5+ STARS - this FedEx Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week !!!!I was able to ship my FedEx package on a Sunday afternoon!The young lady who answered my call prior to my arrival at the store, was the same person that helped me ship my package. She is intelligent, friendly, efficient and professional. She made it incredibly easy to ship my package. I enjoyed our conversation. She is a pro and an excellent FedEx representative.This is a large store with all the equipment and machines you need to get the job done. This store is clean, organized and well stocked. It is in a great location. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store. This store has hand carts that customers can use to bring their packages into the store.Need I say more????This is my favorite FedEx store.
Have visited multiple times over the summer as my elderly mom does not have internet service anymore. Extremely helpful personnel with any issue….from downloading and converting documents to PDF, minimizing printing costs, shipping and making suggestions about cost saving options. Best Kinko’s/Fed Ex I’ve ever visited and I travel all over for business!

Terrible customer service by some young man who assisted me with copying a certificate for my father from Biden. He made the copies, but the machine was dirty. Asked him to recopy at my expense. Wiped the screen off with his sleeve. Then copied again but spots still on certificate just a little lighter. Takes me to the counter to pay for the paper. I walk out and then realize I don’t have my original. When I went back and told him I didn’t have my original he said well did you check the machine. I told him he’s the one that did the copying and that I tried to open the cover. As I walked away I told him he was very unhelpful and he started to laugh
Be prepared to wait 20 minutes to simply drop off one Fed Ex package ready for shipping while Larry Moe and Curly chat on the phone, Bs with customers and fumble about.
Tabitha at this location literally just SAVED my daughters 18th birthday cake!! At 15 minutes until close I came in needing to do a special print on special paper to replace the figurines that we ordered for her cake that didnt show up!! This was something that normally should have been pre-ordered but she took mercy on a desperate mom and did a beautiful job for me! I cant thank her enough! She is a great example of how to provide excellent customer service. She is a asset to this location! THANK YOU!!!

I was at this store on Sunday March 29th, I pay for a shipment and when I review my Credit Card I was charge more than what the receipt say, I have call many phones numbers and they say I have to wait until next Monday. It is really disappointed.
Went to this location for Fedex to pack and ship my big CPU back to my main office. I was very pleased with the service and attention from the staff here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great experience!

The store manager Jessica is rude and gets off on her small amount of power. She will reject your package for a bs reason even when you point out fedexs own requirements for shipping. She even tried to open our package, saying it might be a scam?! We were just trying to send a package. She wanted our id, business card, and phone number. She was saying that a business card if an official id lol what? She made our experience in the store horrible. Stay away from this location.
J. Katt Jewels .. this person sounds like one of those over privileged individuals that expect everything to be done at the snap of her fingers. Ive been to this store many times I am also from the area It can get pretty busy in general. Obviously the only reason one would come for a service to be done is if one couldnt do it herself / himself, Therefore if you cant do it yourself you should be patient with those doing something for you. In my opinion Elizabeth is one of the sweetest people Ive encountered and very knowledgeable. I will continue to go to this store for my printing and Shipping needs.
Awful.......Ive been here for hours. Got overcharged to the prepaid card and now the manager is telling me she cant refund my prepaid staples. I have to spend it here. Theyre not keeping my money. Am I still on earth? Because things are about to get real serious if I dont receive my refund. I told her Im writing a review as we speak and now I got my refund. This place is a joke. The people working her are early whos at most. No wonder.
Ive been going to this location almost every day for the last couple of years. I do a lot of shipping through my company, and I appreciate that this location is 24/7. I can honestly say this is one of the better Fed Ex locations in the Orlando area. The bad reviews here are wrong, and misleading. The employees here are very nice people and work hard. This location gets busy, but they always do their best to assist their customers.
Walked into FedEx Office and arrived at the front shipping counter and stood there for 4-5 minutes without any acknowledgement. When the worker came to the desk I advised how annoyed I was to not be acknowledged or advised to be patient while helping another customer. This is a courtesy to be more aware of your customers.
Service was great. They were friendly, knew what tools to use, offered a proof and also told me about their water resistant paper which was exactly what I needed for my project

