This was my first visit to Ulta salon and my appointment was with Kelly. She was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I love that she really took her time and I absolutely love the makeover she has done for my hair. She made my gorgeous curls shine through and come to life!

Kelly and Patrick in the salon are amazing. Really wonderful at what they do. I’m never disappointed. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable! Trust them with your hair goals!

Brow bar experience - My first experience of the Benefit Brow Bar services was excellent! I got the Brow wax & tint service and Stacy H. was the teammate that assisted me. I left so pleased with her professionalism and ability to give me exactly what I requested. I wanted a natural but clean look and that is exactly what Stacy gave me. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and was a pleasure to work with.

Walked in and wasnt greeted. When someone finally did check on me, she started to help me and then had to go off and do something and shed be right back and she never came back. I found someone else and asked if they had a specific shade in stock and she checked and said no and I started asking her advice on another brand and she had an eyebrow appointment come in and she just walked away from me without a word.I went to Sephora down the street and spent $200.00 with them instead. They were much nicer and offered to help and even tested the makeup out on me to make sure I was happy with the results when I walked out of the door.

Okay. I dont even know if yall read these but let me change your life. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE LEWK THAT PATRICK GOULD SERVED ME. Like. Picture Dorit Kemsley meets like a Reese Witherspoon moment and it was what my heart wanted and my brand /needed/ haha like can I book him for the rest of my life. Come. Book him. Dont sleep on it. Embrace the magic. Hes pure GoULd

The manager and staff was horrible to my husband who tried to pick up an order I placed online. They did not want to give him my order even though he had everything they needed to confirm it was my order. I tried calling several times the store to clarify the situation and they would not answer the phone. He had to wait over AN HOUR to finally have someone confirm he was the pick up person. Will NEVER return to this location.

This place is usually quite busy, but the staff are quick to help you find anything or give helpful tips on skin types and makeup that would work for your budget and preference. The lady that helped me got me set up with a great moisturizing system and a great foundation and concealer! Definitely reccomend Ulta if you dont know what to get for your makeup or moisturizing needs!!

Nicole and Tina went above and beyond when it came to a product that I was looking for. Online stated the product was in stock, however it wasn’t on any shelf because the truck just arrived to the store. Nicole and Tina went through like 4 boxes of stock to locate it for me. I appreciate them for helping me.

I feel they didnt have employee know the product very wellAnd the few times Ive been there, they didnt have what I needed.

Omg he helped me boost my confidence and my insecurities ...he was a fab person ....he didnt just touch my looks he helped my thoughts !! I want all cx service these days to be this fabulous ...he pointed out some flaws i was doing and corrected me in such a educational working missions!! Had a hair appointment with Patrick today. Not only did he do an absolutely BEAUTIFUL color correction on my stringy, straw-like yellow blonde hair, he was so friendly. I genuinely enjoyed having my hair done by him. He treated my damage so gently and really restored the integrity of my hair 💜. Made a follow up appointment with him; I’ve definitely found my new go-to hair professional.

Went to return my items with my receipt and ended up losing my money and then could not even get the products back instead. the cashier clearly was not listening to me and when i asked the manager for help she said it was too late, that I had to fix their issue. so i basically got scammed by this store by then not taking responsibility for not doing a refund properly. i would rather spend a few extra bucks at sephora who would never scam my money from me. i cannot believe how unprofessional the whole experience was, will not be returning to any ulta after the inability to even take responsibility.

I love Ulta. However, they are a bit pricey compared to like Walmart where you can get just about the same basic brands. Im giving this location is kept pretty clean and I like that they are doing a great job on making sure customers and staff are wearing masks. My only wish is that they had more friendly staff.

Stacey is an eyebrow beast! Ive NEVER had anyone as good as her do my eyebrows before. she is the way to go!!! I 1000% recommend her. Eyebrows are always on point with Stacey!!

Associate knew exactly what I needed

The best experience.I scheduled an appointment with Elisabeth to do my makeup for a banquet. Everyone was talking about how skilled she is and they also told me I was in good hands. When I met her she was so caring and enthusiastic. She is the type of person that you would want to come back to ultra for she had the best customer service. She took her time to make me look and feel beautiful. She has divine hands because she made me look like a new more beautiful version of myself and I felt so confident. Thank you Elizabeth; you are the best!

