Lots of great ways to personalize it and great smoothies. When I went it took a long time through the drive thru like probably 20 minutes total but still great smoothies and service!

Best smoothies I’ve ever had. We got them pretty quick and the girls working were really nice.

I love Roxberry, but not the American Fork location. Every time I go, it is an unnecessarily long wait. In the past, I’ve ended up having to leave the line, I’ve watched other people leave the line, I’ve seen cars turn off their engines in line because they have been waiting so long, and the last time I went I ended up waiting 40 minutes for my smoothie and I was only the third car in line. I’ve read in other comments that this is one of the busier locations, but every time I’ve come to this location it has been a long wait no matter how long or short the line is. I hope that this issue can improve because Roxberry is awesome!

Love Roxberry smoothies. Perfect to have at my sons soccer game as well this afternoon. Got the Caribbean Cooler and it is so yummy. Will get again.Went again today and got an açaí bowl. They are so yummy and fresh! Will be getting another one soon.Tried the mango peach bowl and it was so yummy. I love how fresh it tasted.

The line was a little slow, but once we were at the window, we had our order quickly. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated their efficiency and good service.

Thoroughly enjoy this place, especially on a hot summer afternoon as a healthy pick-me up. Caribbean Cooler is one of our familys favorites. The service is great, and I just noticed there is now an App! Id love to be able to add the loyalty points earned onto my account thru scanning my receipt, but typically I dont get a receipt and am never sure what points Ive earned. But I can now see them on the app! Im a sucker for discounts and coupons!

Got sick for the first time in years and the only thing that sounded good was a smoothie. Couldn’t decide between the flu buster and a bowl, so I got both. They did not disappoint! First time getting a bowl, but it definitely won’t be my last.

Tried the Ocean Breeze smoothie and loved it. Staff was friendly and had our order ready quickly. Would definitely recommend this place. Can’t wait to try other flavors.

Unfortunately its hard to get good help these days. The five employees working were teenagers when I was there and unfortunately teenagers dont understand good customer service. After my order was taken, I waited 10 minutes before anyone attempted to make my drink. No one else was inside. Another employee came in with lunch for everyone and no kidding, everyone one of them (including the manager) scurried to the back room and started eating while I still waited for my smoothie. After a few minutes the manager asked if I had placed an order... seriously?! Then proceeded to make it, plopped it down on the counter and said here you go. No apologies, nothing! According to my daughter, who worked there several years ago, that is standard AF Roxberry employees and customer service. Thats why she quit. Guess I wont be going back!

We really like their smoothies but the wait can be pretty ridiculous. We waited over 30 min in the drive thru, which only had 5 cars.

The smoothies i got are always amazing. but the af location is SO SLOW. everytime i come it is super slow and it is really inconvenient for me and everyone behind me in line. i rarely come here because they are super slow and the workers seem like they don’t want to be there. I would much rather go to Jamba juice which is much farther but the service there is better.

Love this place! Their açaí bowls are my favorite and I either get that or the raspberry rush smoothie. Yum! The facility is always clean and the staff always super friendly. The drive through line can take some time but is always worth it with the fresh fruit smoothies at bowls that come at the end!

Waited in line for twenty five minutes. Ordered two classic sized smoothies, were given one 24oz and one 16oz. When I complained I was told thats what you ordered and then they closed the window.The smoothies were fine enough.

Who doesnt love a good smoothie?! Im a big fan of the iron strong. I do wish they had more straight fruit/veggie smoothies and they are a bit expensive for the quality. The acai bowls also leave a lot to be desired.

This review is specifically about the Roxberry in American Fork, UT. The smoothies are great, if you can get one. The service is Ridiculously slow!! I’m talking 25 min wait -after you pay! People were giving up and leaving the drive up line over and over. I could see 4 worker inside but have now idea what they were doing the whole time. I will Not be going back to this location!

Smoothies were delicious! Expect a longer wait time during meal hours but other than that great service.

Busiest place in all of American fork. Staff gets orders out pretty quick. Wish there was a place to sit down without the noise of blenders or idling cars in the summer.

Their smoothies are pretty good, but I often find them too sugary because they use a lot of sherbet or similar ingredients. It would be nice if they used more fresh and frozen fruits!

My kids and I needed an after school snack before a grocery store run. So we decided to try out Roxberry. We all loved our smoothies. I got peachy keen and it was so yummy. It had a delightful peach flavor with just a kind of sweetness. I like that it didnt have a bunch of added sugar. I was even about to get mine dairy free. Its so hard to find dairy free options so this was very much appreciated. I love that we were able to get a healthy snack and that it didnt spoil my kids appetites for dinner. The foam cups kept the smoothies super cold. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Such a great experience. I cant wait to go back.

