Ive been going to this location for several years, the employees are always professional, and the service is always pleasant. This however was the first time my significant other was in here because I referred him. And he was overall satisfied as well. He ended up getting a contact and glass exam. And got contacts and glasses. We will continue to come to this welcoming establishment. 🙂 The general manager was very helpful and insightful! Highly recommend!!!

Had a morning appointment. Checked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The eye exam was relaxed. Jessica assisted with the measuring and fitting for the new glasses. I have been back to the Altamonte Springs location over the years, because everyone is kind and helpful and if I need an adjustment or some other issue they handle it very well.

Went to Eyeglass World in Altamonte and had a great experience. Jessica was the professional that greated me right away and we were together for about an hour going over every concern and questions I had. She was very informative and not only got me prices from using the Eyeglass World price but, took the time to check my insurance and got those prices for me to make an informed decision. My husband and I came in at the end of the day yesterday (Saturday). My glasses had broken and I wanted to buy new glasses. Despite the fact that we came in 45 minutes before closing, everyone was as welcoming as if it were first thing in the morning. Jessica brought us a tray and explained that they clean every pair you try. I (fairly) quickly picked two frames and Jessica was right there to help us with the next steps. She explained everything clearly and was patient with my questions. Kim came in at the end and finalized the fitting and sale. I have nothing but praise for these employees! Nobody acted like we were in the way or wasting time. All in all a very good experience!

I visited Eyeglass World just now in Altamonte Springs. I asked for help with a broken nose pad on my glasses. Jessica took my glasses and returned in no time with perfect fix. When I offered to pay. Jessica and an optician working nearby both declined. They are so nice and professional. I also looked around and found the many contemporary glass frames price is half what other stores offer without any discount. This is low price everyday and this store is definitely the one I will go to when I need my new glasses!

I had gone to Eyeglass World in the past, and received good service. Because of a change in insurance, I hadnt gone there for my last pair of glasses, too bad for me! I decided to go back to Eyeglass World, where I had always been satisfied. After my exam, I was directed to Jessica, who helped with my fitting, and pricing. 03/13/2021. I had got in to see the doctor pretty quickly and was able to shop for glasses. I know that Saturdays anywhere are particularly busy and it was just that at Eyeglass world. I had the pleasure though to be helped by Ms.Jessica. She helped me throughs the whole process and even have a good second eye on getting my glasses. 10/5 for Jessica! Keep up the hard work!

Julie and Kimberly were really great! The process of getting glasses were really made easy by these two. I would definitely recommend this location.***Review update*** My husband was told that his glasses would be available March 31st and that we would receive a call. It is now April the 3rd and I had to physically call to find out something was wrong with the frame (which no one knew what the actual issue was) and that they never came in. Not trying to bash anyone because the previous experience was nice. However, a courtesy call to advise us of the situation would have made the customer service experience way better. We already paid our monies in full so I should not have to call to check on something that you all were supposed to handle. I know things happen but I feel as if the ball was dropped here.

Jessica and Kim did a great job helping us pick out frames that would be comfortable and fit our lives while still giving us the style we wanted. They also helped us choose the best lense options. It was on overall great experience.

I visited the Alatamonte, FL locationBest place to go for eyeglasses. The crew there was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I broke my glasses and they helped me not only get a pair that day but the wonderful young lady that helped me also solved an issue I had with every pair of glasses I’ve had in the past. She showed me I was buying glasses that were not the right size. Who knew glasses came in different sizes for different size heads! I thought only the style and size of the lens is what to look for. Now I know the come in different widths. No one ever explained that to me and every pair I’ve ever bought ( not at eyeglass world) one of the bars that rest on the ear would break off.Thank you eyeglass world for a great pair of comfortable glasses!! Had a great experience here. Got to my vision appointment and right after I worked with someone with glasses. I was greeted by an employee that gave me a small glasses box and told me to take a look. I found about 15 pair that I wanted to try. They were very patient with me as I have difficulty find frames that fit (got a big head) so they worked with me and got the perfect frames for both glasses and sunglasses. Just waiting for them to arrive, but the service was excellent!

10/10! Tony is super helpful and made my experience enjoyable and helped me get great benefits for my glasses and contacts. There is a large selection and I found a pair that I am excited to wear. I also was very impressed that my glasses only took a couple of hours to be ready. I would definitely recommend getting your glasses or contacts here.

Very helpful and courteous. We have been getting our glasses here for years and have NEVER had any issues with having to get used to our bifocals/trifocals. We highly recommend them!

I just want to say my experience at eyeglass World in Altamonte Springs was truly a joy. I was greeted by the friendliest staff. The manager I think his name is Tony he went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. You definitely have one outstanding Manager within that young man. I had not such a great experience at your store on colonial Avenue in Orlando Florida. Tony went above and beyond to make my horrible experience at the other location right! I will recommend anyone looking for eyewear to visit the Altamonte Springs location.

Juli was so helpful. She help out with frames and found the best deals with our insurance. I bought 4 pairs of glasses for less than 200.00 and my kids had them in less then 2 hours. July was so personable and listened instead of trying to sell and once she got all the info was able to give options. I admire her listening skills and think she is a priceless asset to eyeglass world. Thank you for everything you did for us.

First step in the door we were treated like we had a virus. My 2yr old didn’t want her temp taken so the lady was rudely like “can u help” A thousand questions on how I would be paying for glasses! ALL I was there for was to look then go from there! Frames may be reasonably priced but where they get you is anti glare and any extra is additional fees! Needless to say I was so not pleased with the intro 3min customer service that we didn’t even look, we left. Never again!

Manager Tony Andres was great. I brought my elderly mom in for an adjustment after her frame was bent when she fell earlier this week. He came to the car and assessed her glasses, took them back in the store, and quickly came back with the frame adjusted. Took less than 5 minutes, and I didnt have to get moms walker out of the car, shuffle her inside, etc. Thanks, Tony!

Today i dropped my glasses at the parking lot at work and a car accidentally ran over my glasses. I immediately freaked out, not only its the weekend but also it was already five oclock. I knew i was in trouble so i drove to eye world arriving at 5:15 and they were open until 6. Let me tell you these Angels went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure i had a replacement just so i didnt go without a pair until monday.I am so forever grateful for this amazing staff. The doctors assistant was awful. lauren told me my insurance copay was $19.99 however i later found out my copay is $0 and she charged me for a photo without consent or knowledge. this place is sketchy and would not recommend you get your eye exam here. they will scam you into paying extra without even explaining it to you. i will never be coming back.

Needed something to get by on why I waited for my upcoming eye exam and insurance covered eye glasses, the pair I got from Eyeglass World are spot on, perfect for what I need, when I needed them, and a good choice of glasses to choose from.