Brought some items that didnt work out and they let me return them without a problem. Its now my go to beauty store.

Ulta always has what I am searching for. They carry so many of my favorite brands so shopping is typically a breeze here.

Didnt have the maybelline items we were looking for very few items in stock on the floor. The people that worked there were very helpful and friendly.

Clen, organized and great staff help

I was greeted by Lyana as soon as I entered the store and I felt welcome and acknowledged. I was just coming in to find some new products for my hair. The reason why I know Lyana by name is because when I got to the counter to check out it appeared she was helping to train another associate named Krystanne (I probably spelled that wrong). She was kind and patient and made sure that I had all my information for rewards. As they were ringing in my items it was brought to my attention that the products that I was buying were not aligned with my preferences. Lyanna took the time to walk me all the way back to the hair product line and offered me her knowledge and personal experiences with other products. I want to give recognition to her spectacular customer service and patience. Also, with her abilities to multitask between being hospitable while training another associate. This is a prime example of how to extend great service and encouraging others to do so also. I had a great experience!

Terrible customer service lately and I have been going to this store for two years but something has changed they never have simple lipstick in stock or brow makeup. The hair stylist was terrible I gave her a simple color and she totally messed it up. I was sitting there and the lady was standing next to me talking to another lady and when I started picking stuff up she started staring me down and rolling her eyes at me. But I have never had a bad experience when I am checking out always helpful with samples in my bag and getting my coupons into the computer. They do have overpriced item but they always have good deal in store for there costumers but I would recommend them if you knew what you where looking for when you walked in and if you don’t need help because costumer service out by the make and hair stylists has been bad lately I hope something changes by the next time I go there or I will be going to Sephora.

Last month I came here, it was morning, and I wanted to buy something, but before that I had to ask an advice. So, I had to wait very long and tried to find consultant. Finally instead of quick shopping. I spent a lot of time. I didnt like it.

There are so many choices for everything nowadays, so I really appreciated the staffs help in learning about sunscreen and hair products. The store was bright, clean and friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful. Although likely not up to this local store, it wouldve been helpful if the different products (or genres) were more obviously displayed. Otherwise, it was a great and quick trip and the staff was very helpful

This place has all the colors! I was in need of a bright red and true green for my Holiday eye makeup and they had it. Fair price, great selection and a knowledgeable staff!

Goodness oh goodness! It was my very first time visiting the store, and I had a great experience already! I was looking for a cleanser solution, and an employee, shes also an aesthetician, helped me find the right one for my skins type. When I got to the cashier, I was greeted nicely and signed up for the reward program. When the cashier heard that my birthday is coming up next week, she said happy birthday and gave me a birthday gift!! An IT superhero mascara!! Which is my favorite mascara. When I got the receipt, I found out that the cleanser and toner were buy one get one 40% off... Voila!! Ulta, thank you!!! Thank you for having great employees that provide great customer experience! I will be coming back more often.

Ulta has great brands and prices all under one roof. Except many popular colors are out of stock, or opened and tested, and display cases are regularly dirty. While its understood this is because people do this, its still a poor representation of the store

Our son is taking acting/modeling classes and we went in looking for makeup. The salesperson who helped us was amazing!!! She found exactly what we needed on our budget!!! I’ve been to a few different locations but this one was the best!!! If you need any beauty products go see Salem!! She’s awesome!! We will definitely be back!!!

Very clean store and helpful staff. I went there today and they were out of the product I was looking for. The sales associate went to the back and spent a good amount of time checking to see if they had any more in stock. When I asked if I could order it in store and get free shipping, she provided me with 2 coupons so I could get free shipping. I am very pleased with how extremely helpful she was and for offering me a coupon so I can buy the product online and have it ship for free.

So my niece had an appointment with Elizabeth to get her makeup done for Homecoming! Let me just say if you’re a Diva and want to get Glammed up or even if you’re not a diva let me tell you that Elizabeth has AMAZING makeup skills! She made my niece look like a model and fascinated me with her skills. She treats your face like a canvas as she paints to perfection. Great stocking stuffers!