I placed a medium sized order at 8am for a meeting and still didn’t have it by 9:25am. Will not be back. Missed the meeting and had a bunch of açaí bowls that I had no use for

We love Roxberry!! I dont think Ive ever gotten something I didnt like. The team is always friendly and service is excellent. I just noticed today that they have a juice cleanse program too. Going to have to give it a try.

I seriously mess up part of my order everytime and when I get to the window to pickup/pay I have to correct it and they are the nicest about it. No complaints or rolled eyes--just a smile and never a mistake! I have loved every smoothie Ive gotten. This time the simply peach and dragon mist-- for sure should have gotten the larger size of the Dragon Mist. It was so good!

I love this roxberry! They are quick and so helpful. I always order the iron strong.

Always quick and friendly. I get really anemic and so I need to constantly keep up on my iron intake but some days I just need an extra kick and the iron strong is my go to. Plus adding any of their vitamins shots is a plus. They’re always really quick at this location, even when there’s a long line I don’t feel like I wait forever. Never had a bad experience with any of the staff either they’re always friendly and professional.

Pretty fast for a smoothie place and when they messed up my order they took care of it right away! Good customer service.

Great smoothies, but I would really appreciate it if you didn’t solicit tips through the drive-thru. Can we please leave tips for when a customer gives something for great service rather than being put on the spot asking for a tip even before I receive my order? I’m not trying to be negative but I don’t agree with your POS system asking for tips before I’ve even been served, and request you change your practices.

My fav smoothie place. I always get the P-Nut Butter Blast but I hate bananas in it, I order it without and they have never gotten it wrong! They’re super quick with making them too, I’m never waiting longer than a few minutes.

Update: I just wanted to add that their customer service is great! I just went and it was a hot summer day so there was a line of about 6 cars in front of me, but they had a sweet girl standing outside in the heat with a mask making sure that orders for in quickly so people wouldn’t have to wait as long. That’s going above and beyond in my mind!I love that they have a drive-thru!They have so many options to choose from, depending on what kind of mood I’m in.Am I feeling healthy and want a “Iron Strong” or maybe I’m wanting something more fruity and go with a “Bluesberry Blast”.But if I’m being honest; I usually go for their more indulgent “P-Nut Butter Blast” which tastes like an amazing dessert!Also, if you give them your phone number you can start accumulating points for a free drink!Go check them out!

I got the dominator bowl. Super good and filling and dairy free. Friendly staff. They have a military discount. Fyi the energy shot has green tea in it.

Tried the pitaya bowl this time. It didnt disappoint! I love the acai bowls and now I can add the pitaya bowl to the list of loves as well.

EXCELLENT!!! I had Roxberry cater acai cups at my wedding reception. Their communication was great, and they did a wonderful job serving at the actual wedding--they even made cute little signs! The acai itself was very tasty, and because the cups were dairy and gluten free, the acai was friendly for guests with diet restrictions. 10 out of 10 would use again or recommend for catering! I am VERY happy with Roxberry.

Definitely our go-to when we’re in the smoothie mood! They have great options if you’re looking for something healthy +clean!

We love Roxberry smoothies and acai! We stop by almost weekly and my favorite for the past few years is still the P-Nut Butter Blast and now we also love the Dominator acai as well. I will say, this isnt your place to go if youre in a rush, smoothies take a while to make and they never seem to have enough employees working.Also side note, I wish they did what the Traverse location does and ask for your rewards number when you order instead of us asking them about it at the window every single time and then they go find paper and write it down.

Roxberry Juice is one of the best smoothie locations in Utah County. They regularly are perfectly made and not too icy which is all too common at other smoothie shops.

Their smoothie bowls are my favorite but I also love the Caribbean breeze smoothie. Yum!

This was my second time ordering a bowl, this time with the acai base. Both have been delicious, and the 16oz is decently priced at $7.50. I ordered the Dominator, which is blended with acai and peanut butter. It tasted like a PB&J! I also enjoyed the High 5 Shot on top; the blend of seeds was a yummy little texture addition. Everyone was friendly and they made the bowl fairly quickly!

The best bowls I’ve ever had! The Classic Pitaya is what dreams are made of. Pure perfection every time. Made fresh to order and you can’t help but feel happy when you eat it.

Decently fast, the drive through was a longer wait than I’d like. Our mystery mix smoothie was something they got from the freezer but most aren’t like that. Good flavor, would recommend.

Drive-up moved quickly. Everybody loves this place! Kinda pricey but every bit worth it.

My favorite way to start the day is with a smoothie. When Im running late or didnt get a chance to make one at home, I always swing by Roxberry. Their PB Chocolate smoothie with Whey Protein (no hersheys) is my favorite!

Two orders were done before mine when they ordered after me.

Overall the bowl was good and its clearly very fresh, the reason I dont give it a five is its a bit overpriced and the drive thru line can take a while. That said, we always come back for more 😆😆
