If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is the second time Ive had problems with the American Fork location in the last TWO WEEKS! The first time, I had trouble getting a refund after they were out of what I ordered. Today, I stopped to grab a quick treat. When I got home, I discovered that not only were they both super burned, but one of them was EXTREMELY soupy on the bottom AND had what appears to be several pieces of tin foil on the bottom. NOT happy and definitely wont be back any time soon.

Of all the soda shops around I usually choose other ones. Today I tried out sodalicious, and it was a pleasant surprise. Not as much ice as I would have liked, but the monster drink was really good. One of the better energy drinks from a soda shop.

I do not tend to write reviews but the service here was bad enough I feel compelled to say something. When I arrived, there was already a line of several cars, but no one came out to take orders. I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window, there were four girls up front. They were all very distracted and rude, talking over me to each other and taking several tries to hear my order correctly. When they finally got it entered in, one of the employees—her name tag said Mckall—complimented me. But as she was shutting the window, I heard her loudly insult me to one of the other employees. I suppose they thought I couldn’t hear them, but I did. It was very hurtful. When they finally got my drink to me a few minutes later, I drove away immediately. I shouldn’t have, because they put coconut in it when I explicitly asked that they didn’t. I didn’t bother to go back to correct them, and I certainly never will return again.

I have never had a bad experience at any location. But the drinks are amazing! and my wife loves the cookies. I give it a 4 star because I feel like their rewards program is not very good. It almost feels like I have to spend $50 or more just to get a discount. I think they should change their point system, or even just do punch cards.

The sodas are fine but the location is bizarre and usually quite slow. For those of you who love cold, uncooked cookie dough, theyve got the cookies for you.

Super bummed... baby wouldnt go to sleep so I thought Id kill two birds with one stone and get baby in the car and also get a last minute soda before close. Arrived at 9:51 to be told they had cleaned everything already.... thankfully I had *just* enough time to make it to Fizz.. next time Ill just head straight there.

Shabby Chic, place to get a soda pop on steroids. Meghan helped us and was very personable. Drink choices were a little overwhelming but great recommendations were made for each person in our party. The Creamsicle drink was served and was a little on the warm side, due to the orange flavoring added to the drink. Meghan was quick to remake the drink and even offered to change the drink choice. AK Special and the Pixie were a favorite. While youre there grab a cookie, we tried the peanut butter with Nutella which was out of this world. The macadamia with key lime coconut frosting was amazing as well. As we were leaving the owner or someone that looked important asked if we had tried the cookies.He said the strawberry sugar cookies were seasonal and we had to try that as well. He gave us the cookie to try and it was great. That cookie was a little more crumbly than the other too which were super moist.Cookies are big and fun to share with others in your party.This was a fun experience and a must!

It was the first time Ive ever been to a Sodalicious.LOCATION - 4This location is easy to notice if youre looking on State Street, but as a recommendation it is tons easier to pull into their parking or drive-thru if youre going eastward, and more challenging if youre heading west.PRICE - 5The price of their drinks is what sold me. I bought a 44 ouncer for only $2.00. I found it a fantastic deal for a customized drink.PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5I ordered a NCMO that was advertised on their chalkboard near the front counter. It was a Mtn Dew Code Red with Pineapple and raspberry flavoring. I liked it.POINTERS/PERKS - 5I would request less ice. They load the cups up with tons of ice. I dont know if it is allowed or not, but when I go back, I will request less ice. They have plenty of parking in back, but with a long drive thru line it can be complicated to park, as the parking gets closed off during rushes.EMPLOYEES - 4The employees were hastily working the drive thru, and we didnt see them too much as theyre working fast paced.

Drinks are high quality for a good price. Service sometimes can be a little slow, but pretty good over all. 👍🏽❤️

Only minor issue is the menu states 2$ for a 44 oz drink but it’s actually 4$ and some change. They should really update their prices and everything.

I usually go to the sodalicious in South Jordan and get a lemonade. I came to this one and I thought they gave me water. Came back again said they messed up my order and I ordered a sprite this time, again it tasted like water with a little bit of flavoring. Told them something is wrong with their soda machine and they told me this is how their soda tastes. Anyway, hope they get it figured out soon.

So, me and my roommates went to this Sodalicious a few weeks ago. When we received our orders, me and one of my roommates Emily did not receive the cookies we asked for. Going back through the drive thru for another 2 hours just to go back and get our cookies just seemed like a waste of time. But, the cookies and sodas are amazing and I enjoy coming here.

I do like having the cashier outside with the iPad. I dislike how hard the drive way is so hard to see especially, at night. I also dislike how they charge per squirt of syrup (but they dont tell you that) and I think their cookies and such are ok.

Slower than the Sloth from Zootopia. Sat in like for 30 mins behind 4 cars and then they got my order wrong. The Dr Pepper taste like trash too.