Location is good, right off of SR 436. Though its not a small store and certainly, the number of varieties is not shabby but often, they are out of stock on many items. Do the price research before buying if you know exactly what you want because you may be better off price-wise in other stores.

I went to Ulta Salon for a color change. Though the first time I went, I had an issue with the hair color, they were more than happy to fix it free of charge. I’m very satisfied with the end result and how professionally they acted. Thank you!

A one stop shop for MOST things beauty. The higher end brand, Lancome, is not available at this location but the variety of products is still overwhelming! Stop in and visit the specialists for your personal recommendations. They are all very friendly and willing to lend a hand!

This was my second appointment with Ren, and shes absolutely wonderful! A few months ago, I got a haircut at a different salon and it was a hack job. Ren did a beautiful job of fixing it, and I will definitely continue to see her for all of my future hair appointments.

Went in there was greeted but everyone stayed huddled in a group talking at the register. No one came and asked if I needed help or anything. So i left... love the selection but could tell no one was going to assist me.

Told the lady I have severe oily & sensitive skin not only did she laugh at what I wash my face with but she also was putting foundation on my face which looked really nice then proceeded to wipe it off with oil based makeup remover now my skin is broke out in hives. Thanks👍

Amazing beauty store, but very very expensive. Some items I saw I could of gotten it cheaper many other places. Quite disappointed with the price, but the customer service is amazing and have gone above and beyond for me, one time my 2 year old was acting up in line and lady at the desk gave her a unicorn notebook and pencil to draw on and told me to keep it. So they do have great people working there at least.

This review is for my stylist, Milenka. She has done such a wonderful job on my hair. I get it colored and cut. From the consultation to the end, she is very thorough and professional. She is very honest, as well, and will recommend doing what is best for the integrity of your hair and what compliments you. One of the things I love most is that she likes to converse and is so easy to talk to. She makes the time spent there absolutely enjoyable and my hair always looks phenomenal when I leave. Im always guaranteed compliments after having an appointment with Milenka!

I was looking for a new stylist and decided that Ulta Salon would be a good place to try. Ulta wouldn’t hire bad stylists! So I set up an appointment for a cut to try it out. Mikenka did a great job with my cut and I set up a new appointment for color. She nailed the color too! I’m so happy with her, the closeness to Home and the flexibility to make appointments. Plus, the makeup and skincare selections are amazing and if you join the Ultamate Rewards club, you will receive discounts and freebies.

The nicest/cleanest Ulta I have been in! They have testers for most of the drugstore makeup out and the drugstore makeup section is the cleanest I have ever seen at an Ulta. They even have like everything in stock, which is great. I wish I lived closer to this Ulta, its in waaay better condition than the one by my house!

I had a hair appointment at 5pm, stylist sat me down I showed her my inspiration picture (balayage) So she ended up up doing a full highlight. She said she was going to lighten the tips etc. she took about 4 1/2 doing foils. She would hush about her ex and her new boyfriend. Now that I think about it that’s probably why I she took forever. While my hair was processing she was next to me texting which I thought was very unprofessional among other things.Time flew she toned my hair at around 8:40, she comes in a and tells me that she can’t cut my hair because she left her scissors in her managers drawer and she wasn’t there ( mind you she was the only there). She asked if I could come back tomorrow. I asked her if she was going to lighten my tips and she said no because they were going to look worse if she did. She didn’t tell me that through the process.So I’m processing the toner, it’s maybe around 9:00 at this point maybe a little passed 9:00. I went up to the register and pay, I asked the lady up front if not having your scissors with you is normal and she said “no”. That’s being unprepared. I agree, At this point I was shocked. I go back to the back so she can rinse my hair and I catch her vaping, okkk. Anyways, She tells my that she wasn’t going to blow dry my hair because she was going to finish the next day. Everything felt so rushed I just wanted to get out of there and never come back. So I left the salon looking like a wet dog. I got home almost at 10:00pm my head was itching it felt like if the girl didn’t rinse me out completely, I had toner stains on my face. I left feeling so disappointed in ulta because for starters their pricing are ridiculous high for the salon. I expected better service. Hair cuttery does better job then ulta.I called the next day and spoke to the store manager the next day, very nice lady. And she convinced me to come back Saturday with the salon manger so she can fix my color, and cut my hair, blow dry, and finish my hair all for free. I went in I met the salon manger super nice lady very attentive. She toned my hair because the highlights were too yellow/ gold. So brought it down a bit. She deep conditioned it, she cut it. The cut was beautiful, and then she curled it. She made me feel my self again.At the end of the day I didn’t get the balayage I wanted but this is a lesson learned. I want to thank the salon manger for taking her time to fixing me.But I’m never going back there.

