Staff was really nice! Ice was super soft and they added LOTS of flavor and ice cream. If I lived closer I would go here everyday.

Went there today. I would HIGHLY suggest you NOT have honey bucket there when you have customers there. It smelled so BAD that we ended up throwing ours away and leaving. It was discussing.

Whatever you do, do not get the powder stuff on top 😂 it is nasty. Overall good snow cones, but slow service and dirty tables and ground. Everything was so sticky, which is understandable but I wish they would spray down the pavement daily and have someone out there washing down the tables. I asked for a wet napkin to clean my kids off and the girl referred me to a bucket of water with a dirty rag in it. Didn’t use it to clean my children off haha but I did use it to clean up our mess on the table.

First time and loved it!! The girl working the shop was the best and gave the best customer service!! Huge portions so feel free to split the short board cause it’s massive.

Their shaved ice is amazing, especially their vanilla. The issue is their customer service. As I was waiting out front for my friend to show up, they closed shop without any notice to me because of bad weather, which was a sprinkle. I understand that, but not the lack of notice that they were closing while I was waiting there. I knocked on their window within a few minutes of it happening when I noticed and her response was they were close. Basically ignoring the fact of closing in my face. 8-22-2017 ~6:45pm.

I can honestly say that there is no better shaved ice. Having been to Hawaii my self and eating authentic shaved ice, hokulia is honestly better in both tase, size and service. I recommend hokulia to all my family and friends. If your ever looking for a great summer treat for sure hokulia is the place to go!

Took 30+ minutes (we timed it) to recieve hawaiian ice order. Thats an eternity for young children, and parents to hang out in a dsicky croded parking lot. They averaged 1 snow cone per 3 minutes. Finemaybe that is jusy how shaved ice is, Ill pay for a snow cone treat now and then but never will I wait so long ever again. NOT WORTH THE WAIT. WasWas Mon evening for reference.