They way overfill the drinks, perfect to make a mess in your car

Chocolate fudge cookie is the best! I prefer their customer service to another competitor, will even drive farther to avoid other said soda shop. Friendly and fast workers. Bring back the raspberry lemonade cookie!!

This place is always good and the sugar cookies with the pink icing are the best.i love the names of their drinks- so fun! Nowhere else can I get a Skinny 2nd Wife, Extra Dirty. I just wish the drive through lines werent so slow.

This is a pretty good location. It often get busy...I mean, line around the building kind of busy. However the staff comes out and gets your order and efficiently moves the line along.Drinks are never hit and miss... They are always good.

Im not a cola drinker but was having a day where I needed some extra pep. I went for a diet coke with cherry and coconut and it did the trick.

I love this place. The drinks are decently priced and always delicious. Sometimes longer waits if you go through the drive through, but I always get prompt and friendly service if I go inside. I recommend the AK Special extra dirty (meaning they add half & half) for anybody who is a fan of doctor pepper!

These guys have a pretty sucesful business model and I know a lot of people frequent this place. There is a vast selection of mixed drinks and snacks. If you are into flavored sodas, then you can probably find something you like. Prices are comparable to similar establishments. Employees seem to vary in their knowledge and effectiveness. The location is fine, but the turns can be a little tight. Egress is tricky at certain times of the day for those wanting to head west on Main.

The staff here was awesome. Very nice. I only took one star off because it is pretty frequent that they mess up my order. I will still visit frequently. Its an awesome establishment

Cant go wrong here. Friendly workers, quick service, and my dog was a huge fan of the pup cup (whipped cream).

The wait was WAY TO LONG, the workers where friendly but it wasn’t hard to order when your 5th in line and can’t see the menu. It is extremely hard to get out of the area the business is in, so once you’re in line you have to wait a minimum of 15 minute to come to a place where you can break out and leave if it’s taking to long to receive your order.

Usually not one to leave bad reviews but I have been in line for 25+ minutes and still have 3 cars in front of me. Apparent that it’s not one order holding everything up... it’s been a consistent steady slow moving line... to get a soda. I’m thinking I shouldn’t have stayed in line. Why the LONG wait to get a drink?? Needs some operations management help.

Great service, great drinks, but I do think they have gender bias as far as their workers go as Ive only ever seen younger girls working there, that and one of them stared at me like I was some kind of freak.

Quick service and good drinks. As pretentious as the name sounds, the #selfie is the best drink there. I prefer it with Diet Mtn. Dew.The entrance sneaks up on you, and I often miss it. Look for the sign and you will be fine. Fortunately, its not hard to loop around and try again.

Not sure why you would ever want to go to just a soda shop, but Sodalicious is quite the hangout. They do also provide many interesting flavors I never would think of on my own.

The drink combinations are my favorite of all soda places. HOWEVER... why are they so slow?! You literally dispense soda and pump flavorings into a cup and hand out pre-packaged food. It should be a super speedy process, yet you can sit in a line of 3 cars for up to 10 minutes. I dont understand why theyre so slow. Its pretty frustrating.

Definitely a Swig girl! The specialty drinks had zero extra flavors! I ordered the AK Special, which is supposed to be Dr Pepper with vanilla and coconut, but it just tasted like regular DP. Out of 7 of us, only my daughters had any extra flavors. The only reason we tried this place is because the kids had free coupons from school and a gift card. Would never go again.

Love Sodalicious! Not the closest drink place to my house but its worth the drive. I pass three others that are closer just to get the rich flavor that Sodalicious delivers!

Been disappointed several times with carbonation-only sprites or Mountain Dew. It’s literally your only job to replace the syrups 🤦‍♂️ Feels like a bunch of teens running around. They are better than the Lehi Swig though!

They started doing Red Bull drinks which are good and very popular BUT they are always out of Red Bull’s. I’ve been at least 7 different times and they are out. I understand if it’s once or twice but it’s a lot. They’re usually great other than that but dont promote drinks and then not have the ingredients!

Better than Swig

Yum! Never a disappointment! Their sugar cookies are so yummy and I love so many of their drinks! Southern gentleman extra dirty, national parks, pool boy, and so many other great flavors! Plus I get a discount for being a hospital employee! Cant go wrong!

The staff here was great. The parking lot seems to be an issue but its always worth it because I love the drinks. I havent yet found my drink yet because Ive tried a different drink every time Ive gone. Honestly though the staff is always really friendly and chill. And they verbally relay the order to whos making it in the back so they dont make any mistakes cause you can hear instantly what you ordered and correct it if they heard you wrong.

Good drinks and competitive prices, but the service is always so slow. Even when there aren’t many cars there, it takes much longer than Swig. Partly the parking lot is to blame. It’s a strange layout and if you go during the hours the business next door is open, you’re likely to have to do a little bit of a shuffle. Use to be loyal here but other places have my business now. You can get the same thing at the same price but much quicker elsewhere.

