Was very pleased with my experience. Aisha was so great! She walked me through and explained everything and made me feel very comfortable with my rental. She was very efficient and informative with all the questions I had for her and was very friendly. It was nice to have this process be so simple in the midst of chaos of moving and packing. Would recommend to anybody!

Was very easy to reserve a unit online. Once we arrived, we were greeted with the happy voice of Aisha. She answered all of my questions, took us on a tour, and answered more questions. Is very clean, and well maintained. Got back to the office, and was informed about everything, and we got a unit that works for us. Cheaper than many other places too!! I would recommend!

Aisha, the store manager from the store in Altamonte Springs and Frank Santos, store manager in Winter Springs were very polite, helpful and provided lots of information I needed to seriously consider doing business with Cubesmart. Extraordinary customer service!!!

The on-site manager Aisha was so helpful and showing me around the property. Anytime I had a question there were around to help whether by phone or in person. I love how the grounds are kept.

First- free but you still had to pay $57 after that I had to pay 168 for 5 x 5 Im only going to be there putting my and Im moving out all I have to say about that other way that nice

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had when renting a storage unit. I have rented multiple units over time for various work reasons and the Manager here -Aiesha- was wonderful! She explained things well and got me through quickly and professionally. And as a bonus the outdoor units had insulation. I cant say enough good things about this place. I will definitely recommend this place to my fellow professionals.

Aisha the General Manager was very professional and friendly. Property is well maintained and very clean. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for storage space. We looked at public storage down the road and whoever worked there was very unprofessional and rude. We are paying more here but it’s well worth it due to Aisha’s customer service.

Price is too high, unit are newly but doesn’t mean you have to pay almost double of the price comparing to other places which still nice.On top of that they make you pay insurance no matter what you have in storage, in another word they are in their own world!!

Id give less but this is my option. We rented for years with this company. We always paid in full for the year. After five months of this year we purchased our own storage and called to tell them we would be vacating. They were fine with that. We left the units clean and vacated before the end of the month. We received receipts showing the amounts due back to us for the time we would not be using. It is now December 12 and still no refund. this is after calling every month for updates. Each month its another excuse. Id completely avoid this place.

All the amounts she quoted me during the reservation and walk thru process were the same when I signed. I truly appreciate the transparency.
