Im happy to add my own 5 star review as testament to the superb service I experienced.Tony promptly answered my call and set a time to come out the same day. An opening came up earlier and he called to see if I could accommodate the earlier time. Of course! He showed up himself and went straight to work, figuring out the problem and finding me a reasonably priced solution. He patiently answered all the questions I asked and even chatted up my 3 year old son. Total time was about 1.5 hrs and that included him having to go get a part we didnt anticipate needing.Im happy to recommend Tony and Willow Creek Overhead Door. Our garage door spring broke last night, and the original installer told us it would be two days before they could get to us. After reading reviews of other local overhead door companies, we called Tony at Willow Creek Overhead Door. He answered immediately, and after I explained the problem, he said he would be there in an hour to make the repair.Tony arrived about 45 minutes later. The original double door and opener were installed by another local overhead door company when our home was purchased eight years ago and had only one spring. Tony recommended that we go back with two springs to assist with the lift.He completed the installation within 30 minutes, and it works perfectly!!!In fact, the door and opener had never worked correctly. Although we had the original installer come twice to adjust things, the motor had always put out a loud groaning sound with each opening and closing of the door. That installer always said that was just the way it was...But now, with the two springs installed by Tony, the door opener works super smoothly with almost no noise or lurching as we had experience over the past eight years.To summarize, we are ecstatic with the job done by Tony with Willow Creek Overhead Door and highly recommend him for anyone needing overhead door installation or service.

My garage door stopped working on the Friday afternoon right before Labor Day weekend. I called Tony after 5 p.m. and he was at my house the following morning (Saturday) at 7:30 a.m. fixing my door! I told Tony that the only thing that was broken was a spring and he was prepared to replace the springs on Saturday. However, as it turned out, it damage to the garage door opener was more extensive than I thought and so Tony had to come back the following Tuesday to complete the repairs. Tony was right back at it on Tuesday morning and fixed my door quickly and for a reasonable price. Long story short, I had dented in the bottom panel of my garage door when it got stuck on my vehicle. I was afraid I had done a lot of damage to the door, so I had put off calling anyone for over a month. I finally called Willow Creek Overhead Door and not only did they come out within 15 minutes, they were in and out and done with the job quickly!! Best part? They were able to repair the door without any additional parts, therefore, the service call was ALOT cheaper than I had expected! I should have called them right away!!!
