Really cool location. Very delicious looking ice cream options with bubble waffle and or syrup. A variety of syrups and toppings. You can enjoy your food while sitting inside at a table, you can grab a stool seat and look outside at the scenery or you can sit outside and enjoy your food and the nice breeze.

So cute & so good! They have free wifi. I love that they work as a team. The mango is so good. The only thing I did not like was the fact that I felt like they put too little coconut flakes. Also the pineapple is too big. It should be cut a little smaller. Mango was still not ready. Was hard and had no flavor since it wasnt ready. But the flavor was great . And Im hoping for just a wrong day or mango and next time it tastes as good as the pineapple did!

Always friendly and clean with so many cool toppings. Its my daughters favorite place to go for a treat. I love to get a bouble tea, while she gets an ice cream with everything.

First time here with my son and was very impressed. I love that they were clean and made everything fresh. The menu selection is plentiful and I like the finishing touches before serving. We will be back, thank you!

From no order here signs to misspelled menu items to crawling slow service. Absolutely the worst experience. Gum on the floor to people losing their patience and leaving. Just shut it down if this is how you plan on running a business!

The entrance to this place could be tricky but once you spot the location, theres no missing.Being invited and explained how ice cream rolls were invented, this allows consumers skip the drive to Duluth or or locations.The flavors are great, the whole milk and their added toppings could trick chemistry as it could lie to your tongue. The staff help you identify what could be potentially your taste resonance without the upselling aspect, and that is a PLUS.

I usually dont leave reviews but I have to say that this is one of the best places to get your ice cream...the flavors are yummy and the ice cream tastes so fresh

Clean shop with friendly staff. The ice cream and toppings were good. Nice selection of both bases and toppings/mix-ins. Provide free water. Thai Bubble tea was also good. Will be back. Fun treat for the children and adults :) (added: low calorie and non dairy dessert made with bananas! Awesome!)

The snowy rolls are pretty good, takes time to do them so the wait is looong, and they not have all flavors sometimes.It needs a more welcoming atmosphere feels deserted and boring inside.

Good price, spent $19 for 3 regular cups plus they all came with 3 toppings whip cream and a sauce. Worth the price when compared to cold stone or marble slab. Made fresh when your order so was well worth it!!!

Very interesting take on ice cream! Similar to Coldstone in that you have a choice of options that are chopped up and mixed into the flavored creams. They are poured and spread thin onto a slab at -120, then slowly scrapped into a roll and placed into a cup. Small contains 4 rolls. Options include strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, brownies, sprinkles, wafers, and many more items. Lots of cream options also including strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, mango, sweet cream and more. Prices are very reasonable - about $18 for three of us. Staff was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining how to order. Options for everyone... we loved it!

My husband and granddaughter went here on 06/18/21 to have rolled up ice cream and after purchasing the ice cream and sitting down they saw a roach under the counter and other bugs in the facility, gross for this to be in a eating establishment. I only gave one star because it wont let me post without at least one.

Tried to get ice cream, and google maps clearly stated another hour of Closing time, however, when I came in, I was told that they were closed even thought google maps said the opposite, they should update that because this makes people waste their time.

There are many ice cream shops that offer rolls these days so something has to set a place apart to get 5 stars. These guys have a very fresh tasting ice cream.... creamier than others. Their selection of toppings is sufficient but not good enough for me. They did not have lychees.So, even though I have given them 4 stars, we may not be going back.

Really really tasty hand rolled ice cream. The only reason Im giving it 4 stars is because the coffee flavoured ice cream didnt taste of too much coffee and was a little plain. The owner is really friendly, and Id highly recommend this place.

I just ate an ice-cream burrito made out of cotton candy. 5 stars for ingenuity.

Not only did it taste great, but it was fun to watch them make it. Cost me $22 for two regulars and two smalls. I felt that was a good deal for the amount you got in each cup. It was more than enough for us. Plus you get three toppings and whip cream and sauce is free.

