The sales people and installation crew are very professional and courteous. It was well worth the wait to get these windows. My Pella doors were 25 years old and the sun and weather had started deteriorating the outside. Kyle Goldsmith, a Pella rep, came to measure and order two new sliding doors. In a timely manner, the doors were shipped and installed. The trim exactly matches the other 25 year old doors and windows and the installation was professional and perfectly fitted so there are no wind leaks. I am 100 percent satisfied with the job.

No response to my call to replace my slider for my patio door! The Amarillo representative is very unfriendly and non helpful and is not forthcoming with any information. A phone call would be nice! Bad customer service!!! Will not recommend Pella for anything and to no one. Sad way to handle a possible returning customer! One lousy door, how hard can it be?

I tried to contact this company thru the phone number provided. Their automated system took over four minutes to get through and I could not reach a person. The system kept repeating options even after I made a selection. I gave up.

The 3 unit picture window they installed 5 or 6 years ago has a terrible haze on it that wont budge.