The quality of this establishment was outstanding, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service I received. I walked in unsure of what I wanted to get, and the cashier, being very attentive, noticed my confusion and asked if I would like some suggestions. I then thanked them and told them yes, they suggested to me some of the more popular drinks, and then suggested their personal favorite drink. I got what they claimed was their personal favorite and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get a great drink. 10/10 would go again.

If you like soda then you will like sodalicious. Its a fun place to go for a good drink and amazing cookies. The employees are always happy and helpful. I have also had their hot cocoa which was very tasty as well. Would highly recommend.

Its pretty cheap and they have so many flavors and customizable combos so you can try something new every time you visit! And they also sell cookies, Wich are probably y some of the best cookies Ive ever had, and they are served cold. Yum!

I went to this location twice this week while visiting family from out of state. Both times the person working the drive through window was very rude. After the first time I didn’t think much of it, but after the second time I felt that it deserved a review. Hopefully they’ll improve it.

By far the best drinks of any of the soda shacks, the menu is much easier to read than the jumbled mess of other places, and the drink flavoring combinations are really good. Love the Persephone and the Southern Gentleman. Also, the cookies dont taste like sand, like some other places put out! Sodalicious makes the best sugar cookie, by far! You wont need a 44oz drink to wash their cookies down!

I really love the place overall! Fun sodas and cookies. Sometimes I feel like they give you a little attitude, but not everyone! The majority of the employees are terrific!

I have been to this place countless times and only once have I ever had an issue. They gave me the wrong size. The service is usually really fast, the people are always so nice and polite. I will definitely be going there more often.

Of all the various soda places Ive been to, this one is the best. Unique and delicious soda flavor combinations. If you like flavored sodas, you have to try this place! Our kids love the soda and popcorn and the cookies are good too.

Great place to stop and grab a drink. Their Fudge cookies are excellent. However, the drive through is riddled with pot holes, bumps, and other obstructions that could seriously damage tires and wheels.

The service is a bit slow usually, the horchata machine has never worked, and the cookies tend to be frozen when I get them. This being said I come here weekly so how bad can it be? Drink quality is great and the people are always friendly and their chocolate fudge cookies are out of this world even when frozen.

I am no longer able to drink soda so I really thought Id never be able to come to my favorite drink stop again. But do you know they have lemonade based drinks? Im a happy camper these days because I can still have fun drinks without the carbonation. Thank you!

The cashier Maddy especially was very impressive, and personally gave effort to accommodate my order, even though it was very complex and caused her a great deal of personal trouble. I go here frequently. Their mixology soda combinations are all unique unlike their competitors who put the same ingredient (coconut) in almost every soda. They also have never let me down with a custom orders. Their cookies are always soft and delicious! Love them!

Drinks are similar to Fiiz, Quench It, or any of the other drink places all over Utah. I will say though that the prices seem to be a bit higher and the selection isnt as good. I ALWAYS order a drink that has diet Dr Pepper, raspberry puree, and cream in it. Their closest version was AWFUL!!! I will definitely be sticking with Quench It since its closer, tastes better, and your loyalty card adds up for a free drink much faster.

Sodaliciois is my favorite soda bar. They have the best named sodas and yummy, yummy sweet heat. Seriously, try it in the Black Forest if you like things with a little kick. Its amazing.

Edit: Sodalicious has the arrogance to “like” this review. Go figure!I went there right before they closed, and after ordering I immediately realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I told the girl to please wait, as I couldn’t find my wallet.I asked if I could pay with my phone (like any modern business these days), she said no. Ok.However, I usually keep some cash in my car. As I was looking in my console for my cash, she told me that they “Aren’t accepting cash for the rest of the night” because they already counted out their till.I begrudgingly said alright, thanks anyways and got my tumblers back. As soon as the drive thru window closed, the girl went to her coworkers and immediately started making fun of me for forgetting my debit card. They all were looking at me and my fiancé laughing at us.I understand that it’s my fault for forgetting my debit card.I can barely, sort of understand not accepting legal tender because you’re too lazy to do a small amount of math after you close.I can NOT understand however, making fun of me while I’m literally sitting in my car watching them laughing at me, all because I rushed out the door and whilst in a hurry - forgot my debit card.I guess that’s the kind of treatment you get when you hire high school children to run your business.To the owners:Might want to rethink the choice of entrusting children to make your business successful or not.I’ll never come back to this location.

Yum. Their drinks and cookies are so good! Their staff is way friendly too. They seem to love their jobs and greet you with smiles and quick service.

Its really good. Better than sip it in ephraim and definitely better than swig in St. George. Not the best but pretty close! At night there is no light for the menu so you cant see anything. Comparable prices to other soda shacks.

Ordered a drink and they gave it to me with no ice. Didn’t really appreciate a warm soda in the middle of August, especially after waiting in line for 15 minutes.

Always delicious! My favorite is the Persephone. You really cant go wrong with any of them. Very tasty!