We really enjoy getting ice cream here. The flavorful cream seems to be a little later but still great flavor. Also enjoy watching the show. Good people very nice place. keep it up.

Decided to visit today to try the ice cream of course. The counter staff and guys making the ice cream were wonderful. I would have visited again until I had a run in with who I found out later was the owner. Im standing in front of the glass watching my roll creation come to live with a sort of small space between myself and the glass here come this excessively rude woman walking right in front of me. She did not open her mouth to say excuse me or anything. Her friends were following in tow. The woman behind her stopped and looked at me as if she knew what just happened was wrong. I stepped back a few steps and motioned the other two to walk in front of me. They could have all walked behind me from the beginning. They all sat at the table next to me and still the lady said nothing just chatting it up with her friends. I go to leave the place and look at the photos on the wall on my way out. Low and behold the rude woman is in the photo, so I asked the manager if the lady at the table was the lady in the photo and of course she was the owner. If this is how she treats customers she will not have to worry about me spending my money there again. I will drive further to find another rolled ice cream shoppe.Owners need to understand that customers are the reason why they are in business and being rude and snobbish is going to run customers away. Today was my first and last time visiting this place.

For your business to grow and do well, you need to treat your employees correctly. I worked here for a very short period of time, it was my first job. My training was very vague and only 1 day long. I went into this job eager to start working until I began to notice that the owner would ignore my success, and exaggerate my mistakes. She did the same thing to my coworkers also, but I felt like she picked on me the worst. The last day I worked there, she got so mad at me for dropping fruit on the floor, yelled at me, said Im a terrible employee, called over all the other employees to have a group discussion, and basically just told everyone to not be like me. I was humiliated and went to the bathroom to cry. My coworkers all agreed that she took things way out of proportion and noticed that she always picked on me. It has been about 2 or 3 years since I left. I now work at another restaurant, I have been promoted to assistant manager out of all 50+ associates. All 5 managers and my boss tell me I am one of the hardest working employees and I have great customer service skills. How can these 6 people who have been in the food business for DECADES think I am a great worker, but the owner of Snowy Rolls hated me? I am currently in training to become an assistant manager at my current job over the next 3 months, EVERYTHING I have learned contradicts the way Snowy Rolls runs their business. You do not treat your employees in such a way, you do NOT treat your customers rudely, ever!

Snowy Roll has a really delectable rolled ice cream flavor called the mango and the thai tea! If you go there, you must get this flavor. It tastes just like it sounds, its delicious and who even cares at this point about calories?! I may have to go back at least once a month for this alone. Snowy Roll has really friendly staff and alot for seating. Get their ice cream, its fresh and made with love.

Honestly I feel like the five stars are a scam from like family and friends they have because this has been one of the worst places I’ve ever had rolled ice cream at. First of the lady who took our order was extremely rude to the point where I almost walked out in the middle of her taking the order. The ice cream was extremely flavorless like they watered it down or something and you barely got a spoon of toppings. This was an awful experience and my family and I will never come back.

Amazing ice cream and amazing fast service

I have been to snowy rolls many times and I have enjoyed it a lot. The ice cream amazing but Im afraid not with all the flavors. A while back, 4 months maybe, me, my brother, and a friend all went to snowy rolls. I decided I was going to try the flavor original so I had not enjoyed that much so my friend ate most of it. When we arrived home I had thrown up. So had my friend but 5 times worse and my brother didnt throw up because he had not had any of the original flavor. I was so disappointed when this happened because it changed my perspective of snowy rolls.

Flavors are awesome and the service is great.

This is such a cool place to go for ice cream, not only is it delicious, but you get three free toppings (not including sauces or whipped cream, theyre already free!), the staff is incredibly friendly, and its really fun to watch them create your rolls in front of you! Will be going back.

This ice cream is so good! It is expensive, but they give you plenty of toppings and its cool to see them roll the ice cream.

First time visit and it went great. We were helped with understanding the menu and what to do. Given suggestions that led to great ice cream (strawberry with oreo and nutella mixed in, mmm). Overall a fun random trip for my husband and I.