Visited twice today for a small number of color copies. The price was a little more than I was hoping for but that probably says more about my expectations than their pricing. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the copy quality was superb! I’ll be back.
I was in your store on 12/29/17, the fax machine where not working correctly. I went over and I talk to nice young lady Emily. She a apologized and the credit card machince will not charge your credit card. Yes it did charge the credit for 162.35 worth of faxes that did not happen or go through. Please refund the money quickly as possible
I had no problems. I was able to pick up a package and they nicely put it on a cart to help me out to the vehicle with it. how it is also good to know that they are open 24 hours per day.
Seriously one of the worst customer experiences ever! They help with nothing! Even if you ask a logical question on how to use something, a attitude is what will be given. FedEx I highly suggest a fire and rehire new people type of thing...so in the mean time I definitely suggest going to ups where the people actually care and have the things you need.
I was going to get some printouts and thought it would take a few minutes but when I got there OneDrive wasn’t working and causing me to pay an extra ten dollars for using the computer and taking up a lot of money which I thought would be a few dollars. Overall the customer service was bad and their “high tech machines” need a replacement. I would not recommend going unless you have a flash drive and need emergency copies.
Terrible customer service. I was told they no longer make print off copies sent to their email for customers as well as they no longer make copies for customers, everything is self service. What’s the point of coming for those who are not tech savvy. Won’t be back.
Just left the store and can’t say enough positive things about Alisha and the staff there! Alisha specifically helped me with a rather tedious order but remained very professional and super friendly. She answered some printing questions I had with a smile on her face. Overall great experience!
I’m a teacher so when I need copies fast, I go here before work. It’s quiet, staff is friendly, and I’m in and out in about ten minutes.
This location is fine, however the assistant manager Joe is the problem. I have never had a successful interaction or transaction with him. Now when I enter the location and I see him working, I just turn around and leave. Better to do that then have any more issues. He is dry with no personality, he shows no empathy and can never seem to do anything you are in there to do... I feel like he does not want to help an. Everyone else is fine, he is like a piece of gum on a new pair of shoes =(

They took like 15 minutes just to print 7 pages and whilst doing so they never stopped arguing.
I asked to put a note on my package and the representative handed me a piece of paper and pen and said figure it out. Then I wanted to ship a battery and they said we dont do that. Clearly a small battery can be sent via FedEx ground. I know the regulations. Great location but inconsistent customer experience
On the overnight shift of February 23rd into February 24th a RACIST, RUDE AND COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEE NAMED RYAN scolded in front of me a customer who did not understand English. I was standing in the store when the customer called in & Ryan actually said to this customer ‘learn English if you want my help lady!’ At which point he hung up and said ‘typical SPICKS’. That is absolutely DISGUSTING!

I go there ounce in a while to print documents for work and usually see the same faces working there. The customer service is terrible. They have a attitude as if you are there on their time and not the other way around. Also very unhelpful. Ask them to assist you with sonething they have a attitude. I ONLY GO THEREwhen i need something bad enough that cant wait because i could care less about a employees attitude that will stop me but from a business perspective they all need a major reality check and attitude adjustment....Other than that its a great business and office environment for the public to access and get things done its just hard to find grateful people these days.

I had requested an estimate to ship a package so I could request a payment via Paypal for a buyer. Once payment was received, I went in to have package packed and delivered as estimated( JUST A FEW HOURS LATER WITH THE SAME WORKERS), and the representative told me that it was going to be DOUBLE the amount, that was estimated. They unpackaged everything and the amount still came $20 above previous estimate. She continued to make it seem like she was doing me a favor!Not only were they deceptive in quoting me a price to gain my business, but she ended up costing me money. I had made them aware, it was important to originally give me an accurate estimateor over-estimate, because I was quoting a buyer a price....THE MANAGER SAID THAT THE STORE WAS EATING THE COST, WHEN IN FACT I WAS, WITH A COMPLETE INACCURATE UNDER -ESTIMATE. This store has poor customer service and deceptive practices. Manager definitely should have honored the estimate originally given and that we had agreed upon. Go to a different store when shipping or use UPS!

An employee named Ryan called the cops on my friend. She was using a computer (editing a document to print using their services) while black. Thank God, she is safe, but this racist behavior from employees should not be tolerated.