I was looking for a powder matching my skin tone and I’m sure that those working near the makeup are supposed to assist in finding the correct color, but no one was there to help. The employee who was near all the powders was just standing there and didn’t even try to help. I asked another girl and she did not help either, only stating how i should use liquid foundation, which did not help me in any way at all. She left me while i was sitting in the chairs of the makeup section and didn’t say another word. All the girls were just talking to each other and not really doing anything. Horrible experience and costumer service. Do the job right.

Ulta is okay. They always had what Im looking for and I bought this charcoal mask there on sale that was pretty cool. They usually have what Im looking for and there was an employee that helped me find this great bronzer highlighter palette that worked so good with my skin. The employees arent always nice though, sometimes I feel like they dont want me to ask them questions?

I thought that as they are a chain they should have set standards on the hairstylist they hire so I gave them a shot at a simple hair cut. I showed the girl a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair cut and she butchered my hair. It was soo short and looked NOTHING like the picture. If they cant even handle a simple hair cut, I defiantly will not let them try color on my head. Will not come back here unless I need to buy hair products, not getting my hair done,

About a 2 weeks ago I went to this location looking for a beauty blender. I wasnt aware that they did facials. I need to get better with my skin I went ahead a requested appointments for the same day. My friend and I were taken care by Elizabeth. Wow!!!!! All I can say! Shes so AMAZING!!!!!!!!. I went again today for my 2nd one and I am in love.! Elizabeths knowledge is incredible and you can hear her passion as she descrives the wonders these products do. Thanks Elizabeth for going above and beyond for my skin YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I go to the Altamonte location, they greet me and help with what I need. The store is gorgeous and have a nice diversity of associates. Wished they carried Fenty, I would go to them exclusively.

I love Ulta! I usually shop online, however the cashier Sarah at the Altamonte Springs location was less than unpleasant. I asked nicely if Ulta was ever going to get Fenty Beauty and was met with a eye roll and in a demeaning manner told me it’s exclusive to Sephora. I also had a $5.00 coupon and before she scanned it she said I couldn’t use it there. Pulled out another coupon for $3.00 and was met with another gross gesture. When I stop in to the stores, which I rarely do, I ask if there’s any Complimentary Trials during my check out. I asked Sarah, after overseeing another cashier handing a customer some complimentary trial products earlier in my visit. Sarah did not even check and said they had none. Also, she didn’t ask if there was something I needed help with or couldn’t find, thankfully Kaitlyn was kind enough to ask during my visit. I will not visit this store again as her attitude disgusted me. I will buy online before I ever consider coming to this location again or maybe even go to Sephora, where I’m met with enthusiastic cashiers.

I came in on suuuper short notice desperately needing to get my platinum streaks back to my natural dark brown and let me tell you it was NOT an easy feat! She was so patient with me and got my hair looking beautiful for my job interview the next day. I got so many compliments and I even got the job! Thank you soooo much. If I could give this 5 stars ten more times I would. From the time I walked in to the time I left everybody was fantastic.

The staff are always very helpful, professional, and pleasant but they’re not make up artists so when you ask them questions sometimes they don’t know.

I want to thank the manager at this location. My husband made a purchase to surprise me, but didnt keep the receipt. The foundation was way too yellow, so I went to exchange it. A very rude associate kept telling me Theres nothing we can do. I politely asked to speak to a manager, and she gracefully accepted the return. The first associate had extreme attitude and kept shooting me dirty looks. The manager, shorter girl with glasses and brown hair, was a true professional. I extremely appreciate her help. My family has now been instructed to buy me giftcards!
