and kid friendly with staff that is willing answer any questions as well as let you taste any flavor you wish.The store supports education with “scoops for schools” as well as local merchants with their items sold in the store!Great experience and great desserts!

Really like this place in Alpharetta downtown. It has a nice home feeling and the best part is its not just ice creams you get here. You get some cakes and cookies too. Not only that there are a bunch of small toys and collectibles that all ages would have their interests in. They also keep good collection of body wash, moisturizers and lip balms. They have outdoor sitting where can enjoy your ice cream in the sun. All in all its a fun place to go to. :)

I really like this place. The staff is really friendly and they take time with you and make good recommendations. They appreciate their customers and the ice cream is delicious. A million times better than cold stone creamery down the street.

Came in looking to kill sometime while I waited for friends. Was up front about it and the employees were cool with it and were helpful in asking all my questions. They let me sample the banana pudding and it was AMAZING. Definitely coming here to get a TO GO container

Excellent tasting ice cream and even better customer service!

MMMM this place offers such rich and creamy ice cream. I am not in love with all the basic flavors as there is nothing overtly special about them, but their house classics like the Olive Oil Lemon or Balsamic Strawberry are very unique and taste surprisingly really good! Their sherbets are also really good.

Incredible place. I come to Alpharetta two or three times a year for business and always make time to have ice cream here. The shop is clean, the servers are friendly and knowledgeable and the ice cream is perfect.

Love this place always a great time with the kids! Lots of variety and the flavors change every so often so theres always something new to try. They make fresh waffle cones on site so if youre a Big kid like me you just smiled wide! 😁

Four Fat Cows, and I cannot stress this enough, is the best ice cream place in all of Georgia in my opinion. The staff is always so friendly and the ice cream is so good. They even offer icecream to doggos. The building itself is so gorgeous, its small, but so homely. If I could, i would totally work and live there. If you live in Georgia, for your sake and happiness, go to this place., :^)

Great flavors. Huge portions

Wasnt a fan, flavors werent anything deep or special, mostly just tasted sweet. About the same level as Brusters.

The ice cream was great and the place has a cool vibe. I would’ve liked to see the prices posted so I knew how much everything we ordered was going to cost. Also, the seating area outside was a mess. The planters are full of dead plants, the water feature was dirty with all kinds of trash in it, the trash was overflowing, and the tables were dirty. There was only one employee inside and she was kept busy with customers so I can understand the messy tables and trash (though this probably means that two people need to be working during peak times) but since customers need to walk by this seating area to get in and may need to sit outside to eat, you really should take a couple of hours to clean it up. I wasn’t the only one out there noticing and commenting on it.

We visited from the UK in December, and made sure to stop again on our visit this summer! Mia was so helpful with my whole family, especially my daughter who has T1 Diabetes and Coeliac. Mia was a great ambassador for your store and brand, and made a great impression on me and my daughters....plus, the Gluten Free pufflecone and cookie dough ice cream were delicious!

A charming ice cream shop with friendly service! Four Fat Cows is located on Main Street, just a short walk from the main hub of downtown Alpharetta. Do yourself a favor and go for the walk, rather than just going to Kilwins- youll need a walk after your meal, anyway! Four Fat Cows has a great variety of interesting flavors, as well as the classics. Each time Ive been, the service has been great; staff are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend visiting!

Great ice cream. Well priced. Entrance is hard to get into from the street but ice cream more than makes up for the hassle.

Ice cream was just okay, nothing much special. If anything, the flavors were just too complicated and didn’t work well together. The service was great, the teens working were funny and polite. The biggest turn off was that all of the trash cans both inside and out were full to the brim, and the metal furniture outside was uncomfortable and small, which was unfortunate for a place with an otherwise nice patio space in a good outdoor area.

The girls there were very helpful not making use feel rushed as it was close to closing. Fmoce flavors are really good. The mix ins are plentiful unlike other places.

Their ice cream is so delicious! And if you are gluten free they have gluten free cones! My favorite thing is the puffle cone which is basically a fluffy waffle cone that is warm and so tasty! Totally recomend this place! I rate this place 10 moos!!:)

We have been here 3 times in the last month. The first time we came, there was plenty of ice cream, cookies and cupcakes. The last two times, ice cream was basically sold out, no cookies and no cupcakes. Its more of a kids trinket toy store than ice cream shop. Also found out the ice cream isnt homemade, and neither are the cones. Its a reseller. At least thats what we were told by employees. So, its really no different than going to Publix and buying ice cream. Employees are friendly, but for the cost, not worth going back.

Great place and great ice cream! however, the manager there is perhaps one of the rudest people i have ever had the displeasure to have been noticed about. A person very dear to me and worked there, who shall remain nameless, quit due to the abrupt, rude, and overall unpleasant attitude of the manager. I wish I could enjoy this place, but the manager needs to change her attitude. She is unfit for such a job. Not to mention her constant abuse, via the work group chat. For me, its a change in attitude for the manager, or its a change in ice cream. Besides her, the employees are pleasant!

The ice cream is delicious, but super expensive for the minuscule amount you get. The other night I paid just under $4 for the smallest scoop of ice cream Ive ever seen. It was literally so tiny, I almost asked the server if shed accidentally given me the kiddie size. I dont mind paying a bit more for good quality, but Im not paying that much for that little again.

Quite delicious ice cream, and the staff are always so pleasant! My boyfriend is a cookies & cream purest, and he says that Four Fat Cows has the BEST blend he has tasted in a long while. For me, the affogato takes top marks. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a mixing bowl, so I could have 10xs the yum. :)
