What a fantastic experience I had here today. Gilbert assisted with my check in and he was so helpful. I made my reservations online. The website showed a promotion of first month free. When I went to check in Gilbert said that there were no promotions. I pulled up the website which clearly showed the offer. Gilbert called corporate and made sure that I received what was promised online. He went above and beyond. He personally made sure that my storage unit and the space for my boat was what I needed and what would make me happy. Thank you Gilbert and thank you simply storage.

Gilbert was so great! Showed us the storage unit and how to lock and unlock it, how to open the gate, how payments work and explained everything easily. Thankful to have a storage place that we trust with our belongings!

I dont enjoy leaving bad reviews but this unfortunately is one.My parking space to store my car was half covered in leaves. Not a huge deal. The people at the counters were very nice. The general area and surroundings seem nice.I was told in person, that my account was closed and I had nothing to worry about. We even called and double checked. I felt confident.Acouple weeks go by, we get charged. I go online to my account, file a request to vacate. Okay, I wasnt aware of this. Thought my account was closed. No email confirmation. File the request again, says Ive already done it. End up calling again, said he would talk to corporate, its been well over a week. I have no idea if my account is closed and now it has become one of those priorities that shouldnt have existed. This process has been convoluted and confusing.

Ive been renting a 10 x10 unit at the Altamonte Spring FL Simply Self-storage for about 18 months. Gilberto and the staff are friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile (under their covid masks). Once I asked Gilberto to cut of a Brinks lock that a key was stuck in. Instead he fixed it, like new! Great service! I feel safe and secure while on the property. It is always clean and without critters. Not even any droppings. I am on the ground floor of a climate controlled unit. The buildings are clean, dry and comfortable inside. It would be nice if there were motion-activated lighting within each unit, but I understand why they do not. The light in the hallway is sufficient and I bring a lantern into my unit, if I need to snoop around inside my boxes. I can generally find a sturdy flatbed cart nearby, even when it is not put back in its place. Very convenient for that large carload. I recommend Altamonte Simply Storage for your storage needs. Came in not really knowing what I needed! Burgundy & Kevin were attentive & helpful. I was unsure about renting out the unit right away just because I didn’t need it for another 3 weeks, but they were able to work with me & give me a prorated amount for the month! Burgundy even walked the boxes I had purchased all the way to my car! (it seemed as though I parked in neverland).

Id highly recommend simply safe storage. A+ service, and very clean. The staff was very helpful, especially Gilbert. Who went out of his way to help me and my family get the correct storage unit, as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Facility is much more up kept then the facility on Narcoossee. Burgundi was transferred here from Narcoossee for ongoing issues and is there most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. Although I don’t have much to say about the facility itself. If you rent here your going to have issues and get harassed by Burgundi. She makes renting completely unbearable and has no people skills whatsoever. For her alone I would steer clear of this facility. She is a horrible representation of Orlando and what you strive not to be in a person.

I have had a unit at this location for a few months and visit regularly to get things out of my unit. Between the last two visits, I noticed that there seemed to be a water leak. Boxes were swollen where water had been, and furniture was also damaged. I called the office to find Gilbert and Elizabeth who were first concerned then very accommodating to fix the situation. They immediately came to my unit to check out the situation and agreed that it was water damage. Elizabeth and Gilbert checked my account to make sure I had insurance and gave me the info I needed to make a claim, they found a new and better unit and gave me a little extra time to get everything moved over. Elizabeth and Gilbert were quick, professional, friendly, showed concern and did everything in their power to fix the situation. These two are exceptional!

Rented a unit a few months ago when I arrived in the area. You know how fun it is to move and you make all these plans to sort through everything and down size. Well, the move did not go well, so just got all the boxes and stuff into the unit. The staff was very helpful Nd friendly. So things have settled and its time to sort. But the unit is jam packed with stuff. So last week I stopped in the office and Yesenia went above and beyond. She located an available unit in the same building on the same floor and hallway. She set it up so I could move, sort, condense and organize everything with minimal investment. It has made it so much more convenient. The facility is clean, secure and access hours are 7 days a week.

Honestly, David Mercado and Kay are the two best people I have ever dealt with at a storage facility. David is so funny and approachable, he made the whole process seem like a field trip. I was very impressed with the customer service at this place. The manager on duty (David) was super awesome, showed my the storage I asked to see and finished all the paper work in such a short time. The facility is clean and secure and the hours were perfect. I was a little skeptical about the price being lower than the surrounding storage places but turns out the low price is legit. If anyone is needing a unit i highly recommend this place!

The customer service I received was very friendly. I was helped by Jessenia, she was very informative and honest, that is appreciated.The property is a little more run down than other properties Ive used in the past, and I dont feel a difference in the climate controlled area.It was an overall pleasant experience, and if youre not picky about where to store your things, than this is the right place.

Manager David was awesome!!! Great attitude and so considerate of my time and the movers I hired. He showed me to my unit and let my movers begin while he did all the paperwork with me! Unit was very nice and had a dolly that we could use to unpack also. Happy I picked this facility!

You can find storage units all over Orlando. What you can’t find is great customer service everywhere you go. This is why I am writing this review.On the first day, I was helped by David who provided excellent service and assistance with the process. I had to get a second unit and I was assisted by Kay who was also very pleasant and helpful; I have no complaints.

Great customer service i.e. David is awesome. Great price for a temperature controlled unit. Elevators to help move items to the second floor. The move out process was a breeze. I cannot recommend this place enough!

RATS!! Rats took over all my household furnishings and they were Rude ! Showed no compassion.This has definitely been the worse experience I’ve had with service! I rented from Simply self storage and Public storage simultaneously. My experience with Public storage was great but I regretted every moment of Simply self storage. I rented for over a year and they raised my storage price, I had purchased the insurance and after they told me to file a claim, gave me a claim number etc emailed the documents they said don’t even proceed we will not cover your damages- without even looking at my claimPlease Do NOT rent from them

Convenient location and nice staff (Kay was great) but sadly, not a well kept storage facility. I have seen mice running around the so-called indoor storage units. Not clean, dated, and most frustratingly there are rarely ANY carts/platform trucks, and if you are lucky to find one it will most likely be missing a wheel. Not recommended.
