This is a clean, relaxing, and friendly Christian book store with a great variety of Bibles, gifts, books, children section, Spanish section and a vegetarian food section. I Love this place and have been a customer for decades. We are lucky to have Norma’s Deli, a fabulous Vegan place with the sweetest owners there are, in our midst. I most certainly will recommend this store to anyone!!

Very clean and well organized store, you can find all kind of christians books, cds, movies. Beside that there is a little market where you can find vegetarian products. And also there is a small deli with a varied menu, the presentation of the plate was very attractive but the flavor needs seasoning.

Love this place. Shopping for books and a healthy place to eat. And every bobs mill brand. Alot ive never seen before

The deli inside ABC store is a true gem for vegans! Great food at great prices. The cute couple that runs the deli are super friendly. I gobbled the delicious quesadilla I ordered b4 taking pic, so will have to go back another time to try all the other menu items. Oh, the actual store itself is clean & peaceful. You can get 7th Day Adventist books & also stock up on vegan/vegetarian food in the food store in the back as well.

Let’s be real.First let me say that I do not live in Orlando but this is the closest ABC bookstore to me.I’d love to support this store as it is a faith based organization. I’ll likely keep doing this but it’s time they consider The experience from someone who does online ordering. I’ve waited to posted this review hoping that one bad experience was just that .... a one time thing but this is sadly every time x 4 now.Looking on google there are Otherwise good reviews as I imagine in-store shopping experience might be wonderful but consistently (and I mean this is not the first time, consistently) to call in and do online shopping is beyond frustrating. I am only left to think that they are doing so well that they could care less about one customer’s experience or they’re doing poorly and then I would say that I can see why. I have some suggestions as follows:1. If this is a strictly local business and ordering online or calling in for shipping to places outside of Orlando is a struggle then just don’t offer it and make that explicit. Put this on the website so people understand.2. . The person who answers the phone is the person who I’ve spoken to in the past and it really takes too long for simple transactions. Is there a reason for this? If there is more than one person in the office then perhaps someone else can be the one who handles these orders that ship outside of Orlando area and if it’s only one person due to Covid issues then perhaps just suspend this type of service for now.3. Update the phone voicemail message that picks up when someone calls in to the number listed from Google which is 407-644–4255. Let’s say only one person is there (which is what I see) if the store is actually open then either answers the phone and if you can’t answer the phone then at least have a voice mail message that alerts the caller that the store personnel is helping other clients right now and that you will call back if message and a phone number is left. Or you can ask the person phoning in to call back at a later time of you don’t feel like monotony a voice mail.I sincerely hope the management or the conference addresses this. Perfection not possible but growth and improvement is possible. Thanks

I have always had great service when I was shopping in the store or making orders by phone until today. I live 2 hours away and wanted to order a book as well as ask questions however the recording does not give the option to speak with someone or to leave a voice message. It only tells the hours the store is open. I was greatly disappointed in the lack of customer service. I hope this is an oversight in the recording and trust it can be corrected soon. Thank you.

Loved their books and food at their café

Lots and lots of books! And theyre all positive! Theres also a great selection of vegan and vegetarian food, and other natural products. Theres even a plant based deli. The place is clean, and well lit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to come just to relax for a while. There are even some reading nooks scattered about if you just want to chill with a good book for a while. Highly recommend!

First time eating vegan food and I cannot say enough about how delicious the food was at this establishment. Although the deli section is small, the food packs of big bunch Not to mention people were fantastic. The cook actually came up to my sons and I and had a very pleasant conversation. Not only is the food good, but discuss the more service was phenomenal. We will definitely Make this place part of our going out to dinner routine. 😊

This was my first time at Normas and it was delicious. There were healthy, vegetarian, vegan and even gluten free options available! I tried a little bit of everything and it was amazing. The pizza was the winner. It was definitely the best pizza I ever had. Normas needs to be checked out!

Been going here since they built this location many years agoOnly place to buy big franks linkettes frichik and all your other SDA favorites that you grew up eatingThey also sell textured vegetable protein for all of your beans and soups as well as the hard to find TUNOTen out of ten it’s expensive but worth it

Good Seventh Day Adventist store and cafe...The food was delicious $6 soup $6 arepas.Nice selection of books, cards, and small selection of gifts.Food store in the back...acceptable selection but prices were quite a bit higher on the food than local competitors.

Really enjoy shopping here for the best of health books and videos, spiritually fulfilling reading material and digital media.They also have an awesome plant-based, meatless/Vegetarian Deli with delicious whole grain, vegan and gluten free food meal options.The Christian staff are friendly and helpful. Ive enjoyed eating and shopping there nearly every day for the past two weeks since I discovered it.

This is one of the best Adventist book centers that Ive ever been. Has a lot of selections books and other types of media. They also have a vegetarian Deli and many many offerings for shopping and getting the foods you need to stay healthy.

Tasty vegetarian fast food which I closed the impossible burger. Any vegan options or substitutes are also available. Excellent fruit smoothies too -try the mango lime!

Wonderful vegan food. Amazing service! Great place to have lunch. I highly recommend them.Btw, the hotdog is usually served heaped with toppings. My son prefers it plain. Thats why the bun looks too big.I had the faux chicken salad sandwich & it was fantastic!

I have gotten their Mexican salad vegan version several times. It is sooo delicious!!! She makes one sauce herself that goes on it. It is amazing!!! The salad is a complete meal.

5 starts to books and staff..1 start to the restaurant they have in it is quite expensive ..unbelievable not even healthy - yes the restaurant is independent and the food is plant based which I promote, BUT IS SUPER EXPENSIVE,,, we went and spend 60 dollars and when we need it salsa, norma says its not free, and was also run out,,, library is the best,,,, restaurant no good, we went and bought expensive food, NO ERA RICA y VERY EXPENSIVE, DONT GO, WE SPENT US 60 DOLLARS AND WANTED A LITTLE DRESSING AND THE LADY DUENA FROM THAT CHUZO BARGAINED US AND SAID THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT,, WHAT A SHAME,,,, HEY THEY ARE NOT IN VENEZUELA, this is USA, be more generous than when one gives double it comes !!!!

Chef Normas food is super spectacular. The burger is very tasty. The place is a bit hidden but it is a culinary treasure.