I recently had a document faxed to this fedex office and went to pick it up. When i got there I was greeted by a slender bald black man in his late 30s. I told him the name of the sender and receiver of the fax. He spent a few moments looking and then informed me that the fax was not here. I tried to make sure he used the correct names. He simply responded it isnt here. I tried to explain to him what the fax would look like. He refused to look again and responded once again that it was not here. After an hour or so of verifying that the fax was sent properly and to the correct fax I was met with the same response. Eventually a new employee entered the store to start his shift and found my document instantly. When I tried to describe how incredibly unhelpful and rude the original employee was, they didnt seem to care at all.I was pretty disappointed in this highly sub par customer service that I decided to read these reviews. At this point I had realized that I had encountered the infamous Tayo described in other posts. I can only assume that this man receives complaints on a daily basis and is only kept around because he has forgotten to pick up his paychecks in many years... Ive been to this location many times and never had any problems. However if you enter this FedEx and are met with the distant stare of Tayo...may God have mercy on your soul.
Excellent!!! Desk clerk was multitasking on phone as well as taking care of me without being rude...then offered me a discount for being on phone he felt like he was being rude but he wasnt. Great!!! Yes I excepted discount sometimes its rude to say no!!!
Employees are not well trained concerning international shipment guidelines. Sent a package to China and it has been sitting in customs for over a month due to an error by the agent who packed the shipment. The problem has yet to be resolved and Fedex has been giving a major go around insead of just making it right and getting the shipment delivered. I do not recommend them. The manager Victoria is very difficult to get a hold of and does not promptly return calls.

I went to this location after calling ahead to see if I could copy a personal DVD to another DVD disk. I was told by a girl that it would be no problem. I went there less then an hour late at 4:00 PM on January 18, 2014. At first the employees were too busy talking to each other to even notice I was in the store, until I requested some help. The first employee was a black male who will turn 32 this month (heard this in an important converstion he was having). He said he did not know anything about computers and would have to talk to someone else. The new employee was named Toyo or something like that(a bald black man). He said the computer would not make copies. I informed him thatI had talked to a girl less than an hour ago that said it would be no problem and asked to speak to her. He said she had left for the day. He eventually said we would look at the computer. There was a feature that said burn a disk but there was apparently no way to download a disk. He appeared to have no idea how to operate a computer.To make long story short, do not waste your time going to this store, I guess the employees are not paid enough to to work or know what they are doing. Maybe Fedex is saving money by hirng the handicapped.
Tried to ship a package internationally. The first person i spoke with was very helpful. She assisted me in packaging and all the details of shipping prices. When we got to the part of the destination she asked the infamous Tayo for help. After reading the other review i decided to play things by ear and not jump to conclusion. I was proved wrong very quickly. Tayo explained that Fedex does not know the addresses of their locations outside of the U.S.A. and that I would need to provide the location of the office. How that is possible alludes me. The issue is that many deliveries in foreign lands do not make it to the receivers house (thieves, poor documentation, etc). Its best to send it to the local FedEx facility and have them go in person to pick it up. Tayo did not call for help or attempt to locate the shipping address for the Fedex office at all. After i attempted to search myself i got fed up with his incompetence and contacted the someone at customer service who was baffled. The locations are all in the computer and should be an easy step to complete. Not the crippling mountain Tayo made it out to be. Im never going back to this office. Sadly its the closet to me with 24 hour service, but I cant trust it when members of the team cant even locate their own office locations. This is the second post pointing out the failures of FedEx employee named Tayo. Be aware.

Needed 100, 3 part NCR forms. Was quoted $56. When I called to see if they were completed they said yes and the price was $75.97. Just another example of bait-and-switch.

This fedex claimed my I team was packaged improperly and that he would fix it on arrival the part was dented and in non working condition thanks to fedex Ive lost well over $200 wont be bringing my packages here anymore if they claim its improperly packed do not let them package it for you
Elizabeth and her co-workers were very rude today. They moved me around from line to line, just to get a email printed out. Its a shame, it felt like they just didnt want to help me. Needless to say, I will be purchasing printer ink for my home printer in an effort to avoid nasty disrespectful people (Elizabeth).

None of their computers work for printing, dont take credit cards. One person is working and youll wait around forever for some help. Even if you email the order overnight and ask for it to be ready at 8am, show up at 8:45, it will not be ready. Might as well print at the library.
