I love that the store was still open. I went to get liquid collagen I wanted to buy it someplace reputable. Perfectly clean and neat store. They had some clearance items which was nice. I found what I needed at a decent price, not cheap but not too bad.

This one did not have what I was looking for. What they did have that was remotely close was too expensive.

The Dudes who work here are smokin hot and friendly enough. Theyre very professional and informative. The product line is as inclusive as Amazon and, as I did prove to myself yesterday, the prices are lower than Amazon. See, storefronts work. I cant check out the detail on the product labels online. I cant ask questions of product experts. I love the confidence the men have with what they see working for folks and what comes back lacking. The same employees have been here for two years, which I NEVER find at GNC! I love the place and I feel comfortable at The Vitamin Shoppe.

The guys here go out of their way to help. Top of the top these gentlemen. Just not when they borrow Eric. Hes no good.

Went in tonight for the first time with my family and the guy who was working was so great and helpful. Best customer service and very understanding of our kids.

Theyll say hey hows it going need help finding anything. Thats when you say no just browsing. Theyll leave you alone after that.

Good location and lots of stock

I went there for two items, and they were out of both. Other than that, it was fine.

The service is usually pretty attentive but now pushy. The store is well stocked with a great selection but some times items can be hard to locate with out assistance. I love having a vitamin shoppe close by to get things when I need then at a good price

The people in this store are always very nice I like the variety of different things they have supplements and vitamins but they have almost 0 inventory you go in they are to buy something you up fortunate if they even have won several times you go in to buy a vitamin and theres not even one bottle of that vitamin.That is totally unacceptable and I dont blame the people in the store they are not being sent the inventory but it makes it a waste of time for me to go all the way to the store for no reason.

Love, love, love the Vitamin Shoppe! I am a new customer for life. I normally go to health food stores or order online for my vitamins, but after the amazing experience I had in this store I will go nowhere else. They had all the supplements I couldnt find elsewhere and were very helpful to all questions that I had.

This visit was good. Newer associates in this location. Somewhat knowledgeablebut not outstanding. I found what I was looking for. Much better assortment thanother privately owned vitamin shops in the immediate area.

I wish this shops were located in more accessible spots. I dont like to go to that mall as it gets very busy. Other than that the store is well outfitted.

Fairly good selection, great prices. I mainly come here for the convenience (located right next to gym) and prices. Not too sure on how knowledgeable the staff is and if Id trust their recommendations. But if you know what you want, definitely shop here.

Far better than GNC in every way. I prefer to shop for vitamins and supplements online. If Im in a hurry though, they have a pretty good selection of products, as well as decent prices. GNC sells a bunch of snake oil, Vitamin Shoppe doesnt.

Prices better than Whole Foods

I recently bought a preworkout drink from the store in Altamonte Springs and when I realized it had creatine I tried to take it back. I realized that I had opened the container which I wasnt sure if I would be able to get a refund which I was right but the review is for how the staff unprofessionally handled the situation. When I asked the employee Jonathan (who recommended the powder) if I could get a store credit or do an exchange he said without hesitation Absolutely not, you opened it and we dont do refunds just because you dont like something. I knew going in I may not get anything but the way oit was handled was unacceptable customer service. Nice work team, you just lost a long time customer and I will always be a anti Vitamin Shoppe.

For a chain this is on par with other muscle and vitamin shops. You might do better on prices if you order online though, one of the reasons brick and morter shops are closing everywhere!
