Will not recommend this storge my mom passed away and we had to get a storge for 4months we decided that we didnt need it any more and when I ask on August 5 that if I was able to pick up the rest on August 7 they said yes when I went to pick up the 3 boxs they claim that I need to pay money because the storge was late I said that it would take 2 minutes to get the 3 boxs they said that I had to pay 120 to get the 3 boxs I told her that we informed them that we were only going to have the storge till the last day August 7 no consideration they never told me I had to pay anything aftuntil August 7 even telling them I have lost 4 love ones do to covid I started to cry why are there people so Mean in this world please dont us this facility I live in this town and will pass the word not to use this storge I know they dont care because people come and go in a storge unit to me customer service is so important I work hard for my money even if they would of said pay me a day just so I could get my moms things

Will try to keep this short, but as we have had a couple of bad experiences with storage facilities in the past (dirty,leaks and damages etc)we were pretty leery. Due to necessity as we are soon transitioning to another house under construction, we had to utilize storage facilities again. Thankfully this go round was a completely different experience! The unit was immaculate and the young lady in the office,Yasminne, was so accommodating and helpful, really put our minds at ease when we told her about our past storage experiences.She assured us of her attention and if there were any concerns to reach out. We appreciate the attention to detail and finally a positive customer service experience!

I visited this public storage today while shopping around for prices and Brianna showed me around and explained some options I have. Im not set on anything yet as I have to go over everything with my wife, but I would definitely recommend her customer service. Girl that helped me was very knowledgeable, quick and had a good attitude. Too bad the inside storage units walls dont touch the ceiling. Makes it less safe.

Staff is friendly, but I left after 6 months because the price was being raised for December. Also when I left, I noticed my unit had a roach.

Came to the property and met with Yasmin and Kay Kay who were able to point me in the right direction about getting a storage. They were real friendly and answered every question for me. I wont be moving until late August but they helped to understand about the reservation and the whole rental process. They will be getting my business when its time to move. And they told me about the boxes and other products to help make my move easy!!

Apollonia was extremely helpful. Got me the best deal for what I needed. Soon after I had a problem getting in and she quickly assisted with my access issue. Very sweet and professional staff. I have been a customer with your establishment for over 3 yrs. Yesterday on May 31, 2016 for the first time I encountered the best customer service. The manager Catherine was extremely professional, helpful and kind. She went way and beyond for me. I was having a personal issue and she helped me. Gave me hope, helped me rectify my situation. I am disabled and have a broken leg. She made sure I was comfortable in all aspects. God bless her! I transferred my unit and she made it so simple. I am grateful to have dealt with such a wonderful person with excellent customer service skills.

Property Manager, Apollonia, has always provided great customer service and assistance. Throughout my experience as a tenant, she has always been available and easy to communicate with. You will not be disappointed with the services provided at this location. I was in need of a place to go when an emergency move came about, difficult times of course. I found the comfort I needed here.

Was helping a friend move and Susan was so nice and helpful. The property is very clean and I could see why, everytime we seen her outside she was picking things up on her way to her destinations. She always said hi as she walked past or close. She even kept reminding us if we needed anything, just ask. Wish they had water but I would most definitely store here just because of the staff and cleanliness!

Had storage units at this property for 2+ years. At first, in 2014, it was pretty nasty, dirty, not kept up. Since Cathryn has taken over as manage, the place is cleaner, and much better run. I feel so much better driving into the property now. She is always working, cleaning and helping. Before, I would NOT recommend this property and was actually thinking about moving my stuff. With her as manager, we will definitely stay and WOULD recommend the property. Im older, so I believe in good work ethics. The younger that ran the place before didnt have a clue. Cathryn knows what good work ethics are. KUDOS to Cathryn!

I only had my storage space for a short period of time, but from the first day to the last, Cathryn was very helpful. She showed me all the products available to keep my items secure and protected. Her customer service was second to none, and her knowledge of the the stores policies and procedures made me feel very comfortable with my decision to choose Public Storage. She even worked with me to ensure my need to depart quickly was met with a refund of costs not incurred. I would use PS again.

I currently have two units at the Public Storage location at 1080 E. Altamonte Dr. The place is very clean and safe. Kyle checked me in and did all the paperwork with me very efficiently. Shauna was also very helpful to me. I spoke with her several times in advance of my reservation and she helped me choose the units. She also followed up after my move-in to be sure everything was satisfactory. Great customer service ! Thank you.

Rented a unit with manager kyle, rented before at another location but my experience wasnt so great there. Came to this location and kyle restored my faith in customer service. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up to him. Im recommending this location to everyone I know that needs a storage unit. Also the unit had the $1 promotion, came back to the office and he pulled out all the stops! He set me up with all the merchandise I needed to store my belongings correctly. I passed by to get some information and the staff was the kindest and most knowledgeable, they walked me through all my options and pricing (which is very affordable fyi) always a good day when the customer service rocks at an errand you HAD to run.

In visiting storage locations in an effort to find a good price, convenient location, and someone to help with my storage dilemma; I was so pleased to have made the decision to stop at this location. Kyle the manager of this location greeted me at the door -- something I had never experienced in pricing something as such a storage unit. Kyle was very informative and answered all of my questions. I ended up making other arrangements to save my out of pocket. However, if Im ever in need of a storage unit -- this location will definitely be the place. I hope everyone at this location is just as gifted in customer service as Kyle/ This has branded such a remarkable impression and experience for me.

This location is great. I have another Public Storage location that is a little closer to my home, however I decided to go with this location due to the professionalism and friendliness I was given at my recent visit. Selma was great answering all of my questions and even suggesting things I had not thought of. I am really happy that Public Storage employs people who are genuinely concerned about you and the well being of your belongings. This was a very nerve racking experience since it was our first time ever inquiring about renting a storage unit. She made sure she was there every step of the way. Selma put our experience over the top. We will be asking for her anytime we have any questions or concerns. I will be recommending this location to all of my friends.

Be aware these units are very old. Owner hasnt upgraded since I first looked at renting 12 years ago. The interior walls are very easy for your neighbors to access and if you dont like the florida critters running around I would not recommend this to you.

Rented with manager kyle, the service was very good. Better then the other 2 stores we went to. I rate his service 100 percent great service
